Domenica, 22 Aprile, ha avuto luogo una dimostrazione di protesta in solidarieta’ verso i tre combattenti imprigionati che furono arrestati durante la mobilitazione per lo sciopero generale del 29 Marzo. In Piazza Catalunja, un gruppo di manifestanti ha esposto uno striscione in solidarieta’ con Stella Antoniou e tutti i prigionieri politici. Piu’ di 2.000 manifestanti sono scesi per le strade di Barcellona, rivendicando la liberazione immediata dei tre combattenti del 29M.
Per quanto riguarda la recente ondata di arresti, a Barcellona e Tarragona, i sei arrestati sono stati rilasciati (due di loro sono stati liberati con una cauzione di 6.000 euro ciascuno).

Belgrado, Serbia: Azione di solidarietà con Stella Antoniou e i quattro compagni arrestati dopo le dimostrazione del 12 Febbraio ad Atene

Tra il 16 ed il 22 Aprile 2012 abbiamo piazzato degli striscioni vicino all’ambasciata Greca e la Fondazione per la Cultura Greca a Belgrado come atto simbolico di solidarietà con l’anarchica imprigionata Stella Antoniou ed i quattro compagni arrestati dopo la dimostrazione del 12 Febbraio ad Atene.
Stella Antoniou fù arrestata il 4 Dicembre, 2010, ad Atene, insieme con i compagni Kostas Sakkas, Giorgos Karagiannidis e Alexandros Mitroussias, che sono anch’essi imprigionati, con l’accusa di presunta partecipazione ad un’organizzazione armata, vale a dire le anarchiche R.O. CCF. Stella è tenuta in detenzione preventiva da 16 mesi, anche se lei nega (come gli altri tre compagni) le accuse, che vengono costantemente aggiornate con nuove accuse. La vera ragione del perchè lo Stato la tiene imprigionata è perchè la sua sceltapolitica di rimanere solidale con Alexandros Mitroussias (che era ricercato dalle autorità prima di essere arrestato), così come le sue azioni politiche e i suoi punti di vista, in altre parole, a causa del suo coinvolgimento nell’area anarchica e delle lotte sociali. Stella soffre di una rara malattia che non può essere curata in carcere. Ha bisogno di farmaci speciali e cure mediche regolari, ma gli sono state ripetutamente negate. Di conseguenza, la sua salute si è drasticamente deteriorata. Per questo motivo, Stella ha già per cinque volte fatto richiesta di rilascio su cauzione, ancora senza successo. Tuttavia, nonostante le sue gravi condizioni di salute, non ha mai cessato di lottare con coraggio all’interno del regime della cella della prigione, lottando e reclamando per una migliore condizione pretesa da tutti i prigionieri così come contro lo stesso sistema carcerario. Ad esempio, nel Giugno 2011 Stella ha preso parte alle mobilitazioni collettive all’interno del carcere di Koridallos contro le votazioni dei “Memorandum” imposti dalla troika FMI / UE / BCE e dal governo greco.
Il 12 Febbraio la Grecia è stata testimone di una grande eruzione proletaria, in un giorno in cui il parlamento ha votato per il secondo memorandum di “salvezza”. La rabbia del popolo è scoppiata simultaneamente in molti luoghi, con tumulti generalizzati che dichiaravano la negazione della politica promossa dal governo Greco e dei suoi partner dell’UE. L’esplosione sociale di massa, vide dimostrazioni, occupazione di edifici pubblici, la distruzione di obbiettivi capitalisti (l’incendio di banche, negozi di lusso, negozi di pegni, ecc.), attacchi a sedi dei partiti politici e stazioni della polizia, scontri feroci con i segugi della democrazia e dell’ordine, che hanno cercato di contrastare , fallendo, la rabbia della gente. Migliaia di persone hanno partecipato a questi episodi e larga parte di esse ha applaudito quando le banche sono state aperte e date alle fiamme, con una solidarietà spontanea ed attiva verso i dimostranti. Spaventati dall’intensità dei tumulti che stavano raggiungendo livelli di rivolta, prima, durante e dopo il giorno, i leader dei partiti politici, dei media istituzionali e tutti gli altri sostenitori della sottomissione e dell’obbedienza hanno condannato i manifestanti e la contro-violenza sociale diffusa, al fine di creare false divisioni tra i manifestanti. Lo Stato e le sue forze repressive hanno effettuato una caccia alle streghe repressiva ed ideologica, in un tentativo dettato dal panico di fermare il montare dell’interrogarsi sull’esistente e per spaventare i manifestanti combattenti. I primi che si sono trovati sotto quest’onda di repressione sono stati quattro compagni arrestati il 12 Febbraio ad Atene. I nostri compagni non sono tenuti prigionieri a causa di nessuna “incriminazione evidente” ma a causa del fatto che hanno dimostrato la loro dignità e sono scesi nelle strade contro la schiavitù imposta dallo Stato e dal Capitale, proprio come hanno fatto altre migliaia di persone.
Questi quattro arrestati sono rimasti imprigionati senza processo per due mesi. E’ chiaro che questa è una “punizione esemplare”, al fine di intimidire tutti coloro che rifiutano di piegare la testa. La recente ondata di repressione contro i centri sociali e gli spazi auto-organizzati, tra nuove accuse contro i compagni anarchici, dimostra che lo Stato colpisce particolarmente coloro che non vogliono essere i padroni di qualcuno, nè schiavi di qualcuno, che si organizzano e scendono nelle strade in modi autonomi ed auto-organizzati.


