Kostas Katsenas wurde im Zusammenhang mit der repressiven Operation gegen „Revolutionärer Kampf“(Revolutionary Struggle – Epanastatikos Agonas) gesucht, er tauchte unter und entzog sich damit dem Zugriff der Behörden. Wenige Tage vor dem Beginn des Prozesses gegen die Beschuldigten Anfang Oktober 2011 stellte er sich und wurde in Untersuchungshaft gesteckt. Für den 27. März diesen Jahres bekam er eine richterliche Vorladung [Aufruf zur Solikundgebung], auf welcher über die Fortdauer der Haft entschieden werden sollte, er wurde entlassen und befindet sich wieder unter seinen FreundInnen und GenossInnen. Hier die Übersetzung eines Briefes, den Kostas am 23. März im Knast schrieb.

Athen: Soli-Kundgebung für den Genossen Kostas Katsenos, angeklagt im Verfahren gegen Revolutionary Struggle

Kostas Katsenos ist immer noch in Untersuchungshaft, angeklagt im Prozess gegen den “Revolutionären Kampf”, dessen Verfahren noch läuft. Am Dienstag, den 27.März muss der Genosse vor Berufungsgericht erscheinen, wo eine Jury von RichterInnen über die Verlängerung seiner Untersuchungshaft, oder seine Freilassung entscheiden, weil er bereits seit 6 Monaten einsitzt.

Im April 2010 wurden die anarchistischen Mitglieder des Revolutionären Kampfes Pola Roupa, Kostas Gournas und Nikos Maziotis festgenommen und blieben 18 Monate, bis zur gesetzlichen Höchstgrenze in Untersuchungshaft. Am 11. Oktober wurden sie aus dem Koridallos Gefängnis entlassen.

Im April 2010 wurden die Anarchisten Vaggelis Stathopoulos, Christoforos Kortesis und Sarantos Nikitopoulos vom Staat gekidnappt. Sie saßen auch in Untersuchungshaft und wurden erst nach einer richterlichen Anordnung am 5.April 2011 entlassen. Diese drei Genossen, sowie Marie Beraha (die Lebensgefährtin von K.Gournas) sind für die Beteiligung in der Organisation des Revolutionären Kampfes angeklagt. Alle vier haben die Anschuldigungen wiederholt zurückgewiesen. Kostas Katsenos wurde seit mindestens anderthalb Jahren von der Polizei gesucht; er blieb untergetaucht, bis er sich wenige Tage vor dem Beginn des Verfahrens gegen den Revolutionären Kampf stellte. Das Verfahren begann offiziell am 5. Oktober 2011. Genosse K. Katsenos ist seitdem im Koridallos Gefängnis inhaftiert, obwohl er alle Anschuldigungen zurückweist. Wir fordern seine sofortige Freilassung aus diesem Höllenloch!

On April 1st, 2012, I will complete 6 months as undertrial inmate in Koridallos prisons. Currently I am the only prisoner for the Revolutionary Struggle case.

The last two years I have lived in a peculiar hostage status, completely detached from my close environment, without the ability to work, study, communicate and participate in the processes of the political space I affiliate myself with.

A cruel and unjust political and economic system, which is in crisis, is trying through the criminal law to bend every effort of social resistance.

The rationale upon which the prosecution against me was based is totally arbitrary, a product of individual estimates and speculations by the assignees of the ministry of system protection.

On March 27th, at 10.00 in the morning, I am called to appear before the appellate judges’ council [in Athens], in order for the extension or not of my so-called temporary custody to be examined.

Knowing the climate of repression that prevails towards all social fronts, I do not know if I can hope for a positive decision. Either way, I will continue to resist the police and judicial machinations.

El 1 de abril, se cumplirán 6 meses de mi detención preventiva en las cárceles de Koridallos. Actualmente, soy el único detenido por el caso de la Lucha Revolucionaria.

Durante los dos últimos años he vivido en un estado de secuestro peculiar, completamente separado de mi ambiente, sin poder trabajar, estudiar, comunicar y participar en los procesos del espacio político en el cual participo.

