An interview to the Mexican organization Células Autónomas de la Revolución Inmediata (CARI)1

It’s an interview that was getting bored on my computer. First I proposed it to a magazine, soon the time was short for its delivery. Then I was working on other issues. Now, that the media start again to speak about anarchists in the Distrito Federal (Federal District – Mexico City), I think to be appropriate to take the dust out from the interview and to present it (without any edition), before it gets again buried in my working disorder.

I clarify that there were two questions that CARI choose not to answer. One about its positioning, closeness or distance towards groups with Marxist lines. The other will be kept as private information.

– According to what I have read in your communiques, you are the group that is closest to an anarchism that goes towards the social movements. You don’t necessarily claim the concept of eco-anarchism, which would be (apparently) the most popular one amongst the Mexican youth that chose to embrace that ideology.

Yes in that case we can say that we, the CARI-PGG, are an clandestine organization that is organized based on affinity, practicing and promoting a collectivist-individualist-individualist-collectivist anarchism; for, to us, there’s no difference between these two postures because we think that they feedback each other by themselves.

For us it’s important to exist a social organization that is founded in the libertarian principles of organization and to this organization not to get stuck in slogans and demanding protests; but to radicalise itself in a way to derive in an organization that doesn’t struggle for reforms; but, starting from the base and from the “now and here”, makes an effort to build an autonomous and free world. [Is to say, that implements the] autonomy at the individual and community level but also has the will to destroy the present state of things, that is nothing more nothing less than the capitalism’s dictatorship.

We should build that organization and that free world, not with empty speeches as if we were some kind of politician, but on the opposite should be constructed in practice itself, in the daily life, starting from the individual change; is to say, throwing away from our persons the vices of the society, like machismo, sexism, homophobia, authoritarianism, etc. not teaching but rather impulsing and contributing to a real change.

On the other hand, for us, is as well of main importance, the destruction of what oppresses us, of what exploits us and tries to transform us in its slaves of capital and its social vices, in slaves of work, of the bourgeois morality. It’s important for us to impulse the collective insurrection, as well as to practice our individual insurrection, because we are not willing to keep on bearing their humiliations, their tortures, their hits, their commodified world, because we know that each vengeful attack against the police and their institutions is a solidarity attack with the ones that are behind bars due to fight, independently the reason why they are imprisoned, each attack is a clear message to the powerful that each abuse, torture, imprisonment or destruction of nature will be given back with the same strength. Are over time giving the other cheek to receive the second slap.

That construction and that destruction depends of our effort.

About why we don’t call ourselves eco-anarchists. It’s because we decided to claim ourselves solely as anarchists as the group’s general identity, although we are also concerned about the destruction of nature, in these times the ecologist struggle also was converted into a motto or a social struggle, as an example the struggle against the metro’s line 12, the struggle against west highway or the actions done in Guerrero for the defence of the woods, the spreading and radicalization of this idea of social ecology as well as the methods of struggle depends from ourselves and from many other radical ecologists (public or clandestine).

About the social movement, we can say that we’ve learned from them as well as we had disappointments, but we are self-critics and in general we say that […] certain things don’t like us and are not close to us but we neither want to be judges and condemn something that doesn’t take time or energy from us to put in practice. We were in the social insurrections and we’ll keep on being in them, to the extent that our possibilities and knowledges allow, contributing to the expansion of the conflict and of strongest hits, of course always with the face covered, the symbol of the secrecy that threatens the state.

We want this to be clear, we don’t pretend to organize the “masses” neither to direct them, neither to defend them, but to contribute to the organization and to show an orientation and a totally libertarian proposal.

– What is your positioning towards the eco-anarchist groups?

In general we think that it’s needed for these groups to exist, that fight in an objective manner against the eco-systems’ destruction, because we as well think that a free world couldn’t exist if still is being practiced the exploitation and domination towards animals and nature.

So, it’s necessary for sabotage and direct action groups to work thoroughly this ecology’s issue, in an objective manner as it happened with Rod Coronado’s and the United States’ ALF’s Bite Back operation where, based in strategy, technique and objectivity, was possible to attack the industry of animal exploitation giving a series of accurate hits to investigation centres; and, with it, provoking an unrecoverable loss of information gathered over more than 30 years that had been obtained from the murder of thousands of animals, as well as the physical damage to the buildings hosting such institutions. Due to this operation, the fur industry was almost at the point of falling down.

Other examples could be the action against the OGM experiment field, bio and nano-technology, sabotages done all over the world as in Switzerland or Germany, or objective campaigns that have yielded lots of success like the SHAC campaign in England that combines a lot of different strategies in actions, public and clandestine ones. and that, on this way, the laboratory against which the campaign is being hold , that is Huntington Life Science was about to falter, this campaign is a mix of de-centralized and objective, as public as clandestine, actions.

The movement for Earth’s liberation in lots of countries outside Mexico has taught us that with strategy, objectivity, direction and mainly with a well directed and centred direct claim, lots of things can be achieved. We take from all of this what seems important to us.

– What is your position towards the solidarity actions between anarchists of several nations?

Of course that is very good. In the last years it has increased in a very strong level, as in quality as in quantity of the solidarity actions between anarchists in the world.

For some people this can seem something new or something that is turning to be a fashion, but lets remember that in the history of the anarchist movement, similar actions as the ones happening now were done in the solidarity campaign with the anarchists Sacco and Vanzetti who were assassinated by the North American state and for whom, from Italy to Argentina, was yielded a strong campaign of solidarity, demonstrations, numerous meetings, but mainly explosions and attacks – as the ones done by Severino Di Giovanni in Argentina – formed part of the protests.

