Hidayat (Yaya), de 23 años, fue arrestado en una protesta masiva en Macasar (isla de Célebes), el 26 de diciembre de 2011, en una acción de solidaridad con la lucha del pueblo de Bima (isla de Sumbawa), que había sido brutalmente reprimido por la policía indonesia en el puerto de Sape, el 24 de diciembre del 2011. En ese incidente, cuatro personas fueron asesinadas y docenas de ellas, heridas. El pueblo de Bima rechaza la minería en su área y exige que se retire el permiso minero a PT Sumber Mineral Nusantara.

Hidayat fue arrestado en la acción solidaria porque fue acusado de causar daños a un puesto de policía y a una propiedad bancaria. Lettera da Hidayat (Yaya), in prigione a Makassar

cari compagni,

dal profondo del mio cuore e con un ardente desiderio di essere con voi, ho voluto scrivere questa piccola lettera per far sapere a tutti i miei amici che “un fuoco ancora brucia nei nostri cuori che non può essere spento”.

Essere qui non è qualcosa che desideravo, ma non dev’essere nemmeno una causa di rimorso. Siamo consapevoli ed abbiamo capito che la ribellione contro lo Stato è di vitale importanza, ma comporta anche dei rischi. Se gli anarchici attaccano qualcosa che per altri è sacro, allora quelle persone non riusciranno a tollerare l’anarchismo. Questo è ciò che è alla base di tutte le nostre paure. Ogni volta che qualcuno si oppone o cerca di distruggere qualcosa che riteniamo sacro, ovviamente resisteremo con tutta la nostra forza.

Comunque, ciò è esattamente la condizione che si verifica nella nostra società. Le persone vivono vite ordinate ed obbedienti in quest’era capitalista con tutti i suoi fallimenti e le sue bugie. Sembra solo un bene per le persone che credono in quel modo di vivere, buoni cittadini senza desideri creativi, che desiderano per i loro figli di essere tanto rispettosi quanto loro cosicché siano su misura per la civilizzazione, dove il successo è misurato attraverso il denaro.

“Non voglio vivere una vita così ignorante ed umiliante”. Credimi amico, la rabbia non cesserà nemmeno qui, né fuori né dentro le mura della prigione.

Lo spirito della ribellione mira a tutte le condizioni sociali. Come una malattia mortale si diffonderà rapidamente attraverso il corpo del potere, rosicchierà le sue celle e causando lo sgretolamento delle sue giunture interne. Poi come una bomba ad orologeria, arriverà il momento, ed esploderà, il vecchio mondo rimanendo solo come macerie e cenere.

Questo è il fuoco della rabbia delle persone. Fuoco che brilla di una luce guida verso la fine di questa epoca e accende l’inizio di qualcosa di nuovo. Si avvicina il tramonto per questa civiltà decrepita. E quando arriva il tempo, gli spiriti liberi celebreranno la loro gioia quella notte cantando canzoni e danzando.

Questa lettera è dedicata a coloro che combattono per la libertà a Bima, Kulon Progo, Takalar, Pandang Raya, Papua o in ogni altro posto. “I don't want to live such an ignorant and humiliating life”. Believe me friend, anger will not cease even here, neither outside nor inside the prison walls.

The spirit of rebellion takes aim at all social conditions. Like a mortal disease it will swiftly spread through the body of power, gnawing at its cells and causing its internal joints to crumble. Con questo, da quando la rabbia è esplosa ed i compagni di Hidayat hanno attaccato apertamente le guardie e i funzionari complici in prigione, da allora anche i compagni di Hidayat sono stati immediatamente isolati in una stanza che è etichettata nella prigione come “Cella rossa”, la prigione dentro la prigione, per i detenuti che si sono messi alla prova contro le regole e le pratiche del personale.

Pagi tadi sekitar pukul 10.00 WITA (tanggal 12 januari 2012) Pihak Polrestabes Makassar telah memindahkan Kamerad Hidayat di Rumah Tahanan di jalan Sultan Alauddin, Setelah sebelumnya dipenjarakan di kantor Polrestabes Makassar guna menjalani penyidikan dan pendalaman kasus tersebut.

Dari beberapa informasi dan kesimpulan yang kami kumpulkan terkait pemindahan ini, Nampaknya sebagian orang berkesimpulan bahwa ada indikasi Pihak Polrestabes Makassar sengaja memindahkan saudara kita kamerad Hidayat, agar kasus ini seolah telah dilimpahkan dan mendapatkan vonis dari pihak pengadilan.

Untuk persidangan kamerad Hidayat, sesuai dengan statement polisi pada saat itu, hingga sekarang belum ada titik terang kapan waktu pelimpahan berkas kamerad Hidayat kepihak kejaksaan.