Il Capitalismo e lo Stato in tutto il mondo hanno dimostrato che tutto cio’ che possono fare e’ produrre violenza e divisioni, miseria, ingiustizia e poverta’ per la maggior parte dei componenti della societa’, di contro privilegi per una minoranza. Che cosa vogliamo aspettarci se diamo la nostra vita in mano ai politici ed agli ideologi? Vogliamo vivere ed essere liberi, o continuare a vegetare come soldati dei partiti politici, schiavi del capitalismo e dei padroni, schiavi di qualsiasi autorita’, Serba, dell’Unione Europea o di qualsiasi altro Stato? Invece di prolungare la miseria della vita quotidiana, scegliendo la strada delle divisioni, ingannando noi stessi con ideologie e miti sul nazionalismo o sulla democrazia (due servi dello stesso padrone), e’ ora il momento di creare una risposta comune e attaccare tutti coloro che vogliono governare le nostre vite, che vogliono tenerci  in schiavitu’ finanziaria e politica. Dobbiamo agire. Dobbiamo ribellarci. La liberta’ non viene data. C’e’ una guerra in corso contro di noi. e dobbiamo contrattaccare piuttosto che cercare di migliorare lo stesso meccanismo  che ci sta uccidendo. Ma per fare questo dobbiamo anche capire cosa e’ successo nella nostra storia recente, comprendere la funzione del nazionalismo e della guerra come armi usate dalle elite’ locali e dalle istituzioni finanziarie, come l’IMF, come risposta alla lotta di classe in ogni periodo, e per la ristrutturazione capitalista, il saccheggio delle societa’ e delle nostre vite, cosi come la creazione di nuovi stati-nazioni nella regione. Dobbiamo comprendere il ruolo di tutti i promotori della democrazia e dell’obbedienza nel periodo di “pace” post bellica.
La lotta per la liberta’ puo’ essere combattuta solo in maniera autonoma ed auto organizzata, distante dallo Stato e dalle sue marionette o da qualsiasi patronato, con la solidarieta’ e l’aiuto reciproco come uno dei mezzi di resistenza e pratica quotidiana nelle nostre comunita’ locali.

Entre el 16 y el 22 de abril de 2012, colocamos pancartas cerca de la embajada griega y la La Fundación Griega para la Cultura en Belgrado como acción simbólca en solidaridad con la anarquista encarcelada Stella Antoniou y cuatro compas arrestados tras la manifestación del 12 de febrero en Atenas.
El Capitalismo y el Estado han demostrado que todo lo que hacen es producir violencia y divisiones, miseria, injusticia y pobreza para la mayor parte de la sociedad, y mientras, privilegios para una minoría.
¿Qué esperabamos si estamos depositando nuestras vidas en manos de políticos e ideólogos?
¿Queremos vivir y ser libres o seguir vegetando como soldados de partidos políticas, esclavxs del Capitalismo y la patronal, esclavxs de cualquier autoridad, ya sea serbia, europea o de cualquier otro estado?
En vez de prolongar la miseria de la vida cotidiana, elegir el camino de las divisiones, engañarnos con ideologías y mitos de nacionalismo o democracia (dos sirvientes del mismo amo), ahora es el momento de generar una respuesta común y atacar a esos que quieren gobernar nuestras vidas, que nos quieren mantener en la esclavitud política y financiera.
Debemos actuar. Debemos rebelarnos. La libertad no será regalada. Existe una guerra en curso contra nosotrxs, y deberíamos contraatacar, en vez de mejorar ese mecanismo que nos mata. Pero para hacerlo, debemos entender lo que ocurrió en nuestra historia reciente, entender el funcionamiento del nacionalismo y la guerra como armas usadas por las élites locales y las instituciones financieras, el FMI por ejemplo, como respuesta a la lucha de clases de cada período y por la reestructuración del Capitalismo, saqueando las sociedades y nuestras vidas, al igual que la formación de estados-nación en la región. Debemos comprender el papel de todos los promotores de la democracia y la obediencia en el período de “paz” de la posguerra.
La lucha por la libertad solo se puede realizar a través de la autonomía y la autoorganización, alejada del Estado y sus títeres o de cualquier influencia, con solidaridad y apoyo mutuo como uno los medios de resistencia y práctica diaria en nuestras comunidades locales.