In Mexico in the final times of magonismo (just to identify in a way the anarchist struggle from 1906 to 1911) when lots of people in Mexico and in the world denied them support, simply because they remained strong in their convictions, also then the international solidarity was manifested in which lots of known anarchists released texts supporting the Mexican anarchists and their local struggle, as an example, Enrico Malatesta. All this, as historically as nowadays, show the internationalist nature of anarchism, making clear that we don’t recognize borders neither flags but the one that is expressed by freedom, because we think that in order to exist a free world, there must exist the right to self-determination, but also the borders must be abolished. In Mexico and in the world there has been shown that whenever someone is assassinated, imprisoned, tortured, in every place where exists free people the interests of the international governments will be attacked, including attacks against the political representatives of the countries will be seen coming. For us, as revolutionary anarchists that we are, solidarity is not manifested in acts to raise monetary funds for one or other cause, for us solidarity is manifested permanently, it is not an isolated struggle, but it is the struggle itself. We show solidarity with the Italian Informal Anarchist Federation, the Greek anarchist groups: Revolutionary Struggle, Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and sect of Revolutionaries, Giannis Dimitrakis and anarchist individuals imprisoned by individuals action and with our revolutionary comrades in Chile, Argentina, Barcelona, Spain and in the rest of the world.

– How do you describe your organization?

We are a revolutionary anarchist clandestine organization that organize ourselves under the anarchist values, we don’t maintain neither a hierarchical neither centralist and even less a vanguard method of organization, we prepare ourselves physically and psychologically for the on going war and to the more difficult one that is about to come, we don’t have military positions and we don’t need them because we are against any type of control and dominion, and because we trust in the responsibility that each one of us assumed individually as well as in our collective responsibility, with the aim to organize and to contribute to the development and maintenance of this insurgent anarchist organization.

– Why do you consider that after a sparkling year to anarchism – as it was 2009 – nowadays exists a kind of calmness?

About this we think that one of the reasons why the present year was “more drier” when speaking about the action of anarchist and eco-anarchist groups is because in 2009 the stronger actions of that year were centralized in the entire month of September and in December, in only one night, were activated 13 explosives being the strongest the ones of Toluca and Metepec, But if we make a count about this present year, there were more sabotages than last year. Other reason is that while the anarchist struggle grew, the State raised its control and seems that not everyone is willing to take the risk for little (but important) things, also the groups seem to have reached other stronger and more direct phase of struggle. The struggle needs more strategy and objectivity. From our part we could say that preparation is also a factor that takes time, but that brings benefits and gives space to make better things.

– Would you attribute it to the detentions, to the falling of several blogs that were informing about the movements or to other causes?

We think that in one hand the detentions are debilitate, because it is true that it hurts to think of a comrade who’s in jail, but for what has be shown the detentions weren’t a factor that [prevents] the struggle from continuing, rather it is something more that impels to continue this struggle for the freedom of our comrades as well. What the state seeks is, with the prisoners in its jails, to scare the anarchist fighters or the action to be centralized only with the freedom of prisoners, neglecting other fields of the struggle, but the things turned upside down to them. At least the anarchist side has shown that, instead of making a separated struggle it is better to include the prisoners in the struggle itself. In Greece, for example, during the months of November-December there were raids and detentions and even so in the 30th December there was a high potency explosion at plain centre of Athens. This is social war.

– Do you want to add anything else?

We would like to display in some way the degraded situation of sexual violence in which is to be found Mexico City and all the country, because that jazz thing of social democracy and of Marcelo Ebrad to which ironically they called the best mayor of the world due to his supposed support to the women is pure permissive hypocrisy, because while more laws and laws of protectionism or of supposedly more liberties are invented, on the other hand the sensationalist media keeps on inciting and contributing to the sexual violence against women and homosexuals. It’s degrading every day to be shown, in a morbid way, [images and bodies] without head, slaughtered, and raped or insulted women.

This, instead of creating conscientiousness only helps the misogynistic sentiments to grow more day after day. This, instead of showing the reality that is being lived in the country only creates a reality of sexual harassment, discrimination, patriarchy and misogyny, because when on one hand the GDF’s government invents laws and organisms that benefice the women, the patriarchal domination keeps maintaining itself thanks to this kind of newspapers, magazines, videos and so one, in this way the problem is not attacked in the roots that is the culture and in power or domination sentiments. On the other hand this caricature personage called Marcelo was given the letterhead of best mayor supposedly due to his support to the “defenceless classes”, when on the other hand, Marcelo Ebrad instead of protecting poor people, let them on the street, evict people from the houses, destroys lots of aces of beautiful woods with only goal of benefiting the business sector and the city of vanguard, which is to say, satisfying their speculative plans as are the west highway or the line 12 of the metro. We support the protest mobilizations against the west highway.

On other hand, we know that the corrupt attorney of “justice” from Distrito Federal, [Miguel] Mancera has putted the anarchist prisoners under check putting all the possible barriers in order the prisoners not to leave the jails, lengthening processes, interrogating them continuously , etc. We know that Mancera is against the anarchists and wants to smash them by any means, whether they are from the public or clandestine area. A clear example was the march of 2nd October, where the DF’s Granaderos squad (Grenade brigade) tried to kettle the libertarian demo and to stop them to carrying on. So, in the last October we laughed in his face and of his useless policemen with the attack on a truck of the repressive squad of Granaderos. We want to say to Mancera that HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HANDLE US, that he will not be able to stop the offensive and we are proud that he hates us so much. He can be sure that the hate is mutual

El núcleo insurrecto Sole-Baleno de las CARI-PGG, contrario a lo que afirmo el diario electrónico “Sin embargo.com.mx”, sobre el paquete recibido en las oficinas de Green Peace comunicamos que:

1.-Ningún Grupo o núcleo Confluido en las CARI-PGG fuimos los autores del paquete recibido en Green Peace México, por lo tanto, no nos adjudicamos este hecho. Mantenemos una severa crítica y rechazo al respecto de este tipo de organizaciones reformistas y para gubernamentales, pero no está dentro de nuestros objetivos.

2.- Las CARI-PGG no somos células o núcleos que no formamos parte de algún grupo o bloque denominado “Liberación Total”, somos autónomas, pero con participación informal y activa en la FEDERACION ANARQUISTA INFORMAL y el FRENTE REVOLUCIONARIO INTERNACIONAL. La liberación total es nuestra idea y posicion, una idea compartida por much@s ácratas y afines alrededor del mundo, pero no es –al menos de nuestra parte- un grupo que está conformado específicamente.

