Lenzburg: Protest vor dem Knast für Marco Camenisch

21. 3.: Vor kurzem ist Marco Camenisch die Möglichkeit, nach zwei Dritteln seine Haft zu verlassen, auf Grund seiner unbeugsamen Haltung abgelehnt worden. Dies als Anlass versammelten sich etwa 50 Personen am Bahnhof und zogen von dort, trotz einiger anwesenden und kontrollierenden Bullen, durch das Städtchen bis zum Knast. Dort wurde mit Megaphon und Feuerwerk Lärm gemacht. Die Leute begaben sich ohne grosse Zwischenfälle, begleitet von den Bullen, wieder durch die Stadt zurück zum Bahnhof.

* Mitte April hat das Zürcher Amt für Justizvollzug die bedingte Entlassung von Marco Camenisch abgelehnt. Das Hauptargument lautet, Marco habe eine "delinquenzfördernde Weltanschauung" und kooperiere nicht mit den Behörden. Darum soll er auch weiter im Knast schmoren.

* Hugo Portmann hat uns soeben mitgeteilt, dass er seinen Hungerstreik am 17. April wieder aufgenommen hat und ihn bis zum Tode weiterführen will. Er kämpft damit gegen das negative Urteil des Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte. Er klagte dort, weil er bei einer Verhaftung 1999 von der Appenzeller Kapo unmenschlich behandelt wurde. Man hatte ihn mit einem Sack über den Kopf gestülpt, abtransportiert und so verhört. Diese Klage wurde abgewiesen, weil die Richter kein Problem darin sahen, dass Beschuldigte mit einem Sack über dem Kopf verhört werden. Zudem wird ihm von der Knastleitung in Pöschwies und vom Justizvollzugsamt die gerichtlich angeordnete schrittweise Vollzugslockerung verweigert.

Solidarität mit Marco Camenisch
Seit verdammt langen 21 Jahren sitzt Marco Camenisch für seine politische Militanz und Haltung im Knast. Bekannt für seine aktive Rolle in der Anti-AKW-Bewegung der 1970er, hat er sich in all den Jahren immer wieder an Kämpfen, Kampagnen und Protesten inner- und ausserhalb der Knastmauern beteiligt. Zusammen mit den Gefangenen Billy und Yilmaz (beide in
Regensdorf) tritt Marco vom 1.-5.5.12 aus Solidarität mit den Kämpfen am und um den 1. Mai in einen befristeten Hungerstreik.
Seit Jahren fordert eine internationale Solikampagne die Freilassung des 60jährigen, der ungewöhnlich hart bestraft und im Knast wiederholt schikaniert wurde. Der Schweizer Staat versuchte gar, ihn zu verwahren, weil er sich als Anarchist versteht und sich so verhält.
Vor kurzem hat das Zürcher Amt für Justizvollzug die bedingte Entlassung von Marco abgelehnt, die ihm nach Absitzen von 2/3 der Strafe eigentlich zustand. Das Amt argumentiert politisch: weil er nicht abschwört, sich weiterhin politisch verhält und nicht kooperiert, bleibt Marco im Knast.So wie in Europa und den USA viele politische Gefangene aus linken Bewegungen in den Knästen lebendig begraben werden.

Erklärung vor dem Bundesstrafgericht Bellinzona von den Anarchist_innen Silvia, Costa und Billy

Silvia Guerini, Costantino Regusa 
und Luca Bernasconi, die sie vor dem Bundesstrafgericht Bellinzona in der Schweiz 
verlesen haben, als Broschüre zum ausdrucken.
Am 22. Juli 2011 hat das Bundesstrafgericht Beltinzona Costantino Ragusa zu 3 Jahren und 8 Monaten, Luca Bemasconi zu 3 Jahren und 6 Monaten und Silvia Guerini zu 3 Jahren und 4 Monaten wegen Vorbereitungshandlungen zur Brandstiftung, illegalem Transport und Verbergungen von Sprengstoffen verurteilt. Diese Erklärung wurde von den Angeklagten am Prozess im Juli 2011 in der Schweiz verlesen. Die drei wurden am 15. April 2010 bei Zürich während einer Verkehrskontrolle wegen dem Verdacht des versuchten Angriffs auf das sich damals noch im Bau befindliche IBM-Forschungszentrum in Rüschlikon verhaftet.

