1ere session, 24 avril 2012
Le procès a débuté dans une atmosphère très intense à Thessalonique. Polikarpos Georgiadis et Vaggelis Chrisohoidis sont jugés pour la deuxième fois par la Cour d’Appel. Au premier procès ils furent condamnés à 22 ans et 3 mois de prison pour complicité dans le kidnapping du président en poste alors de la SEB (association des entreprises et industries grecques) et un des plus important industriel, Milonas. Le procès était le numéro 17 sur la liste mais il a commencé après 11h. Lors du transfert des compagnons à la cour, qui s’est déroulé sous l’escorte des “encagoulés” de la force anti-terroriste, une tension planait depuis que les flics chargés d’assurer le “calme” dans la salle d’audience ont commencé à menacer d’arrêter quiconque causerait des troubles. Les employés de la cour ont pris peur car ils ne s’attendaient pas à ce que le procès commence aujourd’hui et il y a eu une interruption pour qu’ils puissent préparer une liste de jurés. Le procès n’a jamais repris et a continué le jour d’après.
2eme session, 25 avril 2012
Le procès a commencé avec le témoignage du PRINCIPAL CRIMINEL ET BÊTE INDUSTRIEL G.Milonas.
Le procès a été ajourné au 10 mai 2012.

Compte-rendu du rassemblement de solidarité avec système audio et manif à moto pour le procès de P.Georgiadis et V.Chrisohoidis qui s’est tenu sur la place Syndagma.
P.Georgiadis et V.Chrisohoidis sont accusés du kidnapping de Milonas (ex-président des industriels grecs) et sont jugés à Thessalonique le 24 avril 2012. Une manifestation à moto en solidarité comptant environ 50 moto est passée devant le siège de la SEB (association des entreprises et industries grecques) et s’est finie dans le parc Exarhia.

Udienza 1, 24/4/2012

L’udienza è iniziata in un contesto molto teso a Salonicco.

Polykarpos Georgiadis e Vaggelis Chrisohoidis sono sotto processo in secondo grado presso la corte d’appello.

In primo grado sono stati condannati a 22 anni e 3 mesi per la partecipazione al sequestro dell’allora presidente del SEB (associazione degli industriali greci) e grande industriale Milonas.

L’udienza è iniziata alle 11. Durante il trasferimento dei compagni in aula, avvenuto con la scorta degli “incappucciati” dell’antiterrorismo, c’è stata tensione, quando il poliziotto incaricato di tenere tutto in “ordine” in aula ha iniziato a minacciare di arrestare chiunque avrebbe fatto casino.

I dipendenti del tribunali sono impazziti perché non si aspettavano che il processo iniziasse oggi e c’è stata una pausa affinché potessero sistemare l’aula.

L’udienza non è ricominciata ed è stata rinviata al giorno dopo.

The juridical employees freaked out because they didn’t expect the trial to begin today and there was an interruption so they could set the judges panel.

The trial never resumed and continued the next day
