Riflessione sulla Violenza, partendo dal “caos “del CCF/Olga/FAI/FRI

--altra critica mossa contro quello avvenuto a Genova lo scorso 7 maggio.
chissa' quanti altri articoli usciranno x questo fatto. La stampa di Regime si sta'sbizzarrendo, come pure chi critica l' azione diretta, speriamo solo che le azioni dirette si sussuguino. x La Rivoluzione Sociale.

Solidarieta' alla FAI/FRI/CCF e a tutti i prigionieri politici.

So che questo scritto verrà letto da chi deve essere letto. Ed è specialmente a queste persone che mi rivolgo, persone che nella loro inconsapevolezza o forse consapevolezza, si sono rese complici del sistema che dicono di combattere.
Parto dall'attentato del 7 maggio avvenuto a Genova.
Attentato dove avrei tanti perché da rilevare. Perché l'intimidazione si verifica nel giorno delle elezioni amministrative e nessuno ha collegato le due cose? Perché arrivano cinque volantini BR di rivendicazione a Legnano che è comune soggetto ad elezioni amministrative ed ora al ballottaggio come Genova e dove la Franco Tosi, che in passato ha fatto parte del gruppo Finmeccanica, dopo essere stata acquisita proprio dall'Ansaldo riceve volantino BR? Perchè De Gennaro, viene nominato sottosegretario ai Servizi segreti, passando dal settore operativo a quello dirigenziale? Perchè proprio De Gennaro, che già a partire dalla fine del 2011 era uno dei nomi papabili destinati a dirigere Finmeccanica, di cui Adinolfi è uno dei massimi rappresentanti, visto che l'Ansaldo nucleare è del gruppo Finmeccanica?
Tante altre cose potrei rilevare, come ad esempio che l'inizio della dichiarazione “ di guerra” era stato anticipato, indicando, con il recapito proprio a Genova, anche la Città ove il fatto sarebbe accaduto, con il famoso e delirante comunicato dei nove italiani sconosciuti, giunta nella data del 5 aprile alla Rai di Genova. Probabilmente sarà stato un comunicato con cui si è voluto,appunto, comunicare che l'operazione poteva avere inizio.
Voglio anche riportare una citazione di Stirner, ben nota ad alcune realtà, «Nella concorrenza certamente ciascuno è solo. Ma quando forse un giorno la concorrenza scomparirà, perché si riconoscerà che l'azione comune è più profittevole dell'isolamento, non accadrà allora che ognuno sarà ugualmente egoista e alla ricerca del proprio utile?»
Certo, il CCF, afferma che “Per noi, il soggetto rivoluzionario è quello che si libera dagli obblighi del presente, mette in discussione lo stato di cose, e prende parte alla ricerca criminale della libertà.”v(Cospirazione delle Cellule di Fuoco da “Il sole sorge ancora”) , ma si rendono conto che con quell'azione ,si sono resi complici del sistema che dicono di voler combattere e contrastare? Da tempo mi chiedevo e scrivevo che in questa fase storica e sociale, dove sono attaccati su tutti i fronti i diritti dei lavoratori ed i diritti sociali, mancava solo l'inasprimento della repressione e delle misure del codice penale volte a tutelare il sistema esistente. Mancava la scusa.
Ed è arrivata. Puntuale come non mai. I compagni che militano in certi ambienti sono perennemente sotto controllo. Si controllano i siti internet, si controlla la comunicazione, si controlla tutto, ed a parer mio, è il sistema che ha permesso che quell'operazione giungesse a compimento. E' impensabile che nella società moderna, dove ogni cosa è soggetta a controllo possa essere sfuggita quell'operazione. Nel documento del 5 aprile si diceva che lo Stato arriverà sempre secondo. Ma ne siamo certi? Lo Stato non arriva mai secondo, lo Stato con i suoi apparati conosce, lo Stato con i suoi apparati non poteva non sapere. Arriva fittiziamente secondo, perchè deve trarne utilità. Ed anche in questo caso, nell'apparente caos, utilità è tratta.