1.-Nessun Gruppo o nucleo confluito nelle CARI-PGG è stato l’autore del pacco inviato a Greenpeace Messico, per cui non ci aggiudichiamo la responsabilità di questo fatto. Manteniamo una critica severa ed un ripudio nei confronti di questo tipo di organizzazioni riformiste e para-governative, ma non sono all’interno dei nostri obiettivi.

2.- Noi CARI-PGG non siamo cellule o nuclei che fanno parte di qualche gruppo o blocco dal nome “Liberación Total”, siamo autonomi, ma con partecipazione informale e attiva nella FEDERAZIONE ANARCHICA INFORMALE e nel FRONTE RIVOLUZIONARIO INTERNAZIONALE. La liberazione totale è la nostra idea ed è la nostra posizione, un’idea condivisa da molti anarchici ed affini nel mondo, ma non è -almeno da parte nostra- un gruppo specificamente conformato.

3.- Inviamo ugualmente i nostri saluti ai compagni affini ed ai prigionieri in guerra per il Mondo ed in Messico. CARI-PGG: Comunicado de reivindicación del paquete contra Norberto Ribera.

¿Por qué o de que tendrá tanto miedo Norberto Ribera?

Es la pregunta que nos hemos hecho recientemente al recibir bienvenida la noticia de que el paquete había llegado a su destino. Desgraciadamente, uno de los mayores tiranos de la iglesia Católica, una de las más brutales, represoras, dominadoras y sádicas, no abrió el paquete, ante el temor a ser golpeado en su propio entorno, en su reinado, prefirió exponer a su secretario particular ante cualquier ataque por parte de quienes no vemos en Norberto una imagen de respeto, sino, como cualquier mandatario del un Estado terrorista, vemos en el un objetivo para asestar un golpe a la Iglesia Católica como Institución. Efectivamente, el paquete contenía un libro, del cual, el titulo, no tiene relevancia alguna, el dispositivo explosivo en su interior, estaba compuesto por un tubo de metal galvanizado relleno con dinamita, baterías de 9 V., cables, y Metralla –pedazos de metales cortados en forma de punta- y un dispositivo de inicio.

La célula Anarquista Revolucionaria- Gabriella Segata Antolini, integrante de CARI-PGG, nos adjudicamos el envió del paquete explosivo dirigido al Arzobispo Norberto Ribera, el cual fue realizado de manera coordinada, durante la misma semana del 1 al 15 de Noviembre del presente 2011.

Lo que representa el Cardenal Norberto, es en sí, un Estado Capitalista de control mental y social experimentado en su mayor brutalidad en la edad media, en la inquisición, pero también en las miles de personas que por ser “diferentes”, vestir diferente, amar diferente, pensar diferente, coger diferente y mantener sus vidas diferentes a lo impuesto por la Moral religiosa en la sociedad, han sido, y continúan siendo asesinad@s por un ideal y un sistema moral de vida que representa uno de los puntos más concretos de opresión y control: La religión!

El hecho de atacar – o intentar- a uno de los más poderosos jerarcas del Estado Católico Mexicano, representa el rechazo y la ruptura absoluta de la idea creada por el Humano para el control, no solo del mismo Humano, sino de la naturaleza en su conjunto, representa un golpe a un símbolo que desde siglos pasados ha venido suprimiendo la práctica de libertad absoluta y sin límites – que en el caso de las dictaduras ha golpeado fuertemente a las luchas obreras anarquistas y revolucionarias- , condenando la libertad individual, la libertad del pensamiento, la libertad de elección, negando al individuo y disolviéndolo entre una masa de gente que camina sin rumbo, siguiendo una esperanza ilusoria ciegamente –y en muchos casos honestamente- de lo cual se aprovecha la Jerarquía Católica para extender su capital y dominio.

La iglesia apacigua los conflictos o posibles conflictos por el cambio desde la base, también las guerras de liberación, porque es cómplice de los Estados, engaña y manipula al individu@, le perpetra el miedo al mal y le impide hacer uso libre de su natural violencia –autodefensa- enseñándole a resignarse, agachando la cabeza y recibiendo el golpe en la otra mejilla. Sus –realmente- anticuadas y mal entonadas opiniones en influencias políticas, tantos como psicológicas generan una idea bruta de moralidad y falsa ética en la sociedad y sus aliados “los gobiernos”, las cuales, desde la historia, han contribuido al asesinato por discriminación, y en la actualidad mexicana, han sido la base causante de que en la zona del bajío muchas compañeras estén presas bajo el delito de “asesinato en parentesco” –aborto- , también han sido las causantes de las muertes y condena contra much@s compañer@s anarquistas.

Encontramos en un blog, -como en muchos más- que se condenaba nuestro ataque, estratégicamente – si de eso se hablase- es aceptable la crítica, pero ética y moralmente no hay defensa que pueda utilizarse en pro de un Asesino a sueldo, de un protector de pederastas, dominador y líder de unos de los estados capitalistas más Poderosos, cuando menos en lo que se refiere al control mental.

La Institución Católica y Norberto Rivera no tienen defensa ni argumento Ético en su favor, ya que nuestro ataque –de haberse concluido efectivamente- no es más brutal que la brutalidad y el terror que esconde detrás la Iglesia-institución y su ideal religioso. Seguramente Norberto Ribera, va a intentar –o totalmente lograr- engañar a sus “fieles”, desviando la intencionalidad de este y cualquier ataque futuro contra los representantes de la Iglesia Católica y sus cedes, argumentando que es contra sus seguidores, cuando por otro lado el mismo sabe que es en sí contra su Moral, su fe, y su Estado Religioso.