May Day: a day of anger and international solidarity!

Once again, on 1^st May this year we are where we feel at home: together with you in the streets, in the resistance and the struggles, which we share in spite of our differences.
Once again, this year we will participate to the May Day mobilisations and initiatives being organized outside with a collective hunger strike of 5 days, starting from 1^st May, inside the prison.

The fake, false and falsifying media world goes on relentlessly with its daily bombardments carried out in the wake of the crisis and the various emergencies revived according to the needs of the empire.
Fear, a driving force of democracy, has come back to dominate, to be instilled in our daily life and in so called public opinion through the channels of disinformation and regime propaganda.
In spite of their eternal promise of wealth, peace and happiness, which is continuously put off to better times that will never come, in spite of the eternal promises that capitalism makes in exchange for exploitation, looting and annihilation, the system finds itself in the position of not having anything more to offer if not chains and sacrifices to be imposed, sharp and pointed weapons, batons like those shepherds wield in order to keep the flock of sheep together.
As they spread fear of the ‘foreigner’, the ‘abnormal’, of losing a job, the certitudes and safety of a ‘normal’ life, our privileges and commodities, that is how day after day the ‘best world of all possible worlds’ repeats itself through these subtle threats and intimidations and daily blackmail; and through repression it tries in vain to exhaust and stop precisely those who have always refused, opposed and fought against this fake ‘best of the possible worlds’. Cracks are opening up in the propaganda of power!
And the fronts of authentic struggle against the existent are not few, as it may seem at first sight: for example the struggle against the ZAD in France; against the TAV in Italy, which started from Val Susa and spread all over the country and beyond, with blockades of stations, roads, highways and even disruptions of prosecutor Caselli’s lectures; incendiary anger without borders or appointments putting fire to the metropolis, from Athens to Santiago, from Indonesia to Russia, and giving fear back to its sender; resistance struggles of the people in Kurdistan, Mexico, the Mapuche land, the Niger delta, the forests of India, the Aden Gulf and in thousands of other places, far and distant ones… all of them reaffirming the resistance against looting and annihilation; the occupation of piazzas, houses, ‘uncultivated’ land for a more dignified life.
The will of change is turning into conflict against the existent everywhere!
We dedicate our solidarity action to all these struggles, which are anger and joy, energy and strength for us inside here. And we want to send all our anger and energy to these struggles so that they continue and expand.
This is also an initiative to send hugs full of anger, love and strength to all resistance fighters kept hostages in the concentration camps of democracy, and to all our sisters and brothers inside and outside who do not give up, hold their heads high and keep on struggling!

Seit dem 10. September 2010 befinden sich vier revolutionäre ÖkoanarchistInnen in Knästen in der Schweiz im Hungerstreik. Billy, Costa, Silvia und Marco Camenisch schreiben in ihrer Erklärung, dass "[w]egen den umständehalber bestehenden Begrenzungen und Verzögerungen der Kommunikation, die unter uns drei in U-Haft sogar im totalen Kommunikationsverbot bestehen, ist die Abmachung und Organisierung dieser Initiative schwierig und vielleicht nur in der Folge werden ausführlichere auch individuelle Nachrichten, Bestätigungen und Erklärungen möglich sein. Aber als revolutionäre AnarchistInnen wollen wir von hier drinnen hiermit entschlossen unsere internationalistische solidarische Teilnahme jenseits jeglicher spezifischen Tendenz an den revolutionären Initiativen und Kämpfen drinnen und draussen gegen Repression, Knast, Isolation, Folter bekräftigen." Bei einer Verkehrskontrolle wurden Sprengstoff und Gegenstände zum Bau von Sprengsätzen gefunden, sowie ein BekennerInnenschreiben, “das auf einen geplanten Anschlag auf das IBM-Forschungszentrum in Rüschlikon ZH hinweist”. Solidaritätshungerstreik von Billy, Yilmaz und Marco in der Schweiz