Quell'azione ha permesso la realizzazione di ciò che a breve vedremo. E se arriverà la seconda intimidazione materiale il dado sarà totalmente tratto. Ed allora, forse nella vostra inconsapevolezza, riflettete. Riflettete sul fatto che forse pur non volendolo siete complici di questo sistema. Colpiranno la rete, colpiranno la stampa indipendente, colpiranno ambienti di conflitto sociale , colpiranno chi dice no. Qualsiasi azione che deve trovare affermazione non può e non deve minare la collettività, la lotta, esiste una forma di responsabilità individuale che deve necessariamente guardare la collettività. E poi non comprendo il perché dell'utilizzo della pistola. La CCF greca, a cui dite di ispirarvi, mai hanno utilizzato quell'arma, mai hanno colpito le singole persone, ma solo ed esclusivamente le cose, recando danni materiali alle cose per contrastare il sistema. L'anarchia che voi attaccate è altra cosa, è altra cosa perché è responsabile, perché tutela la collettività, e certamente non diviene complice di quel sistema che vuole contrastare così come ora accaduto.
E la conferma di ciò è data anche dai media. Si è dedicato un grandissimo spazio a quel gesto, proprio come pretesto per creare terrore, paura e legittimare l'azione repressiva ex toto. Eppure non accade la stessa cosa quando è la violenza del sistema ad uccidere. In quel caso si vive una sorta di normalizzazione, come se fosse cosa ordinaria. L'ordinarietà è volta ad abituare la collettività, a normalizzare ciò che non dovrebbe essere normalizzato, ad adattare l'individuo ad un qualcosa a cui si deve essere adattati. Penso alle morti sul lavoro, alle povere persone immigrate morte in quel mare in cui vedevano la speranza della libertà divenire cosa concreta, penso alle mafie che giorno dopo giorno minano ogni fondamento della democrazia, penso alle morti nelle galere. Galere che dovrebbero, follemente avere lo scopo rieducativo, dovrebbero favorire il reinserimento sociale dell'individuo nella società. Un sistema fallimentare che dura da secoli a cui non si vuole rilevare nessuna alternativa possibile. Eppure le alternative ci sarebbero. Nelle galere, persone, esseri umani, si uccidono. Si uccidono. Ma ciò è normale. Ciò è ordinario. Questa differenza di trattamento, da un gesto che torna utile al sistema, quale quello di Genova, ad un gesto che è parte integrante del sistema, morti sul lavoro, morti nelle galere, morti immigrati, morti di mafia, bombe di mafia, intimidazioni di mafia, deve essere evidenziata. Perchè lo Stato non reagisce con la stessa fermezza per tutte queste altre vicende? Perchè i media non si sconvolgono per tutte queste altre vicende? Non è anche in quel caso realizzato l'attacco alla democrazia? L'attacco allo Stato nello Stato?
La democrazia è labile. Esistono beni primari, interessi primari che devono essere tutelati prima di ogni cosa. Concludo con una recentissima sentenza della Corte dei diritti Umani, Causa: Appleby ed altri c. Regno Unito Numero ricorso: 44306/98 , la quale rileva che: Non costituisce violazione degli artt. 10 e 11 della Convenzione il comportamento di uno Stato che, non adempiendo agli obblighi positivi prescritti da tali articoli, permetta ad un privato di limitare l’accesso alla sua proprietà a coloro i quali vogliano accedervi al mero fine di manifestare la loro libertà di espressione e di riunione.
Evidenziando in particolar modo che: La libertà di espressione e la libertà di riunione, pur costituendo i presupposti essenziali per la realizzazione di una effettiva democrazia, non hanno una portata assoluta ed illimitata, ma possono subire limitazioni in virtù di esigenze preminenti, quale, ad esempio, il rispetto della proprietà altrui.
Chi decide quale è il bene primario da tutelare? Questa è una riflessione dovuta, la risposta potrebbe essere ovvia, specialmente in tal tempo, ove la sovranità popolare è divenuta asovrana e non popolare.
La vicenda della CCF/FAI/FRI evidenzia pienamente il caos esistente, quale ordine? Quale disordine?
Ricordiamoci di una massima, sempre viva ed attuale, "cui prodest scelus, is fecit".
Quell'azione non gioverà certamente alla collettività, non gioverà certamente alla causa rivoluzionaria, non gioverà certamente all'anarchia, non gioverà certamente al conflitto sociale, ma gioverà unicamente alla repressione di quel sistema che si dice di voler contrastare.