1920 y 1936.. regresan, no por nostalgia, sino porque, al menos, desde la perspectiva de lucha contra el dominio religioso nada a cambiado y las cosas no pueden continuar así, sin un toque de venganza. Prepárense para lo que viene…

The new democratic police are 100% aware of their situation and the work that they do as protectors of capital, of the social peace, of the citizenry and of the techno-system, therefore attacks against these enemies of freedom are without distinction fully justified, objectively directed, since a Federal officer who rapes and murders does not have or represent greater fault than a State or Municipal police officer, who for the same reasons or different motives also forms part of the control and order, and is thus disposed to kill, in part due to his own frustrations, although we must affirm that it is necessary above all to strike at the head of the police apparatus. The ways are diverse, from package bombs to direct executions, but always marking our line and principles, since we do not seek to discharge emotional violence but rather to utilize the offensive self-defense in the form of rational and objectively directed violence, a shot in the head is more than sufficient to wipe some repressor from the map, and if it is only a small warning, one may fire a pair of bullets into the legs, trying to cause as little sensationalism as possible and pledging that the attack remains within the rationality that lies behind antagonist violence. Violence is not the problem, it is as natural as fear, it is our sense of immediate self-defense that the State/Capital/Church mediates through their control, religion and — in the case of the anarchist and social movements — their “pacifist” leakages have intended to wrest from the individual; the problem is not violence, the question concerns the focus and manner in which it is utilized — even daily — in the strategy.

La cellula insorgente Sole-Baleno delle CARI-PGG dichiara di aver spedito un pacco bomba alla sede generale del PGR (Procuratore generale federale) nei giorni dal 1 al 15 Novembre 2011, per chiarire il pacco era indirizzato al procuratore generale Miguel Mancera. Sebbene il nostro obiettivo era di ferire i capi o i presunti capi del sistema poliziesco, essendo il pacco apparentemente “inviato” dalla sede generale di Telmex, nello specifico dal responsabile del progetto Secure City a Telmex – l’assistente direttore del Social Communication “Concepcion Rivera Romero”, esso sarebbe tornato a lui se non avesse raggiunto destinazione. Il pacco bomba era composto da un tubo di metallo zincato, dinamite, pila da 2.5 volt, fiammiferi, cavo, pila da 9 volt, shrapnel.

Il super poliziotto Marcelo Ebrad, ossessionato dal controllo e l’ordine, in complicità con la Telmex corporation, sta realizzando una strategia di controllo sociale basata sulla paura e sul controllo individuale di se stessi o se stesse, o del cittadino come proprio agente di polizia o agente di polizia del quartiere, un ruolo poliziesco che la cittadinanza accetta senza opposizione, qualche volta per paura o per il piacere di servire il sistema, la nazione in qualche modo. Vediamo che per il funzionamento di questo controllo è necessario impiegare le più avanzate tecnologie, che in realtà sono il punto più alto non solo per il controllo sociale, ma anche per quello totale della natura, del controllo totale e assoluto del pensiero e dell’individuo responsabile capace di gestire la propria vita. Quindi è necessario attaccare l’apparato tecnologico, sebbene la lotta, quella nostra, sia focalizzata nell’attacco al sistema di dominio nella sua totalità.

Dall’altro lato, la polizia come istituzione, i loro computer, sistemi di sorveglianza, pattuglie, criminologi, esperti e gendarmi, sono anche destinati al controllo completo, alla protezione degli interessi di quelli che hanno potere, alla protezione dell’”ordine sociale” cosi amato dai socialdemocratici.

La nuova polizia democratica è consapevole al 100% della sua situazione e del lavoro che fanno come protettori del capitale, della pace sociale, della cittadinanza e del tecno-sistema, quindi gli attacchi contro questi nemici della libertà sono pienamente giustificati senza distinzioni, oggettivamente indirizzati, visto che un agente federale che violenza e uccide non ha più colpe rispetto ad un agente di polizia statale o municipale, che per gli stessi o altri motivi fa parte del controllo e dell’ordine, e quindi è disposto a uccidere, in parte anche a causa delle sue frustrazioni, sebbene dobbiamo affermare che è necessario soprattutto colpire la testa dell’apparato poliziesco. I modi sono diversi, dai pacchi bomba alle esecuzioni dirette, ma sempre ribadendo la nostra linea e i nostri principi, visto che non cerchiamo di scaricare violenza emotiva ma piuttosto di utilizzare un’autodifesa offensiva nella forma di una violenza razionale e oggettivamente indirizzata, un colpo in testa è più che sufficiente per eliminare dei repressori, e se ciò è solo un piccolo avvertimento, si possono sparare un paio di colpi alle gambe, cercando di ausare un po’ di sensazionalismo per quanto possibile impegnandosi affinché gli attacchi rimangano dentro la razionalità che sta dietro ad una violenza antagonista. La violenza non è il problema, essa è naturale come la paura, è il nostro senso di immediata autodifesa che Stato/capitale/chiesa mediano attraverso il loro controllo, religione e- nel caso degli anarchici e dei movimenti sociali – e le loro derive “pacifiste” che intendono strappare via l’individuo; il problema non è la violenza, la questione concerne l’attenzione e il modo con cui essa viene utilizzata – anche giornalmente – nella strategia.

Comunicado:

El núcleo insurrecto Sole-Baleno de las CARI-PGG comunicamos que en las semanas del 1 al 15 de noviembre del presente 2011 enviamos un paquete explosivo dirigido a las oficinas generales de la PGR, explícitamente el paquete tenía como destinatario al procurador de justicia Miguel Mancera. Aunque también nuestro objetivo fue lesionar las cabezas o aparentes cabezas del sistema policial, ya que el paquete aparentemente “provenía” de las oficinas generales del Telmex, concretamente de la responsable en Telmex del proyecto Ciudad Segura, la subdirectora de Comunicación Social “Concepción Rivera Romero”, a quien el paquete hubiese retornado en caso de no ser entregado al destinatario. El paquete explosivo estaba compuesto por un tubo de metal galvanizado, dinamita, un foco de 2.5 volts, cerillos, cables, una batería de 9 volts, y metralla.