An diesem 1. Mai sind wir wieder einmal dort, wo wir uns wirklich zuhause fühlen: zusammen mit euch auf den Strassen, im Widerstand und den Kämpfen, die uns, jenseits aller Unterschiede, vereinen! Auch an diesem 1. Mai nehmen wir von drinnen an den Mobilisierungen und Initiativen draussen teil, mit einem kollektiven Hungerstreik von fünf Tagen, den wir am 1. Mai beginnen. Von der betrügerischen, hinterhältigen und verfälschenden Medienwelt kommt die pausenlose tagtägliche Bombardierung auf der Welle der Krise und der verschiedenen Notstände, die das Regime bei Bedarf immer wieder aus der Mottenkiste hervorholt. Die Angst, die treibende Kraft der Demokratie, ist in diesen Krisenzeiten klar wieder allgegenwärtig, und wird uns und der sogenannten öffentlichen Meinung von den Desinformations- und Propagandakanälen des Regimes alltäglich eingehämmert.

Trotz dem ewigen Versprechen von Wohlstand, Friede und Glück, die wie immer so auch heute auf bessere Zeiten verschoben werden, trotz den ewigen Versprechen des Kapitalismus als Lohn für Ausbeutung, Plünderung und Zerstörung: das System hat nichts zu bieten ausser Gürtel um sie enger zu schnallen und erzwungene Opfer, spitze und scharfe Waffen, und Knüppel wie jene der Hirten, mit denen sie drohen um ihre Schafherde zusammenzuhalten.
Indem sie die Angst vor den Fremden, den “Abnormalen”, vor dem Verluste der Arbeit und der Gewissheiten und Sicherheit eines “normalen” Lebens, vor dem Verlust unserer Privilegien und unseres Komforts schüren, genau durch solche subtile alltägliche Drohungen, Aufforderungen und Erpressungen reproduziert sich diese” beste aller möglichen Welten”; und durch Repression versuchen sie, erfolglos!, dort zu schwächen und einzudämmen wo, immer mehr!, diese betrügerische „beste aller möglichen Welten” auf Ablehnung, Widerstand und Kampf stösst. Alles Risse im dünnen Lack der Machtpropaganda!
Und diese unsere Fronten des wahren Kampfes gegen das Bestehende sind nicht wenige, auch wenn es manchmal so scheint! Die Kämpfe gegen die Tentakel des mörderischen Wachstums und Fortschritts wie die ZAD in Frankreich, oder gegen den TAV-Hochgeschwindigkeitszug in Italien, der von der Valsusa herabsteigt und sich in Italien und anderswo in Stadt und Land verbreitet und Züge, Strassen, Autobahnen, und auch Veranstaltungen blockiert, wie die in Lugano des Staatsanwaltes Caselli der u.a. für den Tod von Edo und Sole und die Repression gegen den NoTav-Widerstand verantwortlich ist! Die brennende Wut ohne Grenzen und Abmachungen, welche die Metropolen in Flammen aufgehen lässt, von Athen bis Santiago, von Indonesien bis Russland, und die Angst dem Absender endlich mal retourniert. Die Widerstandskämpfe der Völker von Kurdistan bis Mexiko, im Land der Mapuche, im Nigerdelta, in den Wäldern Indiens, im Golf von Aden und in tausend anderen Orten, nahen und weniger nahen, um das Leben und den Widerstand gegen Plünderung und Verheerung wieder zu festigen. Und die Besetzungen der Strassen und Plätze und Häuser, des “brachliegenden” Landes für ein würdiges Leben.
Überall wird der Wille zur Veränderung zum Konflikt gegen diese Gegenwart!
Dem wenden wir unsere Blicke zu, mit unserer solidarischen Initiative, diesen Kämpfen, die unseren Zorn und unsere Freude erwecken, und uns auch hier drinnen Energie und Kraft schenken, und denen wir unsere ganze Wut und Energie widmen, auf das sie weitergehen, wachsen und sich vermehren.
Diese Initiative ist auch, selbstverständlich und vor allem, um allen Kämpfenden dieser Kämpfe, die sich in den Vernichtungslagern der Demokratie in Geiselhaft befinden, erneut unsere Umarmung des Zorns, der Liebe und Kraft zu senden, und dasselbe an die Vielzahl von Schwestern und Brüdern drinnen und draussen, die sich nicht ergeben, nicht beugen, und weiterkämpfen!