Toward an imaginative way to destroy the existent

Ideas born from the fates, words accompanied by action carrying the mark of life. We have crippled Roberto Adinolfi, one of so many sorcerers of the atom with a candid spirit and a clean conscience. Before nuclear fell into disgrace, he was one of the most responsible together with Scajola for the return of nuclear energy to Italy. Member of the Unicen Commission for nuclear regulation and Vice President of the Italian Nuclear Society, part of the Governing Board of the European technology platform Sustainable Nuclear Energy.

A few kilometers to the north in France, Switzerland, Romania the nuclear plants can no longer be counted. In the European Union alone there are one hundred ninety-seven, twelve within the Italian borders. Adinolfi knows well that it is only a matter of time before a European Fukushima reaps death on our continent. We are certain, engineer, that if even for just a second you felt jointly responsible for Damocles’ sword hanging over our heads. We have bad news for you: for each action there is an equal and opposite reaction, and your body shows it.

With this action of ours we return to you a tiny part of the suffering that you, man of science, are pouring into the world. Roberto Adinolfi, lead man of Ansaldo Nuclear, tentacle of Finmeccanica, monstrous artificial octopus. It is its tentacles that everywhere strangle, murder and oppress. Finmeccanica means Ansaldo Energy with its nuclear tombs. Finmeccanica means Ansaldo Breda with its high-speed trains that devastate the land. Finmeccanica means Selex Sistemi Integrati, Dirstechnical Service, Inc. Elsac Datamat with its equipping of the racist US police for the control of the Mexican border, with its delirious design of electronic walls at the Libyan border against migrants, and its sophisticated electronic supplies to the Chilean police. Finmeccanica means Avio Alenia, Galileo and Selex with their deadly F35 fighter bombers, and the terrible aerial drones without pilots. Finmeccanica means interforce range from Salto to Quirra in Sardegna. Finmeccanica means bio- and nano-technology. Finmeccanica means death and suffering, new frontiers of Italian capitalism.

Human beings are made of flesh and dreams. Our dream is that of a humanity free from every form of slavery, that grows in harmony with nature. A dream that we make live in the moment in which we fight to realize it. Our dream has for us a name, “anarchy,” and we are ready to gamble everything in order to realize it. We are not alone in this adventure, in the whole world a new anarchy is blossoming opposite of an ideological and cynical anarch-ism, an anarch-ism empty of any breath of life, which only finds its realization in theory and attendance at assemblies and manifestations, the whole cowardice of a citizenism that stinks of death. A new anarchy is rising from the ruins of this anarch-ism, thousands and thousands of cells that speak among each other through thousands and thousands of actions.

Damiano Bolano, Giorgos Nikolopoulos, Panayiotis Argyrou, Gerasimos Tsakalos, Michalis Nikolopoulos, Olga Ikonomidou, Christos Tsakalos, Haris Hatzimichelakis, the imprisoned members cell of the CCF/FAI are the brothers and sisters who gave their determination and courage to fight, their consistency and projectuality have made us strong. Camenish, Pombo da Silva, Eat and Billy, Tortuga, Silvia, Costa, Billy and so many other prisoners in the prisons around the world, Russia, Mexico, Chile, Indonesia, Switzerland, the United States, were the ones who taught us not to fear prison. De Blasi, Pinones, Di Napoli, Cinieri, Morales, Sole, Baleno and so many killed by state repression, were the ones who taught us not to fear death. It was the brothers and sisters and those who we do not know of the Italian FAI/IRF who have proceeded to give a concrete informal organizational perspective. With their determination, constancy and persistence, in spite of the general pessimism, against a critique — a critique always full of envy, against a realism without hope, against everyone and everything,  they have succeeded in keeping the flame of the new anarchism alive. A flame becoming bright like the sun when the sisters and brothers of the CCF have brought their contribution of courage-action-organization.

If we were realists we would not take on such risks, we would live our existence producing and consuming, maybe being indignant. We are the crazy lovers of freedom and we will never renounce the revolution and the complete destruction of the state and its violence. In our anarchist and nihilist revolt, the hope of a future without borders, wars, social classes, economy, exploited and exploiter. The possibility of realizing this dream is for us like a gleam of light in the darkness. However dim this gleam may be, it is always worth reaching for, cost what it may, the quality of our life will be enriched.

To you anarchists who accuse us of being unrealistic, adventurist, suicidal, provocative, martyrs, we say that with your “social” struggle, with your citizenism you work for the reinforcement of democracy. Always in search of consensus, without ever crossing over the limit of the “possible” and the “rational,” the only compass guiding your action is the penal code. Willing to risk only up to a point, always ready to find infinite ideological justifications so as not admit to your own fears. We are sure one day you will have the last word on us, as in the past you have had with your last experience of armed struggle. In a few years you will write a good book on our story, criticizing our errors and our shortcomings; from the heights of your “coherency” nothing is revolutionary enough, but no one, not even you, will be able to take away the pleasure that today we have fully realized and lived, here and now, our revolution.

If we consider the lives of the vast majority of us anarchists we realize that we are not so distant from the alienation of those who produce, consume and die. We produce and consume radical culture and alternative music and slowly, ever so slowly, die without ever having taken arms against and shot an oppressor. All our revolutionary tension is unleashed in fiery articles for our journals and websites, in fiery words to our songs and the sporadic clash in the plaza, enough to silence one’s own conscience. It is clear that what we are making is a self-critique, we do not feel that we are something different from other anarchists. By holding a stupid pistol, we have only taken one step in many for escaping from the alienation of “Now is not the moment…” “The times are not ripe…”