El súper policía Marcelo Ebrad, quien esta obsesionado con el control y el orden, en complicidad con la empresa Telmex, están generando y poniendo ya en práctica toda una estrategia de control social basada en el miedo y el control del individu@ sobre si mism@, el/la ciudadan@ como policía de si mism@ y como policía del vecino, papel de policía que la ciudadanía acepta sin oposiciones, algunas veces por miedo y otras más por el gusto propio para de alguna manera servir al sistema, a la patria. Vemos que para que ese control funcione es necesario emplear la tecnología más avanzada, la cual es en la actualidad el punto culmine no solo para el control social, también lo es para el control total de la naturaleza, para el control total y absoluto del individu@ pensante y responsable, capaz de manejar su propia vida. Por lo tanto es necesario atacar al aparato tecnológico, aunque la lucha, nuestra lucha, está enfocada en atacar al sistema de dominación en su conjunto.

Por otro lado, la policía como institución, sus computadoras, sus sistemas de vigilancia, sus patrullas, sus criminólogos, sus peritos y sus gendarmes, están destinados también al completo control, por la protección de los intereses de quienes tienen el poder factico, por la protección del “orden social” amado tanto por las social-democracias.

Las nuevas policías democráticas están consientes al 100% de su situación y el trabajo que desempeñan como protectores del capital, de la paz social, de la ciudadanía y del tecnosistema, por lo tanto los ataques en contra de estos enemig@s de la libertad, sin distinción, están plenamente justificados, dirigidos objetivamente, ya que no tiene o representa mayor culpa un Federal que viola y asesina, que un policía Estatal o Municipal, que por las mismas razones o diferentes motivos también forma parte del control y el orden, y está dispuesto a matar por el, en parte descargando sus propias frustraciones, aunque es de afirmar que es necesario sobre todo golpear en la cabeza del aparato policial. Las maneras son diversas, desde paquetes bomba hasta ajusticiamientos directos, pero siempre marcando nuestra línea y principios, ya que no buscamos descargar violencia sentimental, sino, utilizar la auto-defensa-ofensiva en forma de violencia racional y dirigida objetivamente, un tiro en la cabeza es más que suficiente para borrar del mapa a algún represor/a, y si es solo un pequeño aviso o un escarmiento, hay que pegarle un par de balazos en las piernas, procurando causar el menor amarillismo posible y empeñando que el ataque quede dentro en la racionalidad que está detrás de la violencia antagonista. La violencia no es el problema, es natural al igual que el miedo, es nuestro sentido de auto-defensa inmediato que el Estado/Capital/Iglesia mediante su control, la religión y –en el caso de los movimientos sociales y anarquista- sus filtraciones “pacifistas” han intentado arrebatar al individu@, el problema no es la violencia, la cuestión está en el enfoque y la manera en la que se utiliza –también cotidianamente-, en la estrategia.

Mexico: CARI-PGG claim two actions with explosive atta

Communique:

Two cells of CARI-PGG, in coordinated actions made the early hours of October 3rd, reported the following attacks with explosives:

1. The Fanya Kaplan command placed and detonated an explosive device in the Santander bank located on avenida Tlalpan, in the Toriello Guerra colonia, in the Tlalpan sector, Mexico City.

2. The Sole-Baleno insurgent cell attacked with an explosive device the residence of Manuel Cañedo, a member of the “PRI” political party, member of the OFIC of CRAP, the device was placed in his home on calle Madrugada in the Benito Juárez colonia in Ciudada Nezahualcóyotl, Mexico State.

Both actions are to mark the combative memory of the subversives fallen in the October 2, 1968 massacre in which hundreds of individuals died at the hands of the Mexican army, simply to safeguard order and the climate of optimism for the Olympic Games that were celebrated in Mexico that year. This deed gave birth to many armed groups and urban guerrillas that were fought with brutality during the 70′s and 80′s, which, although we are not in affinity with the politics or proposals of the majority of these groups, we cannot discount their effective action, their forceful actions and the daily war that some groups and individuals maintained against the Mexican State: expropriations, bombings, assassinations, many armed attacks that day by day they directed against the forces of order, some of these attacks did not need specific justification, the simple fact of seeing a policeman in one’s face was already a justification… these are the antecedents of a war that in the present is continued, a war that the government simply denies, confuses or suppresses through the media, a war which in the present is continued under other perspectives, positions, ideas and convictions in some cases different, or perhaps it is better to say, radically different.

With these actions we solidarize ourselves with the comrades who caused the disturbances during the October 2nd commemoration in Chilpancingo Guerrero, Chiapas and Oaxaca, we solidarize ourselves with those who have been arrested for breaking the order established by the system in the “pacifist” manifestations, established so that by consequence this type of “pacifist” protest is recuperated by the State… The Leftists of today is obsessed with everyone utilizing non-violent methods against an extremely violent and well-armed system, which amounts to suicide… What’s more, the leftists has created pacifist myths, such as that the Vietnam War was stopped due to the hippies signing songs outside the White House, when in reality it was stopped by the armed and violent actions of the VietCong.

Mexico: El grupo CARI-PGG reclama dos acciones con ataques explosivos

Comunicado: Dos núcleos de CARI-PGG en acciones coordinadas realizadas la madrugada del 3 de octubre comunicamos los siguientes ataques con explosivos:

1. El comando Fanya Kaplan colocamos y detonamos un artefacto explosivo en el banco Santander ubicado sobre avenida Tlalpan, en la colonia Toriello Guerra, en la delegación Tlalpan, México D.F.

2. El núcleo insurrecto Sole-Baleno atacamos con un artefacto explosivo la vivienda Manuel Cañedo, diputado del partido político “PRI”, integrante del OFIC del CRAP, el artefacto fue colocado en su domicilio en la calle Madrugada de la colonia Benito Juárez en Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl, Estado de México.