Nosotrxs amamos y somos ese dedo, ese puño alegre y fuerte, que señala y golpea la dominación, la explotación, la autoridad.

Todos sinónimos y bases imprescindibles de la que llamamos civilización. Aún si esto, dicho con las palabras de vosotrxs guerrerxs del Frente de Liberación Animal (con todxs, os abrazo con amor!) con ocasión de vuestro ataque en Santiago del Chile del 28 de abril pasado, a muchxs de nosotrxs que estamos en el mismo inaccesible camino de la guerra social nos cuesta, todavía, admitirlo. A pesar de la aún más neta evidencia de realidad indiscutible y destructora.

E’ nostra la convinzione

Gendarmeria, prefettura, polizia federale e bonaerense, brigate di civili, legge anti-terrorista, sistema di identificazione biometrica, migliaia di telecamere per tutta la città, cittadini sorveglianti pronti alla delazione, carceri sovraffollate, tortura, assassinii… , questo è il panorama in cui lottiamo, questo è il contesto simile a molte altre città in cui compagni e compagne attaccano, in maniera individuale o collettiva, senza alcun tipo di consenso sociale e senza l’approvazione di alcun leader, solo con i propri principi e valori ardenti come il fuoco.

Da parte nostra, comunichiamo che giovedì, 1 marzo, alle 2.30 di notte abbiamo attaccato con una bomba esplosiva/incendiaria il tribunale penale, in calle Paraguay 1536, in pieno centro di Buenos Aires, provocando danni visibili alla facciata ed alle vetrate.

Abbiamo colpito pensando ai nostri compagni Freddy Fuentevilla Saa, Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda e Juan Aliste Vega, che erano in sciopero della fame nelle carceri di Santiago del Cile, dal 17 febbraio, all’interno delle giornate di agitazione internazionale (dal 19 al 29 febbraio).

Hier ein Update zum Kampf des Gefangenen Hugo Portmann weitergeleitet durch einen Brief von Marco Camenisch:

Liebe FreundInnen und GenossInnen
Bin froh, von Hugo News zu bekommen, und ihr sicher auch!
Mit Schreiben vom 12. Februar, das ich am 14. Februar – wieder mit euren
Zeichen der Solidarität unter den Beilagen ! – von ihm erhalten habe,
hat sein Kampf (und die Solidarität hat dazu sicher beigetragen) wie folgt
Wirkung gezeigt. Für den 1. März wurde eine sogenannte
Vollzugskoordinationssitzung, wo über die weiteren Vollzugsmassnahmen als
Entscheidungsgrundlage beraten wird, anberaumt, und somit hat er den
Hungerstreik seit dem 3. Februar einstweilen ausgesetzt, jedoch
boykottiert er weiterhin den Anstaltsfrass. Auf ärztlichen Rat hin nimmt
er Joghurt, Kohlehydrat-Protein-Aufbaukonzentrate und einen
Farmerschokoriegel ein.

Da langzeitig angelegt, führt Hugo den HS bisher unter Einnahme von
Vitaminpräparaten und Datteln durch. Hierzu ist auch festzustellen, dass
Hugo der in Schweizer Gefängnissen herrschenden Sklaverei nachkommt. Diese
wird in unseren demokratischen Regimes «Arbeitspflicht» genannt, deren
Verweigerung in den demokratischen Lagern Disziplinarstrafen und
längerfristig praktisch die Isolation zur Folge hat: Gegen innen unter
anderem durch 22-23 h am Tag Zelleneinschluss und gegen aussen, über das
Verbot, einzukaufen und Geld zu erhalten, bzw. auszugeben (Briefmarken,
Telefon, Ernährung!), u.a. praktisch Kommunikationsverbot.