On Sunday, April 22nd, a protest demo took place in solidarity with three imprisoned fighters who were arrested during the general strike mobilization on March 29th. In Catalonia Square, a group of demonstrators placed solidarity banners for Stella Antoniou and all political prisoners. More than 1,500 protesters took to the streets of Barcelona, claiming the immediate release of the three 29M strikers.
As for the recent wave of arrests, four people were reportedly released on bail of 6,000 euros each.

Belgrade, Serbia: Solidarity action with Stella Antoniou and four comrades arrested after the February 12th demonstration in Athens

Between the 16th and the 22nd of April 2012 we placed banners near the Greek embassy and the Hellenic Foundation for Culture in Belgrade as a symbolic act of solidarity with the imprisoned anarchist Stella Antoniou and four comrades arrested after the demonstration of 12th February in Athens.
Stella Antoniou was arrested on December 4th, 2010, in Athens, along with the comrades Kostas Sakkas, Giorgos Karagiannidis and Alexandros Mitroussias, who are also imprisoned, accused of alleged participation in an armed organization, namely the anarchist R.O. CCF. Stella is held in pretrial detention for 16 months now, although she denies (as do the other three comrades) the charges, which are constantly adorned with new prosecutions. The real reason why the State keeps her imprisoned is because of her political choice to stand in solidarity with Alexandros Mitroussias (who was wanted by the authorities prior to the arrests), as well as her political actions and views; in other words, because of her involvement in the anarchist space and social struggles. Stella suffers from a rare disease which cannot be treated in prison. She needs special medication and regular medical treatment, but this has been repeatedly denied to her. As a result, her health has deteriorated dramatically. For this reason, Stella has already applied five times for her release on bail, without any success as of yet. However, despite her serious health condition, she has never ceased to struggle with courage inside the prison cells of the regime, fighting claims for better conditions for all prisoners as well as against the very system of prisons. For example, in June 2011 Stella took part in the collective mobilizations inside Koridallos prisons against the voting of the ‘mid-term memorandum’ imposed by the IMF/EU/ECB Troika and Greek government.
On February 12th Greece witnessed a massive proletarian eruption, on a day when parliament voted for the second ‘bailout’ memorandum. The rage of the people broke out simultaneously in many places, with generalized riots which declared the negation of the policy promoted by the Greek State and its EU partners. The social explosion saw massive demonstrations, occupations of many public buildings, the destruction of capitalist targets (burning of banks, luxury shops, pawnshops, etc.), attacks on political parties’ offices and police stations, fierce clashes with the hounds of democracy and order, who tried but failed to counter the people’s rage. Thousands of people participated in these events and large parts applauded when banks got smashed or set on fire, with spontaneous and active solidarity among protesters. Scared by the intensity of the riots which were reaching a level of uprising, before, during and after that day, leaders of political parties, corporate media and all other advocates of subjugation and obedience condemned protesters and the widespread social counter-violence, aiming to create false divisions among demonstrators. The State and its forces carried out a repressive and ideological witch-hunt, in a panic attempt to stop further questioning of the existent and to scare off fighting insurgents. First who have found themselves under attack in this wave of repression were four comrades arrested on 12th February in Athens. Our comrades are not held captive because of any ‘incriminating evidence’ but because of the very fact that they proved their dignity and took to the streets against enslavement imposed by the State and the Capital, just like thousands of other people did.
These four arrestees have been imprisoned for two months now without trial. It’s clear that this is an ‘exemplary’ punishment in order to intimidate all those who refuse to bow their head. The recent wave of repression against social centres and self-organized spaces, amidst new prosecutions against anarchist comrades, shows that the State is especially targeting those who neither want to be someone’s master, nor someone’s slave, who organize themselves and take to the streets in autonomous and self-organized ways.


Capitalism and the States across the world have shown that all they can do is produce violence and divisions, misery, injustice and poverty for most parts of society, alongside privileges for a minority. What do we hope for if we’re giving up our lives into the hands of politicians and ideologists? Do we want to live and be free, or to continue to vegetate as soldiers of political parties, slaves of capitalism and bosses, slaves of any authority, Serbian, EU or any other State? Instead of prolonging the misery of everyday life, choosing the path of divisions, fooling ourselves with ideologies and myths of nationalism or democracy (two servants of the same master), the time is now to generate a common response and attack all those who want to rule over our lives, who want to keep us in political and financial slavery. We must act. We must rebel. Freedom can’t be given. There is an ongoing war against all of us, and we should be fighting back rather than trying to improve the very mechanism that is killing us. But to do that we must also understand what happened in our recent history, understand the function of nationalism and war as weapons used by local elites and financial institutions, like the IMF, as a response to class struggles of each period, and for capitalist restructuring, plundering of societies and our lives, as well as formation of new nation-states in the region. We must comprehend the role of all promoters of democracy and obedience in the post-war ‘peace’ period.
The struggle for freedom can be waged only in autonomous and self-organized ways, away from the State and its puppets or any patronage, with solidarity and mutual aid as one of the means of resistance and everyday practice in our local communities.