Ambas acciones están en el marco del recuerdo combativo de l@s subversivos caídos en la masacre del 2 de octubre de 1968, masacre en la que murieron cientos de individuxs a manos del ejército mexicano, por el simple hecho de salvaguardar el orden ante el clima de optimismo por los juegos olímpicos que en ese año se celebraron en México. Hecho que dio nacimiento a muchos grupos armados y guerrillas urbanas que fueron combatidas con brutalidad durante la década de los 70’s y 80’s, que si bien, no estamos afines con sus políticas o propósitos de la mayoría de estos grupos, no podemos descartar su efectivo accionar, sus acciones contundentes y la guerra cotidiana que algunos grupos e invidividxs mantenían contra el Estado Mexicano: expropiaciones, bombazos, ajusticiamientos, muchos ataques armados que día a día se dirigieron contra las fuerzas del orden, algunos de estos ataques no necesitaban una justificación especifica, el simple hecho de ver a un policía de frente ya era una justificación… estos son el antepasado de una guerra que en el presente se mantiene, guerra que el gobierno siempre niega, confunde o suprime mediáticamente, una guerra que en el presente se mantiene bajo otras perspectivas, posiciones, ideas y convicciones en algunos casos diferentes, o quizás es mejor decir, radicalmente diferentes.

Con estas acciones nos solidarizamos l@s compañer@s que realizaron los disturbios durante la conmemoración del 2 de octubre en Chilpancingo Guerrero, Chiapas y Oaxaca, nos solidarizamos con quienes hayan resultado detenid@s por romper el orden establecido por el sistema en las manifestaciones “pacificas”, ya que por consecuencia este tipo de protestas “pacificas” son recuperativas por el Estado…. Personally, one of the things that shocks me about people who call themselves “pacifists” is their lack of coherence, or their ignorance, or their stupidity (or all those things combined). They talk about peace and pay taxes, finding it normal that those taxes fund military and police institutions. These pacifists are also governed by political parties that, in their agendas/programs, use violence (that is, accepted and democratized violence) to settle conflicts. . . .

Armed and Determined to confront the enemy in the face of any eventuality, a CARI-PGG cell left a delayed explosive device under an ASE (State Security Agency) state police patrol car in the early hours of September 17. The vehicle was located just a few meters from the state police precinct on Avenida Texcoco on the outskirts of Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl in the borough of Iztapalapa, Mexico City. We strongly hoped that, in addition to causing material damage, we would shatter the legs of some of those torturers of Humans and Animals, as a bit of revolutionary justice.

Why the ASE? The ASE, like any other police institution, directly protects Capital and the State. It’s they that threaten our individuality and freedom. State police agents are known for the brutality with which they go about defending and protecting the citizenry. Through their counterinsurgency operations (e.g., Atenco in 2006), they are responsible for the deaths of comrades and direct abuses against subversive men and women. They protect the death camps called Prisons, and they are responsible for putting down prison revolts and then passing off that suppression in the guise of simple narcotics searches. They also guard the prisons known as psychiatric hospitals.

Occasionally, they have clearly demonstrated their feelings of power, inferiority, and absolute authority by torturing animals just for fun (e.g., the incident involving a dog hung from a flagpole in Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl), and in the past they have been attacked by other groups for the same reasons regarding animals. Such incidents show that they enjoy their job and are in no way honest, misguided workers, as many still claim in their defense. This is all reflected in the way they act and think, especially regarding the suffocation or repression of any attempt at rebellion, as minimal as those may be in the State of Mexico.

These insolent police unscrupulously abuse and torture, and we will doubtless be teaching them a good lesson directly on future occasions. For now, they’d better look under their patrol cars if they don’t want to end up being blown to bits. This is black terror in response to their police terror.

This action, among others carried out in Mexico against the state police, was not reported in the mass media, which proves their complicity.

We don’t need their propaganda or their endorsement.

We aren’t defenders of anything or anyone but ourselves. We express solidarity and through this action declare ourselves individuals at war with the existent.

We stand in solidarity with the comrade prisoners of war from the Fire Cells Conspiracy in Greece.

We stand in solidarity with Tortuga in Chile and comrade Braulio Durán in Mexico.

We stand in solidarity with Tamara in Barcelona and José López in Madrid, who was recently arrested and charged with carrying out 32 attacks.

Solidarity is our weapon because this War is international.

A mi en lo personal unas de las cosas que me chocan de estos que se denominan “pacifistas”, es su falta de coherencia o ignorancia o estupidez (o todo junto). Hablan de paz y pagan impuestos, y ven normal que los representen instituciones militares y policiales, y además son gobernados por partidos políticos que en su agenda-programa, tienen la violencia (eso si: aceptada y democratizada) como solución a los conflictos.

Decidid@s y Armad@s para enfrentarnos al enemigo ante cualquier eventualidad. Un núcleo de CARI-PGG colocamos en una patrulla de la policía estatal ASE un artefacto explosivo con sistema de retardador. Esto la madrugada del 17 del reciente septiembre. La unidad móvil se encontraba a unos metros de una comandancia de la policía estatal ubicada en los límites de Ciudad Netzahualcóyotl y la delegación Iztapalapa del D.F. Justo sobre Av. Texcoco. Con la esperanza firme de que además de los daños materiales, por “coincidencia” le volásemos las piernas a alguno de esos torturadores de Human@s y Animales. Un poco de justicia revolucionaria.

¿Por qué la ASE? La ASE como cualquier otra institución policial son los protectores directos del Estado/Capital. Son quienes atentan contra nuestra individualidad y nuestra libertad. Los elementos de la policía estatal se caracterizan por su brutal forma de defender y proteger a la ciudadanía. Son los responsables de muertes de compañer@s y violaciones directas contra mujeres y hombres subversiv@s como parte de su operatividad contra-insurgente (ejem. Atenco 2006). Son los protectores de centros de exterminio llamados Prisiones, son quienes se encargan de sofocar motines en las cárceles para después hacerlos pasar como un simple operativo anti-drogas y los encargados de darle protección a las cárceles llamadas psiquiátricos.

En ocasiones han demostrado sus claros sentimientos de poder, inferioridad y superioridad absoluta al torturar animales solo por diversión (ejem. lo ocurrido en Netzahualcóyotl con el perro que colgaron del asta bandera) y en ocasiones pasadas ya han recibido ataques de otros grupos de acción por esta mismas razones referentes a los animales. Esto último es lo que nos demuestra que les gusta su labor y que para nada son trabajadores honestos y engañados como much@s aun l@s defienden. Todo esto queda demostrado con su forma de actuar y de pensar sobre todo en cuanto se refiere a la sofocación o represión de cualquier intento de rebelión, por muy mínima que sea en el Estado de México.