Sollten die Damen und Herren der Repression ihm keine Vollzugslockerungen
geben, wird er den unbefristeten Hungerstreik umgehend weiterführen.

Respondemos, por nuestra parte, al llamamiento del Grupo de Presos Políticos de Lucha Callejera (Gonzalo Zapata, Cristobal Franke, Zerman Elias) por solidaridad internacional con Zerman Elias, que fue detenido por tres secretas el 22 de septiembre en Chile después de lanzar un molotov contra el carro lanzagua policial durante la marcha estudiantil.
El Poder insultó al Zerman con fuertes comentarios racistas para, en todo un clima de xenofobia, trasmitir el mensaje que los inmigrantes tienen que quedarse tranquilos, porque si no, serán encarcelados y extraditados.
Además, cuando los policías le interrogaban y pedían que colaborase con ellos, el compañero se ha negado decirles siquiera su propio nombre.

Queremos también mandar un señal de fuego y solidaridad al eco-anarquista Marco Camenisch, encarcelado en la prisión de Lenzburg. Marco lleva 20 años encerrado por sus acciones eco-anarquistas y sus actividades en general. Según lo esperado el 8 de febrero se realizará una prefabricada vista judicial relacionada con su liberación bajo condiciones y está casi seguro que esta petición será rechazada por los secuaces de la “justicia” suiza.
A estos compañeros y a todos los que combaten contra cada tipo del poder y su civilización dedicamos siguientes palabras.

“Porque la solidaridad entre anarquistas no son sólo palabras…”

Hace bastante tiempo ya, una extraña debate se ha abierto. Diferentes idiomas y personas desconocidas charlan, comparten, plantean…Charlan sobre sus experiencias y los momentos de ilegalidad que vivieron en contra del Estado y su sociedad, comparten la soledad de sus celdas alterada por los días de negación e insumisión frente a los ordenes y porras de carceleros, plantean nuevas rebeldías en lugar de aquellas que quedaron interrumpidas por su arresto, siguen siendo unos anarquistas de acción siempre en el combate.

Por esto construimos la Internacional Negra de prisioneros anarquistas. La Internacional Negra no es una unión que deroga la diversidad y individualidad de cada compañero encarcelado. Al contrario: queremos que habrá una cohesión de recorrido que crea puentes de comunicación entre nosotros. Cada carta, cada texto, cada publicación que llega a nuestros manos y cada ataque solidario que llega a nuestros corazones son una pequeña “llave maestra” que abre, sea por un momento, los encerrados días y noches que pasamos aquí dentro. Esto nos da fuerza para escribir sobre las cosas que queremos vivir, escribir sobre las cosas que no nos arrepentimos de haber vivido.

Queremos que la palabra “anarquía” se escuche en todos los idiomas hablados y golpee, tras miles de manos y de miles de maneras, contra cada momento del Poder. Con textos, molotov, explosiones, balas, atracos, secuestros, fugas…

Que serán, por tanto, estas palabras una pequeña promesa a nuestros hermanos y hermanas encarceladas, hasta los confines de la Tierra. En el anarco calendario de las probabilidades, en algún lugar lejos de los ojos de policías y sus chivatos, está marcado un día secreto en que los nombres tendrán enfrente las caras de compañeros y las manos encontrarán el calor de un otro mano extendido en un saludo cordial. En estos, sea cercanos o lejanos, encuentros, estaremos puntuales y guardaremos bien cuidados dos asientos para vosotros, hermanos Marco y Zerman…
Amigos entre amigos, compañeros entre compañeros, conspiradores entre conspiradores, para siempre anarquistas en combate…

Rispondiamo, da parte nostra, all’appello del Grupo de Presos Políticos de Lucha Callejera (Gonzalo Zapata, Cristobal Franke, Zerman Elias) in solidarietà internazionale con Zerman Elias, che è stato arrestato da tre agenti in borghese il 22 settembre in Cile dopo aver lanciato una molotov ad un veicolo-idrante della polizia durante un corteo studentesco.