A metà Marzo ci è stato comunicato una nuova convocazione da parte degli accusatori Baltas e Mokkas, per “scusarci”* (termine che in greco significa anche testimoniare) in merito ad una serie di attacchi incendiari ed esplosivi, rivendicati dalla O.R. CCF. Dal primo momento abbiamo negato la nostra partecipazione all’organizzazione specifica, cosi come ogni altra. Sebbene in questo momento l’accusa miri a noi, riteniamo che ciò che viene colpito è la parola e l’azione sovversiva.

Attraverso le particolarmente tese condizioni sociali del periodo che stiamo vivendo, l’organizzazione e la resistenza radicale sono ciò che terrorizza sempre di più lo stato, che aggiorna i suoi piani oppressivi.

Contando solo dall’inizio dell’anno, crediamo che le accuse ai compagni per l’occupazione di una stazione radio in solidarietà alla O.R. L.R., la pubblicazione delle foto dei compagni arrestati e imprigionati in merito agli scontri del 12 Febbraio, mentre nel contesto del rafforzamento della democrazia anche contro ciò che potrebbe potenzialmente disturbare l’attuale fragile equilibrio, abbiamo avuto la pubblicazione delle foto dei partecipanti agli scontri con i poliziotti nell’O.A.K.A. e le recenti “epurazioni” dei migranti ad opera della ELAS (polizia greca) che ora vengono mostrare nei telegiornali come ovvio espediente pre elettorale. 

E’ chiaro quindi che la guerra si sta intensificando. Nel campo legale ciò viene espresso con l’applicazione della legge antiterrorista che è di proposito generica e poco chiara. Sebbene in questo specifico caso non ci sia l’ombra di una prova o di una relazione che colleghi noi con queste azioni, il giudizio solamente soggettivo dei ben noti procuratori è sufficiente per farci imprigionare di nuovo.

Comunque, con prove costruite e false testimonianze, due di noi (Mitrousias e Karagiannidis) sono stati imprigionati anche per il caso dei “pacchi bomba”. E’ chiaro che le nuove accuse sono soprattutto mirate ad evitare il rilascio (a causa della scadenza dei 18 mesi) di K. Sakkas e Stella Antoniou.

Ciò è dimostrato dal fatto che le accuse per queste azioni specifiche non sono state attribuite a noi durante il nostro arresto 16 mesi fa ma oggi, nonostante non siano saltate fuori nuove prove. Comunichiamo inoltre che da oggi 6 Aprile iniziano uno sciopero della fame chiedendo: L’interruzione della nostra arbitraria e vendicativa prigionia. L’immediato rilascio della nostra co-imputata S. Antoniou per motivi di salute.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAIM FOR THE ARSON OF A BANK ON SOLONOS STREET IN ATHENS 13/4

On 4/12/10 one more terrorist operation is set up and executed by the genuine lackeys of the system resulting in the arrests of six fighters.

Stella Antoniou, Kostas Sakkas, Giorgos Karagiannidis, Alexandros Mitrousias, Christos Politis and Dimitris Michail are arrested and held hostage accused at first for participation in a “unknown terrorist organization”. Comrades Mitrousias and Karagiannidis had chosen the peace-less path of clandestinity for more than a year since arrest warrants were issued against them for the “Halandri case”. Six months later Politis and Michail are released and the charges against them are dropped.

With no evidence and fake charges (but with loads of vengeance), the charges of participation in a unknown terrorist organization is transformed into participation in the R.O. Conspiracy Cells of Fire, which is denied so much from the four arrested comrades as well as the imprisoned members of the organization. The plan of extermination of our brothers begins with the prosecution applied on Karagiannidis and Mitrousias concerning the sending of incendiary packages to embassies and leaders of european states, an action for which the C.C.F. has claimed responsibility.

The two comrades with a letter to a newspaper refer to the reasons for this prosecution. The intrigues however do not stop here. 250 incendiary attacks carried out by the organization Conspiracy Cells of Fire until 2009 were dug up after 3 years in order to fall, with absolutely no evidence, on the backs of K.Sakkas, S.Antoniou, G.Karagiannidis, A.Mitrousias as well as the imprisoned members of the C.C.F. and fighter Theofilos Mavropoulos (and in the end who knows to who else).