Estos insolentes policías abusan y torturan sin escrúpulos y nosotr@s no dudamos que en futuras ocasiones les demos directamente una buena lección. A partir de ahora mejor que busquen debajo de sus unidades móviles si no quieren terminar hechos pedazos. Como respuesta del terror negro ante su terror policial.

Esta como algunas otras acciones que se han realizado en México contra la policía estatal no han sido anunciadas a los medios lo cual evidencia su pena.

No necesitamos su propaganda ni su aprobación.

No somos defensores de nada ni de nadie más que de nosotr@s mism@s, emitimos solidaridad y con esta acción nos reivindicamos como individu@s en guerra contra lo existente.

CARI /PGG – Rivendicazione di un attacco esplosivo contro una pattuglia della polizia statale

Personalmente, una delle cose che mi colpiscono di questi che si denominano “pacifisti”,

è la loro non coerenza o ignoranza o stupidità (o tutte insieme).

Parlano di pace e pagano le tasse. Accettano normalmente d’esser

rappresentati da istituzioni militari e poliziesche, ed inoltre

sono governati da partiti politici che nella loro agenda prevedono

la violenza (questa sì: accettata e democratizzata) come soluzione ai conflitti.

Che merda di pacifisti ci possono essere in questo secolo in cui tutto è violenza?

Decisi ed armati per scontrarci col nemico dinanzi a qualsiasi eventualità. Un nucleo delle CARI-PGG ha collocato un ordigno esplosivo con un sistema ritardante sotto una pattuglia della polizia statale messicana ASE. L’attacco è avvenuto durante la notte del 17 settembre. La pattuglia si trovava a pochi metri dal commissariato della polizia statale, tra la Ciudad Netzahualcóyotl e la delegazione Iztapalapa del D.F. Proprio sulla avenida Texcoco. Con la ferma speranza che, oltre i danni materiali, per “coincidenza” sarebbero potute saltare in aria le gambe di qualcuno di quei torturatori di Umani e Animali. Un po’ di giustizia rivoluzionaria.

Perché l’ASE? L’ASE, come qualsiasi altra istituzione poliziesca, è la diretta protettrice dello Stato/Capitale. Sono quelli che attentano contro la nostra individualità e la nostra libertà. Gli elementi della polizia statale si caratterizzano per la brutale forma di difendere e proteggere la cittadinanza. Sono i responsabili di morti di compagni e compagne e di violenze dirette contro donne e uomini sovversivi, quale parte della loro attività contro-insorgente (esempio: Atenco 2006). Sono i protettori dei centri di sterminio chiamati Prigioni, sono quelli che si incaricano di soffocare le sommosse nelle carceri per poi farle passare come delle semplici operazioni antidroga e sono gli incaricati della protezione delle carceri chiamate psichiatriche.

In diverse occasioni hanno dimostrato i loro evidenti sentimenti di potere, inferiorità e superiorità assoluta nel torturare animali solo per divertimento (esempio: quel che è accaduto a Netzahualcóyotl, con il cane che hanno appeso all’asta della bandiera) e in passato hanno ricevuto altri attacchi da parte di altri gruppi d’azione per queste stesse ragioni rispetto agli animali. Quest’ultima cosa ci dimostra come a loro piaccia tale lavoro e che non si tratta affatto di lavoratori onesti e ingannati, come sostengono quelli che li difendono. Tutto ciò è dimostrato con la loro forma di agire e di pensare, in particolare quando si tratta di soffocare o reprimere qualsiasi tentativo di ribellione, per quanto piccolo possa essere nel Estado de México.

Questi insolenti poliziotti abusano e torturano senza scrupoli e noi non esitiamo a dire che nelle future occasioni daremo loro una buona lezione. A partire da adesso, è meglio che guardino sotto le loro pattuglie se non vogliono finire a brandelli. Si tratta della risposta del terrore nero al loro terrore poliziesco.

Questa, come altre azioni effettuate in Messico contro la polizia statale, non è stata resa pubblica dai mezzi di comunicazione, la qualcosa mette in evidenza la loro pena.

Non abbiamo bisogno della loro propaganda o approvazione.

Non siamo difensori di nulla né di nessun altro all’infuori di noi stessi, esprimiamo solidarietà e con quest’azione ci rivendichiamo come individui in guerra contro l’esistente.

Nos reivindicamos autores de los siguientes ataques con explosivos:

*La colocación y detonación del artefacto explosivo que hiso explosión en el Santander de Tlalpan y calle Normandía. México d.f.

*Artefacto explosivo contra un Starbucks ubicado sobre la avenida mercantil “Paseo de la Reforma”. México d.f.

La madrugada del 22 de mayo del 2009 un guerrero por la libertad se fue, pero nunca será olvidado, vivirá siempre en la ofensiva anti-autoritaria, la cual es dirigida contra lxs promotores de la violencia insana y del control social. El punky Mauri murió en combate, luchando contra el enemigo, peleando por sus ideas, pese a lo que digan lxs contrarixs a nuestra rebelión, el compa Mauri murió en la lucha directa solidaria con lxs compas encerradxs en las cárceles del estado.

Lo sucedido ayer es nuestra forma de recordarle, de hacer ver que entre nosotrxs queda vivo y está el espíritu de ese guerrero iconoclasta: atacando a quienes el siempre ataco, atentando contra el sistema de dominación y la paz social que al igual que nosotrxs el odio. Sin mediaciones en nuestra lucha y con nuestras convicciones firmes. Sus palabras nos recuerdan día a día que no hay que dar ni un paso atrás, que mas allá de nuestras frentes hay un mundo mercantilizado el cual necesita explotar. Una bomba, dos, tres…. Ármate y se violentx, hermosamente violentx, hasta que todo reviente… Ármate y combate el terrorismo, quema, conspira, sabotea y se violentx, hermosamente violentx, naturalmente violentx, libremente violentx…. La anarquía no muere en la boca, prevalece en las manos activas… fueron sus palabras y su acción.