Il Potere ha insultato Zerman con commenti profondamente razzisti al fine di mandare un messaggio, in un clima di totale xenofobia, agli immigrati, ovvero che devono starsene calmi. Altrimenti saranno imprigionati ed espulsi.

Inoltre, quando la polizia l’ha interrogato e richiesto la sua collaborazione, il nostro compagno ha rifiutato anche di dire il suo nome.

Vogliamo anche mandare un segnale di fuoco e solidarietà all’eco-anarchico Marco Camenisch, che è rinchiuso nella prigione di Lenzburg. Marco è rimasto dietro le sbarre per 20 anni per le sue azioni eco-anarchiche ed attività in generale. L’8 febbraio, è prevista un’udienza prefabbricata per quanto riguarda la sua libertà condizionata, ma è quasi certo che la richiesta sarà rifiutata dai seguaci della “giustizia” svizzera.

A questi compagni e a tutti coloro che combattono contro ogni tipo di potere e la sua civilizzazione dedichiamo le seguenti parole:

“Perché la solidarietà tra anarchici non è soltanto una parola…”

Da un po’ di tempo, è cominciato uno strano dibattito. Differenti lingue e persone sconosciute chiacchierano, condividono, pianificano… chiacchierano delle loro esperienze e momenti di illegalità che hanno vissuto contro lo Stato e la sua società, condividono la solitudine delle loro celle, alterate da giorni di negazione ed opposizione in faccia agli ordini ed ai manganelli delle guardie carcerarie. Pianificano nuove ribellioni per prendere il posto di quelli che sono stati interrotti dai loro arresti, e continuano ad essere anarchici d’azione, sempre in combattimento.

Noi dunque stiamo costruendo l’Internazionale Nera dei prigionieri anarchici. L’Internazionale Nera non è un’unione che annulla la diversità e l’individualità di ciascun compagno imprigionato. Al contrario: noi vogliamo che sia una traiettoria coesiva che crei ponti di comunicazione tra di noi. Ogni lettera, ogni testo, ogni pubblicazione che arriva nelle nostre mani ed ogni attacco solidale che arriva ai nostri cuori sono una piccola “chiave maestra” che apre, sia pure per un momento, i giorni e le notti rinchiusi che passiamo qui dentro. Questo ci dà forza per scrivere di ciò che vogliamo vivere, scrivere di ciò che non ci pentiamo di aver vissuto.

Vogliamo che la parola “anarchia” venga sentita in tutte le lingue parlate e colpisca, attraverso migliaia di mani e in migliaia di modi, contro ogni momento del Potere. Con testi, molotov, esplosioni, proiettili, rapine, sequestri e fughe.

Che queste parole siano, dunque, una piccola promessa ai nostri fratelli e sorelle imprigionati nei più lontani angoli della terra. Nell’anarco-calendario delle possibilità, in qualche posto lontano dagli occhi dei poliziotti e delle loro spie, un giorno segreto è segnato. Quel giorno, i nomi dei compagni saranno associati alle loro facce, e le mani troveranno il calore di altre mani allungate in un saluto amichevole. In questi incontri, che siano vicini o lontani, noi saremo puntuali e ci assicureremo di riservare due posti per voi, fratelli Marco e Zerman.

Amici tra amici, compagni tra compagni, cospiratori tra cospiratori, per sempre anarchici in combattimento.

Marco Camenisch: parole denied

Marco Camenisch: parole denied

The Zurich Office of Corrections denied the conditional release of Marco
Camenisch. The 60 years old eco-anarchist prisoner is incarcerated since
20 years. At present, he’s in the prison of Lenzburg, Switzerland.

This January he went on a limited hunger strike to protest against the
annual ‘World Economic Forum’ in Davos – a disgusting gathering of
self-declared business and world leaders, culture industry wankers like
Bono, and assorted rich arseholes. Two anarchist prisoners joined Marco’s
protest: Silvia Guerini (prison of Hindelbank) and Luca ‘Billy’ Bernasconi
(prison of Regensdorf).