A result of this recent prosecution is the new imprisonment of all of them –an imprisonment used as a vengeful tool by the prosecuting authorities on the comrades because of the end of their 18month detainment for some of them. When the laws become tools of revenge in the hands of dominators and you feel the noose taking more and more of the air you breathe the only thing left is to fight them with more rage, storm the struggle naked of all the fears they elaborately tried to dress you with, attack those whores who falsely tried to subjugate you, by throwing in their faces those tones of trial briefs, convictions and years of prison with the thought that this struggle is not only just but also necessary.

“The revolted remain revolted even without a pen or pistol, as long as they have the weapon that includes all others weapons: their decisiveness itself”

Interrogators Mokkas-Baltas as well as their superiors (terrorist force) believed with plenty of naivety that a bunch of shitty papers would manage to bend the stubbornness of the comrades and bury their most passionate side, a side that breathes only outside the limits of urban legality and social peace, which fights for a free society without restrictions, a side which even behind walls, the bars and the rot of the hellholes of greece remains UNTAMED.

Thus from 6/4 our brothers Sakkas, Karagiannidis and Mitrousias began a hunger strike demanding the lifting of these new vengeful imprisonment as well as the immediate release of co-accused Stella Antoniou for health reasons. We could not remain inactive by this choice of theirs.

Thus, as a minimal token of solidarity to the struggle of the three hunger strikers, on the evening of Good Friday we torched a branch of Eurobank on Solonos street. We realize solidarity as a radical action aiming at the existing system and its structures.

After 16 months of my imprisonment as well as the imprisonment of K.Sakkas, A Mitrousias and G.Karagiannidis they call us for additional charges of new prosecutions, in coordination with new imprisonments.

Prosecutions which are not based on any proof for actions, which pre-existed and should have, based on their laws, been included initially in the first trial brief, the first imprisonment.

But two months before mine and K.Sakkas release, because of the ending of the 18month detainment period, they charge Sakkas, Mitrousias and Karagiannidis with a new imprisonment for the same case. The interrogator actually said that he intends to combine all these trial briefs in one court resulting that the 3 comrades have 2 and 3 imprisonments for one case.

Already Mitrousias and Karagiannidis have been imprisoned since our arrest on 4/12/10, a second imprisonment began for them after their fabricated involvement in the actions of the packages without being recognized from any witness and now the third one with the actions claimed by the R.O. Conspiracy Cells of Fire.

It is now known that I have made 4 applications for release which were denied, while for a month now we await the 5th application to be answered. On Monday April 9th I was interrogated for the same actions and they did not imprison me again.

After this finally in a short while I will be able to treat my health, something that in prison is almost impossible. After an agreement with comrades Sakkas, Mitrousias, Karagiannidis, I will not go on hunger strike.

The 3 fighters continue the hunger strike and are on the 6th day, with the same demands. I do not abandon the demand for the satisfaction of our two demands and I will support until the end this political choice. To begin from today I go on prison food abstention, participating as well in the specific struggle. Let’s leave no comrade alone.

April 14th – An assembly in solidarity with G.Karagiannidis, A.Mitroussias, K.Sakkas and S.Antoniou released the following news (among others): ‘Currently, the three comrades Karagiannidis, Mitroussias, Sakkas have been accused for the case of the 250 CCF arsons by the appellate–interrogation experts Mokkas and Baltas, who ordered that all three as well as the members of the R.O. CCF be remanded in custody once again. Stella Antoniou was charged in the case too, but wasn’t remanded in custody again, and so is expected to be released at the end of the 18-month period of her first pretrial incarceration (in June 2012) while her 5th request for release on health grounds has not yet been answered’.
Let us remind that Stella is held in pretrial detention for 16 months already, with the possession of a fake ID as sole evidence against her.

Mazmorras griegas: Notas sobre las huelgas de hambre y abstenciones de comida de lxs presxs en lucha

4 de abril: Declaración de huelga de hambre de Spyros Dravilas (Prisión de Domokos), titulada “El Estado y sus instituciones se vengan de aquellxs que no sucumben bajo su sistema, privándoles de su derecho a salidas temporales”. Las autoridades le han negado a Spyros Dravilas su derecho a salidas temporales, con el que contaba desde hacía dos años y medio.