Vanquishing fear was simpler than what we had imagined it. Doing today what only yesterday we thought impossible is the only solution that we have found for breaking down the wall of daily oppression, of the impotency and resignation that we have seen up to now as pawns in an insurrectionalist anarchism of mere facade that with its lack of courage legitimates power. We could strike while looking for “consensus” on where the tooth hurts, for example some functionary of Equitalia [tax collection agency in Italy, which is very unpopular these days - transl.], but with this action we are not looking for “consensus.” What we are looking for now is complicity. In the recent past, a cell of the FAI/IRF severely wounded a functionary of Equitalia, which has received a wide approval, something that the self-named “social” anarchists in recent years have tried countless times to achieve without much success. The brothers and sisters of the “Free Eat and Billy Cell” have shown with that action that in the end consistency pays, and that it is not necessary to limit oneself to action in order to get “consensus.” These comrades have shaken from our backs a malediction that has for too long been weighing on anarchists’ backs, the malediction of this badly interpreted search for social consensus that binds the hands of those who are aware of the urgency to act, here and now.

In these times in which so much certainty of the state-capital is sinking, the idea of freedom cannot be derogated: the idea of social struggle in which we recognize ourselves and we want to move ourselves is that of a people in arms against any form of state, political, or economic oppression. We do not consider ourselves representative of citizens indignant over some malfunctioning of a system that they want to continue to be part of. Exchanging rage and indignation in the place of a process of revolt against the status quo is a sign of a dangerous revolutionary myopia. With the entangling of comrades, even generous ones, into the cultivation of a field of dissenting democracy, with its own little cliques and consortia and its miniature politicians, generosity transforms into assistance, the spectacularization of the clash with relative manipulation by the media. Only the radicalization of the conflict can lead to paths of social and individual freedom.

With this action we give rise to the “Olga Cell.” We enthusiastically adhere to the FAI/IRF, uniting with so many groups of the new anarchist international around the world, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Indonesia, Russia, England, Italy, Spain, Greece… Projecting and carrying out this action were anarchists without any “military” experience, without any specialization, only the anarchists who with this our first action want to definitively mark a line between ourselves and that anarch-ism that burns only when chatting and is soaked in gregariousness. NO TAV – Solidarity actions and initiatives

This is a brief account, absolutely not comprehensive, of solidarity actions with the NO TAV resistance (translated from informa-azione).

Genoa – In the evening of 29th February about thirty people blocked the departure of a Frecciabianca train in solidarity with the NO TAV struggle. Before dispersing some of the group smashed windows of the train.

Rome – We receive from anonymous email: ‘In the night of 28th February people attacked the daily Il Messaggero premises with paint and graffiti in solidarity with the NO TAV. May the struggle continue in all forms and directions. No high speed train in the valley or elsewhere. Freedom for all!’

Lecce – On 28th February about twenty NO TAV demonstrators occupied a railroad track at the station of Lecce and blocked the Frecciargento train to Rome for 50 minutes. After about an hour the demonstrators left the railroad and marched in the streets of the city.

Barcelona – In the morning of Wednesday 28th February a group of people organized a gathering outside the Italian consulate in solidarity with the NO TAV. LA LUCHA NO TAV NO TIENE FRONTERAS! A SARA’ DURA!!!

Basque Country (Donostia) – Communiqué of the solidarity gathering with the NO TAV struggle and Luca called on 3rd March outside the station of Renfe in Donostia, Paseo de Francia 22 [from culmine]

For more than 20 years the NO TAV people have been struggling against the construction of the Turin-Lyon high speed railway. This resistance was born in a small Alpine valley and has now become a symbol of strength and determination against the perverted powers of the market.
Sabotage, direct actions, popular meetings and direct control of the territory are some of the strategies of resistance of this movement, which has managed to stay united in spite of all the attempts at splitting and criminalizing it that power has tried against it.
NO TAV men and women have responded with even more strength to all the attacks that the Italian State unleashed in order to take possession of their land. They didn’t surrender after the eviction of the resistance camping, known as ‘Free Republic of the Maddalena’, or after the repressive wave that threw 25 comrades in jail because these comrades tried to block the construction of a useless and damaging work, which only obeys to the logic of economic profit.
Comrade Luca Abba’ of Val Susa is seriously injured after falling from a pylon. As a cop was trying to force him down, Luca got an electric shock. His condition is serious because of the electric shock and the fall from about ten metres, and also because first aid was delayed for more than half an hour. All this happened in the context of the protests against yet more expropriations in the valley on the morning of 27th February.

NO TAV’ was unfurled outside the Gare de Lyon, a station from where trains to Italy also start. Leaflets were also handed out exposing the events of the last days in Val Susa and the reason for more than 20 years of struggle.
Resistance in Val Susa is not the expression of some local uneasiness but it is the manifestation of radical refusal of the economic and political logics imposed by a system that exploits and destroys territories and peoples.