This year Marco Camenisch has served 2/3 of his prison sentence. As a rule
prisoners in Switzerland are entitled to an early release on parole after
serving 2/3; Marco is not.

There should be a ‘hearing’ on his parole in February. But the Zurich
Office of Corrections informed his lawyer, they wouldn’t ask Marco any
questions at all – they simply wouldn’t release him. End of the story. The
‘hearing’ is but a farce. Marco will stay behind bars because he doesn’t
renounce. He remains steadfast in his political beliefs.

5 years ago a public prosecutor, Ulrich Weder, a member of Swiss Labour
(SP), tried to get Marco sentenced to indefinite incarceration. Asked for
his reasons, Weder said: But why, that’s an anarchist! Furthermore the
Zurich Office of Corrections refused Marco’s prison leave several times
for no other than political reasons. In preparation for parole, every
prisoner is entitled to a prison leave; again, Marco is not.

We ask everybody to take appropriate action in solidarity with Marco
Camenisch!

Who is Marco Camenisch?
In the late 1970s Marco Camenisch (b. 1952) was a militant of the popular
movement against nuclear power stations. He was arrested in 1980 and
subsequently got a 10 year prison sentence for attacks against the Swiss
nuclear industry. Luckily, he was able to escape. In 1989 corporate media
and Swiss secret services accused him of murdering a border police
officer. Marco rejectetd these claims. In 1991 he was arrested again, this
time in Italy, and convicted for acts of sabotage against the nuclear
industry. In 2002 he was extradited to Switzerland and sentenced to an
additional 18 years of prison based on a dubious murder charge (the border
copper). Though afterwards, the Swiss Federal Supreme Court declared the
sentence inadmissible. In 2007 it was reduced to 8 years. As late as 2018
they must release him. Marco describes himself as a green anarchist. He is
a very active and sincere supporter of left and progressive social
movements; also, he took part in numerous protests behind bars.

Les trois anarchistes verts emprisonnés dans les prisons suisses ont décidé de se joindre à la semaine de mobilisation contre le Forum économique mondial, qui aura lieu en Suisse au cours de ces journées. Marco et Silvia mènent une grève de la faim pendant 10 jours (20-30 Janvier 2012). Billy en s’abstenant de manger la nourriture de la prison et en refusant de travailler (le travail est obligatoire dans les prisons suisses), afin de protester contre le F.E.M, mais aussi comme une réponse à leurs conditions de détention, plus précisément pour la libération de Marco Camenisch en mai 2012 et contre les vitres de séparation durant les visites d’ami-e-s.

Marco Camenisch a été incarcéré en Suisse en 1991. Il a toujours été actif dans les luttes des anarchistes verts. Silvia et Billy ont été arrêtés, avec Costa, en avril 2010 à Zurich pour avoir tenté d’attaquer à l’explosif le centre de recherche nanotechnologique d’IBM nouvellement construit.

Nous ne sommes pas surpris par le fait que cette année dans le calendrier du F.E.M, soient également traitées les nanotechnologies, parce que, comme tous les systèmes technologiques et plus encore les nouvelles technologies (nanotechnologies, biotechnologies et de la cybernétique) ne sont pas neutres, mais soumises à ceux qui gèrent l’économie, et un autre outil dans les mains de ceux qui détiennent le pouvoir.

Alors que les chefs de gouvernement et les patrons des sociétés répondent les uns aux autres pour imposer le nouveau développement économique mondial, à l’intérieur les experts des laboratoires et des chercheurs étudient la création de nouveaux moyens leur permettant d’augmenter le contrôle social, de renforcer leurs soldats, d’essayer de rendre nos vies encore plus artificielles et automatisées, jusqu’au point de manipuler le vivant; des manipulations qui provoquent des effets dévastateurs et irréversibles dans la terre et sur les équilibres humains et pour les animaux non-humains.

Nous lutterons toujours contre ceux qui font tourner la terre dans un monde de plastique et de béton, de marchandises et de technologies, d’industries et de bureaux: un monde dépourvu de vie.

Contre l’État et le capital qui, avec leurs logiques d’exploitation dominantes et réduisant les êtres humains à l’état d’esclaves, les animaux à de la marchandise et de la planète à être une source infinie de choses à saccager.