Κείμενο της Σ.Αντωνίου για τους 3 απεργούς πείνας

Μετά από 16 μήνες προφυλάκισης μου και των Κ. Σακκά, Α. Μητρούσια και Γ. Καραγιαννίδη μας καλούν για συμπληρωματικές κατηγορίες νέων διώξεων, σε συνδυασμό με νέες προφυλακίσεις. Διώξεις οι οποίες δεν βασίζονται σε κανένα στοιχείο για ενέργειες, οι οποίες προυπήρχαν και όφειλαν με βάση τους νόμους τους να τις εντάξουν εξ’ αρχής στην πρώτη δικογραφία, στην πρώτη προφυλάκιση. Όμως δύο μήνες πριν την αποφυλάκιση τη δική μου και του Κ. Σακκά, εξαιτίας της λήξης του 18μηνου, χρεώνουν στους Σακκά, Μητρούσια, Καραγιαννίδη νέα προφυλάκιση για την ίδια υπόθεση. Ο ανακριτής είπε μάλιστα ότι σκοπεύει να συνενώσει όλες αυτές τις δικογραφίες σ’ ένα δικαστήριο με αποτέλεσμα οι 3 σύντροφοι να έχουν 2 και 3 προφυλακίσεις για μία υπόθεση. Ήδη ο Μητρούσιας και ο Καραγιαννίδης έχουν προφυλακιστεί στη σύλληψη μας στις 4/12/10, δεύτερη προφυλάκιση γι’ αυτούς ξεκίνησε μετά την κατασκευασμένη εμπλοκή τους στις ενέργειες των δεμάτων χωρίς ν’ αναγνωριστούν από κανένα μάρτυρα και τρίτη τώρα με τις ενέργειες για τις οποίες έχει αναλάβει την ευθύνη η Ε.Ο. Συνομωσία Πυρήνων της Φωτιάς. Χρεώνουν όμως και στον Κ.Σακκά νέα προφυλάκιση με αποτέλεσμα να μην αποφυλακιστεί τον Ιούνιο που λήγει το 18μηνο μας.

Δεύτερο βασικό αίτημα της απεργίας πείνας είναι η αποφυλάκιση μου για λόγους υγείας. Είναι πλέον γνωστό ότι έχω κάνει 4 αιτήσεις αποφυλάκισης οι οποίες απαντήθηκαν αρνητικά, ενώ 1 μήνα τώρα περιμένουμε ν’ απαντηθεί η πέμπτη αίτηση. Τη Δευτέρα 9 Απριλίου ανακρίθηκα για τις ίδιες ενέργειες και δεν με προφυλάκισαν εκ νέου. Μετά απ’ αυτή την εξέλιξη επιτέλους μπορώ σε πολύ κοντινό χρονικό διάστημα να φροντίσω την υγεία μου κάτι που μέσα στη φυλακή είναι σχεδόν ακατόρθωτο.

Ύστερα από συμφωνία με τους συντρόφους Σακκά, Μητρούσια, Καραγιαννίδη δεν θα προχωρήσω σε απεργία πείνας. Οι 3 αγωνιστές συνεχίζουν την απεργία πείνας βρισκόμενοι στην έκτη μέρα, με τα ίδια αιτήματα. Δεν αποχωρώ από την απαίτηση της ικανοποίησης των δύο αιτημάτων μας και θα στηρίξω μέχρι τέλους την πολιτική αυτή επιλογή. Αρχικά προχωρώ από σήμερα σε αποχή συσσιτίου πέρνοντας κι εγώ μέρος στον συγκεκριμένο αγώνα. Να μην αφήσουμε κανένα σύντροφο μόνο του.

Αποχή συσσιτίου σε ένδειξη αλληλεγγύης προς στην αναρχική Στέλλα Αντωνίου

Την τελευταία διετία ο ρυθμός των πολιτικών κρατουμένων στις φυλακές του ελληνικού κράτους έχει αυξηθεί ραγδαία καθώς δεκάδες αγωνιστές όλων των τάσεων έχουν συλληφθεί κατηγορούμενοι είτε για συμμετοχή στις επαναστατικές οργανώσεις που έδρασαν το προηγούμενο διάστημα είτε για την γενικότερη αντισυστημική τους δράση.
Μία από αυτούς ειναι και η Στέλλα Αντωνίου η οποία έχει συνεληφθεί στις 4-12-2010.
Η αναρχική συντρόφισσα αντιμετώπιζε ήδη σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας,το οποίο έχει επιβαρυνθεί επικίνδυνα τον τελευταίο χρόνο που κρατείται.
Στις 4-1-2012 θα καταθέσει αίτηση αποφυλάκισης προκειμένου να μπορέσει να λάβει την ιατρική περίθαλψη που χρειάζεται πρωτού η κατάστασή της καταστεί μη αναστρέψιμη.
Ως ελάχιστη πράξη αλληλεγγύης ξεκινάσαμε από σήμερα 30-12-2011 αποχή σισιτίου η οποία θα διαρκέσει ως την ημερομηνία κατάθεσης της αίτησης αποφυλάκισης της στις 4-1-2012.

Vor dem griechischen Konsulat, am Gänsemarkt und in der Susannenstraße wurden Flyer verteilt und Transparente gehalten, die auf die Situation von Stella im Knast aufmerksam machen sollen. Außerdem wurde darüber Informiert, dass in vielen verschiedenen Städten in Griechenland Demonstrationen und Soli- Aktionen liefen.



