TRANSFER of Rami Syrianos, to Nigrita Serres (northern greece)

Today 17/11 comrade R.Syrianos was transferred to Nigrita prisons in Serres. Upon his arrival there, during the strip search, he was asked to drop his underwear, something the comrade obviously refused. For his refusal, he was told there will be a report made and then he was taken to the newcomers cells.

Lets remind that Friday 11/11, the comrade was transferred from Ioannina prisons to Diavata prisons. The same thing was asked from him during the humiliating procedure of the strip search and there as well the comrade refused. This resulted in him going through a disciplinary hearing on Monday 14/11, where he was sent to 10 days in isolation and a disciplinary transfer.

Because of this incident, yesterday Wednesday 16/11 in the afternoon, there was a solidarity gathering by about 100 people outside Diavata prisons, for about an hour with intensity and chants but also with replies of the prisoners with shouting and chants.