Los objetivos a contra los cuales esta vez dirigimos nuestro ataque son parte del engranaje para que el estado/capital se siga manteniendo en pie. Los bancos y empresas capitalistas son quienes dominan el mundo en esta nueva etapa del capitalismo: el capitalismo tecnológico. Son quienes con la apropiación de la economía hacen, dirigen y controlan la vida de millones de esclavxs del bienestar ilusorio, la vida de una sociedad sumisa ante las ansias de recibir migajas de poder. No obstante las instituciones bancarias financian la construcción de nuevas prisiones públicas y privadas en donde se explotan a lxs presxs a cambio de la supuesta reinserción, obviamente una reinserción en la sociedad capitalista. Son en parte lxs responsables del sexismo, misoginia, destrucción de la naturaleza…

Los artefactos fueron elaborados con recipientes metálicos, botes de gas butano, tornillos y dinamita. Todos estos actos son minimizados por el inferiorista de Miguel Mancera en un claro intento de tapar la ofensiva anarquista y que al ver alterado su orden y burlada su seguridad, con sus argumentos y explicaciones decadentes intenta explicar los componentes de nuestros artefactos, nuestra forma de actuar y nuestros motivos, los cuales por seguro que nunca comprenderá, ya que nuestro motivo es aniquilar el sistema que el protege. Sus declaraciones llenas de mentiras contradicen la versión que el mismo dio a una televisora tras el ataque explosivo contra el Santander de la Navarte en abril del año pasado.

CARI-PGG claim responsibility for mailing package-bombs to prison wardens in Mexico

During the week of February 22 to 27, we mailed two package-bombs addressed to the wardens of two prisons: the Northern Preventive Prison for Men and the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center for Men (CEVAREPSI), both in Mexico City. Of course, the action was censored and suppressed. These packages contained a few variations compared to those previously sent to the Chilean embassy. A capsule filled with a small quantity of ammonium nitrate was added, and other technical aspects of the detonation were changed. This action is part of a countercampaign directed against the Mexico City Government’s (GDF) campaign to recruit citizens as prison guards. The packages were prepared with a larger quantity of explosive material, because this time we didn’t need to show any consideration for whoever opened them, given that everyone constituting the prison system is an accomplice to the tortures inflicted on prisoners. We are obviously referring to guards, wardens, and repressive tactical units, but also to doctors who supposedly do humanitarian work yet deliberately act in complicity with the state. In addition, the packages were made with greater precision in order to prevent accidental detonation.

On this occasion, we decided to address two types of prisons that hold human beings.

These sickening institutions have been around for hundreds of years and have NEVER managed to resolve ANYTHING.

As well as demeaning people, these horrid death camps subjugate them, torture them, degrade them, and treat them as if they were the foulest trash in existence. And if they’re lucky, a select few are able to walk away with their spirit and dignity intact, although traces of prison linger in the memory forever.

Many of our comrades are being held captive there right now, and many of you reading this communiqué must also have loved ones trapped in these terrible places. Maybe they’re innocent, or maybe they’re actually responsible for the acts they’re accused of. Ultimately, we all know that the vast majority of “crimes” committed are the result of this system, which tries to convince us that political and (especially) economic power will bring us happiness.

We’re fed up with a group of useless bureaucrats—whose judgments lead them to decadence and wealth—deciding who deserves to be free and who doesn’t.

And we’re not just talking about prisons with bars, but also prisons where rubber rooms, non-stop medication, electroshocks, and negligence are an everyday feature.

We also want to talk about these places, intentionally forgotten by society.

Mexico currently has 2.7 psychiatrists for every 100,000 inhabitants and dedicates 0.85% of its budget to mental health. Is that enough? Of course not.

Our intention is not to defend those who clearly can’t defend themselves due to their being strapped to a hospital bed, or inappropriately and unnecessarily medicated for 24 hours a day just to keep them out of trouble. No, our intention is to make everyone think about the reality experienced by thousands of people who are voiceless, or who don’t count because they’re “crazy.”

These people are also imprisoned, just because they’re depressed, because they don’t think like everyone else, because they view themselves differently, or simply because they don’t accept this absurd reality.

It’s necessary to fight these places, which obliterate minds and are just as abnormal as other prisons. But many people don’t realize this. Perhaps it’s simply because they or someone close to them aren’t suffering there, so it doesn’t directly affect them. Or maybe they think these very delicate issues are not their responsibility.

But this is reality, and it’s an error we keep repeating, dragging it behind us for so many years, yet another mistake weighing on our backs.

Yet if we all know it serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever, why do we allow it to continue?

Which is really another way of asking: Who has the right to deprive us of our liberty?

Who empowered them to judge our lives?

We think it’s important to reflect on whether prisons really serve us or whether they are used only to instill the fear of being inside them, and examine whether the terror they sow is of any use to us. Either be rewarded for being a “normal, exemplary citizen” and obeying all the orders you’re given, or be punished: “If you misbehave, you’ll go straight to prison.” But in actuality, any behavior outside the parameters of “normal” is considered bad behavior and deserving of punishment.

That’s all. You must always be afraid of (and respectful toward) authority and expect the worst from everything that appears evil. But you should know this: Going to prison or going crazy are the worst things that can happen to you in life, and society will then either brand you a criminal or a pitiful lunatic for the rest of your days.

We don’t want to allow such institutions to continue existing. We can’t allow it. That’s why we firmly believe they should burn alongside those who keep them functioning.

Everyone pays eventually. For so many years, these people have been responsible for cutting our experiences short, overturning our lives at will, and murdering our freedom. They should pay as much or even more than those who are suffering in prison, just so they feel for themselves what it means to be a prisoner of this lethal system.

They absolutely must burn, not just with fire spread by our hands, but also with fires started by others.

There’s no shortage of fire and dynamite. All that’s missing are more hands with the courage to use them. And there are plenty of things out there that need to be destroyed.

Until they all burn!