Ihre 3 Gefährten traten gestern in Hungerstreik, für die sofortige Freilassung von Stella und um gegen das Konstrukt der Polizei gegen sie zu protestieren.

Stella wird sich ebenfalls in einer Woche dem Hungerstreik anschließen.

Stella Antoniou wurde am 4. Dezember 2010 zusammen mit 5 weiteren Menschen in Athen festgenommen. Stella ist Anarchistin und wird beschuldigt Mitglied einer terroristischen Vereinigung zu sein. Sie wird seit 15 Monaten festgehalten, ohne bisher ein Gerichtsverfahren gehabt zu haben. Sie hat bereits 5 mal erfolglos ihre Freilassung beantragt. Greece: Four anarchist prisoners declare hunger strike

Today, April 6th, 2012, in a joint statement from Koridallos prisons, the anarchists Giorgos Karagiannidis, Alexandros Mitroussias and Kostas Sakkas declared that they go on hunger strike, demanding the lifting of their arbitrary and vengeful pretrial incarcerations, as well as the immediate release of their co-defendant Stella Antoniou on health grounds. Stella Antoniou herself will participate in the hunger strike a week later, despite the deterioration of her health condition. The four comrades denounce the State’s renewed attempt to prosecute both them and other fighters, in the context of the recent prosecution of the 250 CCF actions (other details here).

In Athens, the evening demonstration in solidarity with Stella Antoniou started from Syntagma Square. More than a thousand anarchists and supporters walked to Propylaea, on Panepistimiou Street. Later, through Solonos Street, people arrived at Exarchia Square, ending point of the demo. Texts for Stella and other political prisoners (CCF and Karagiannidis, Mitroussias, Sakkas) were shared out to passersby and leaflets were thrown across the route (more photos/video here).

Earlier, in Thessaloniki, a motorcycle rally was held for the day of action in solidarity with the four imprisoned anarchists. A hundred people left on motorbikes from the city centre, moved on Egnatia Street and passed from several neighbourhoods (Toumba, Harilaou, Tsimiski, Antigonidon, Aghios Dimitrios, Iasonidou), throwing thousands of informative leaflets on their way and chanting slogans.

Grecia: Quattro prigionieri anarchici iniziano lo sciopero della fame

Oggi, 6 Aprile 2012, in un comunicato congiunto dalle prigioni di Koridallos, gli anarchici Giorgos Karagiannidis, Alexandros Mitroussias e Kostas Sakkas hanno dichiarato di essere entrati in sciopero della fame, chiedendo la revoca della loro arbitraria e vendicativa incarcerazione preventiva, nonchè l’immediato rilascio della loro co-imputata Stella Antoniou per motivi di salute. La stessa Stella Antoniou parteciperà allo sciopero della fame una settimana dopo, nonostante il peggiorare del suo stato di salute. I quattro compagni denunciano il rinnovato tentativo da parte dello Stato di perseguire loro ed altri combattenti, nel contesto delle recenti accuse delle 250 azioni delle CCF (qui ulteriori dettagli).

Ad Atene, la dimostrazione in solidarietà con Stella Antoniou è partita in serata da Piazza Syntagma. Più di un migliaio di anarchici e simpatizzanti si è diretta verso Propylea, in Panepistimiou Street. Poi, attraversando Solonos Street, la gente è arrivata a Piazza Exarchia, punto finale della dimostrazione. In precedenza, a Salonicco, si è svolto un motoraduno per la giornata d’azione in solidarietà con i quattro anarchici imprigionati. In mid-March I was made known to us that we are called for one more time by the special interrogators Baltas nad Mokkas, to “apologize” *(apology in greek is also the word for testifying) for a series of arson and explosive attacks, the responsibility for which has been claimed by the R.O. C.C.F. From the first moment we have denied our participation in this specific organization, as well as any other. Although this given moment the persecutions aim at us, we consider that what is being targeted is subversive word and action.
Through the especially tense social conditions of the period we are going through, radical organization and resistance is what terrorizes the state more and more, which updates its oppressive plan.
Counting only from the beginning of the year, we have the belief prosecutions of comrades for the occupation of a radiostation in solidarity to the R.O. R.S., the publication of photos of arrestees and imprisoned comrades from the clashes on 12/2, while in the frames of toughening the attitude of democracy even against anything that could potentially disrupt the now fragile balance, we have the publication of photos of participants in the clashes with cops in the O.A.K.A. and the recent mass immigrant “clean-ups” of the EL.AS (greek police) which are now shown live on the news with an obvious pre-election expediency.
It is clear therefore that the war is intensifying. In the legal field this is expressed with the application of provisions of the terror-law which are purposely unclear and general. Although in the specific trial brief there is not one shred of evidence or indication connecting us with these actions, the subjective and only judgement of the known interrogators is a capble condition for us to be imprisoned all over again.
Anyway, with fabricated evidence and false witnesses two of us (Mitrousias-Karagiannidis) were imprisoned also for the “parcel bombs” case. It is clear that the new persecutions are especially targeted time-wise in order to prevent the release (because of the 18month period) of K.Sakkas and Stella Antoniou.
This is proven by the fact that the charges for these specific actions were not attributed to us during our arrest 16 months ago but today, despite the fact no new evidence came out. We state therefore that as of today 6/4 we go on a hunger strike demanding: The lifting of our arbitrary and vengeful imprisonments The immediate release of our co-accused S.Antoniou for health reasons.