L’occasion du F.E.M ne peut que renforcer notre rage et le désir de continuer à lutter, dans les prisons à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur.

The three green anarchists imprisoned in Swiss prisons decided to join the week of mobilization against the World Economic Forum, which will be held in Switzerland during these days. Marco and Silvia are conducting a hunger strike for 10 days (January 20th–30th, 2012). Billy is abstaining from prison food and refusing to work (working is compulsory in Swiss prisons), in order to protest against the WEF, but also as a response to their prison conditions, more precisely for the liberation of Marco Camenisch in May 2012 and against the glass separator during the visits of friends.

Marco Camenisch was incarcerated in Switzerland in 1991. He’s always been active in green anarchist struggles. Silvia and Billy were arrested, along with Costa, in April 2010 in Zurich for having attempted to attack with explosives the newly built nanotechnology research center of IBM.

We’re not surprised by the fact that this year in the schedule of WEF they will also deal with nanotechnologies, because, as with all the technological systems and even more the new technologies (nanotechnologies, biotechnologies and cybernetics), they are not neutral but subjected to the ones who manage economics, and a further tool in the hands of those who hold power.

While the government leaders and corporations’ bosses meet with each other to impose the new world economic developments, inside the labs experts and researchers study to create new means with which to increase social control, strengthen the soldiers, try to make our lives even more artificial and automatized, till the point of manipulating the living; manipulations that provoke devastating and irreversible effects in the earth equilibriums and on human and non human animals.

We will always fight against those who are turning the earth into a land of plastic and concrete, commodities and technologies, industries and offices: a world devoid of life.

Against the State and Capital which, with their dominating and exploitative logics want human beings to be slaves, the animals to be merchandise and the planet to be an infinite source of things to sack.

The WEF occasion cannot but increase our rage and desire to keep on struggling, inside and outside prisons.

Del 20 al 29 en 2012 realizaré una huelga de hambre, esta iniciativa cuenta como una participación solidaria en la lucha contra el Foro Económico Mundial [World Economic Forum] en Davos, donde los mayores hipócritas y megalómanos avariciosos, explotadores, opresores y destructores en el Estado, Capital y lacayos vuelven descaradamente y bien protegidos para "salvar" sus sistema tecno-industrial responsable de una crisis global irreversible.

(...) [El Foro Económico Mundial intenta] la finalización de su dictadura tecno-industrial global de producción-fascismo y consumo-fascismo, como la destrucción final, la explotación y la dominación sobre el hombre, la naturaleza y la Tierra.

Bio-y nano-tecnologías son parte del enfoque de este año en sus temas. (...) No por casualidad, ya que tienen que ver con la última e irreversible expansión de tecnológicas y científicas armase instrumentos para su perfección. Der Gefangene Anarchist Marco Camenisch ist seit dem 20.01.12 bis zum 29.01.12 gegen das WEF (Ein Wirtschafts- Militär Treffen, das einmal im Jahr in der Schweiz stattfindet und gegen das es Widerstand gibt Infos) im Hungerstreik. Suisse : Des nouvelles de Marco Camenish

Le militant vert-anarchiste suisse est incarcéré depuis 2002 en Suisse après avoir passé douze ans dans les prisons italiennes. Cette année, il aura purgé 2/3 de sa peine non sans avoir continuellement subi harcèlements, régimes d’isolement et autres transferts supprimes, le dernier datant de janvier 2011 quand il a été transféré vers la prison de sécurité optimale à Orb. En Suisse, tous les prisonniers ont droit à une sorite conditionnelle au 2/3 de la peine en cas de bonne conduite. Or, la justice la refuse à Camenish.

Par ailleurs, le prisonnier a entamé une grève de la faim le 20 janvier dernier dans le cadre d’une participation conjointe à la lutte contre le WEF à Devos. Il prolongera celle-ci jusqu’au 29 janvier. Les deux prisonniers anarchistes Silvia et Billy se sont joints à cette grève depuis leurs prisons respectives.