Στα μέσα Μαρτίου μας γνωστοποιήθηκε πως καλούμαστε ακόμα μια φορά από τους ειδικούς εφέτες-ανακριτές Μπαλντά και Μόκκα, για να «απολογηθούμε» για μια σωρεία εμπρηστικών και εκρηκτικών επιθέσεων, την ευθύνη των οποίων έχει αναλάβει η Ε.Ο. Σ.Π.Φ.

Από την πρώτη στιγμή έχουμε αρνηθεί τη συμμετοχή μας στη συγκεκριμένη οργάνωση, καθώς και σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη.

Αν και τη δεδομένη στιγμή οι διώξεις στοχεύουν εμάς, θεωρούμε πως αυτό που στοχοποιείται είναι ο ανατρεπτικός λόγος και πράξη.

Μέσα στις ιδιαίτερα τεταμένες κοινωνικές συνθήκες της περιόδου που διανύουμε η ριζοσπαστική οργάνωση και αντίσταση είναι αυτό που περισσότερο τρομοκρατεί το κράτος, το οποίο αναβαθμίζει το κατασταλτικό του σχέδιο.

Μετρώντας μόνο από την αρχή του χρόνου, έχουμε τις φρονηματικές διώξεις συντρόφων για κατάληψη ραδιοσταθμού σε ένδειξη αλληλεγγύης στην Ε.Ο. Ε.Α., τη δημοσίευση φωτογραφιών συλληφθέντων και προφυλακισθέντων για τις συγκρούσεις στις 12/2, ενώ στα πλαίσια της σκλήρυνσης της στάσης της δημοκρατίας ακόμη και απέναντι σε ότι μπορεί εν δυνάμει να διαταράξει την εύθραυστη πλέον ισορροπία της έχουμε τη δημοσίευση φωτογραφιών συμμετεχόντων στις συγκρούσεις με μπάτσους στο Ο.Α.Κ.Α. και τις πρόσφατες μαζικές «σκούπες» της ΕΛ.ΑΣ. που μεταδίδονται πλέον ζωντανά από τα δελτία ειδήσεων με προφανή προεκλογική σκοπιμότητα.

Είναι σαφές λοιπόν πως ο πόλεμος εντείνεται. Στο νομικό πεδίο αυτό εκφράζεται με την εφαρμογή διατάξεων του τρομονόμου που είναι σκοπίμως ασαφείς και γενικές. Αν και στη συγκεκριμένη δικογραφία δεν υπάρχει ούτε ένα στοιχείο ή ένδειξη που να μας συνδέει με τις ενέργειες, η υποκειμενική και μόνο κρίση των γνωστών ανακριτών αποτελεί ικανή συνθήκη για να προφυλακιστούμε εκ νέου.

Ούτως η άλλως με χαλκευμένα στοιχεία και ψευδομαρτυρίες δύο από εμάς (Μητρούσιας-Καραγιαννίδης) προφυλακιστήκαμε και για την υπόθεση «δέματα-βόμβες».

Είναι ξεκάθαρο πως οι καινούριες διώξεις είναι ιδιαίτερα στοχευμένες χρονικά προκειμένου να αποτρέψουν την αποφυλάκιση λόγω λήξης του 18μήνου των Κώστα Σακκά και Στέλλας Αντωνίου. Αυτό αποδεικνύεται από το γεγονός ότι οι κατηγορίες για τις συγκεκριμένες ενέργειες δεν μας αποδόθηκαν κατά τη σύλληψη μας πριν 16 μήνες αλλά σήμερα, παρόλο που δεν προέκυψε κανένα καινούριο στοιχείο.

Δηλώνουμε λοιπόν πως από σήμερα 6/4 ξεκινάμε απεργία πείνας απαιτώντας:

Την άρση των αυθαίρετων και εκδικητικών προφυλακίσεων μας

Την άμεση αποφυλάκιση της συγκατηγορούμενης μας Σ. Αντωνίου για λόγους υγείας