Un sistema político y económico injusto e inhumano, en crisis, intenta reprimir cualquier resistencia social, a través de la legislación penal.

La justificación en la que se basa mi persecución es completamente arbitraria, es producto de estimaciones-especulaciones de los agentes del ministerio de protección del sistema.

A las 10:00 del 27 de marzo, tengo que presentarme frente al consejo de apelaciones en Atenas, para que se determine la continuación o no de mi detención, llamada, temporal.

Conociendo de antemano el clima de represión que prevalece contra todos los frentes sociales no sé si puedo esperar una decisión positiva. De todas maneras, continuaré resistiendo a las maquinaciones policiales y a las jurídicas.

A bloquear la represión, independientemente de la forma en que se presente. A expresar nuestra solidaridad activa con todxs lxs luchadorxs prisionerxs de la guerra social y de clase.

Il 1 aprile 2012, completerò i 6 mesi di detenzione nella prigione di Koridallos. Al momento sono l’unico ad essere prigioniero per il caso di Lotta Rivoluzionaria.

Negli ultimi due anni ho vissuto in un particolare status di ostaggio, completamente isolato dal mio vicino coinvolgimento, senza la possibilità di lavorare, studiare, comunicare e partecipare ai processi dello spazio politico al quale mi sento vicino.

Un ingiusto e crudele sistema politico ed economico, che è in crisi, sta cercando tramite la legge di indebolire ogni tentativo di resistenza sociale.

La motivazione della mia accusa è totalmente arbitraria, un prodotto di considerazioni individuali e speculazioni di collaboratori del ministero della protezione del sistema.

Il 27 marzo, alle ore 10, sarò convocato al concilio dei giudici d’appello (ad Atene), perché venga esaminata la proroga o meno della mia cosiddetta custodia temporanea.

Sapendo il clima di repressione che prevale su tutti i fronti sociali, non so se posso sperare per un esito positivo. In ogni modo, continuerò a resistere alle macchinazioni poliziesche e giuridiche.

Dobbiamo fare i conti con la repressione qualunque forma essa abbia, ed esprimere la nostra solidarietà ad ogni prigioniero combattente della guerra di classe e sociale.

Le 1e avril, cela fera 6 mois depuis le début de ma détention sous mise en accusation, dans la prison de Koridallos. Je suis, actuellement le seul détenu pour la cause de la Lutte R’evolutionnaire.

Depuis 2 ans je vis dans un état de kidnapping spécial, complètement séparé de mon environnement, sans pouvoir travailler, étudier, communiquer et continuer de participer dans les processus du réseau politique duquel je fais partie.

Un système politique et économique injuste et inhumain en crise est en train d’essayer de réprimer toute résistance sociale, au travers de la législation pénale.

La raison de ma persécution est complètement arbitraire, et est produit des estimations-spéculations des agents du ministère de protection du système.

Le 27 mars à 10H, je dois me présenter devant le conseil d’appel d’Athènes, pour déterminer la continuation ou non de ma détention temporaire, comme ils disent.

Connaissant d’avance le climat de répression qui prévaut contre tous les fronts sociaux, je ne sais pas si je peux espérer une décision positive. De toute façon, je vais continuer de résister aux machinations policières et juridiques.

Bloquons la répression, peut importe sous quelle forme elle se présente. Exprimons notre solidarité active contre toutes le lutteurs prisonniers de la guerre sociale et de classe.

Le mardi 27 mars, le camarade comparaîtra devant le Conseil des Juges en Appel qui statuera sur la prolongation de sa détention préventive ou sa mise en liberté depuis que cela fait 6 mois qu’il est en prison.

En avril 2010 les membres anarchistes de Lutte Révolutionnaire Pola Roupa, Kostas Gournas et Nikos Maziotis furent arêtes et mis en détention préventive jusqu’à ce qu’ils atteignent la limite des 18 mois le 11 octobre 2011, date à laquelle ils ont été relâché de la prison de Koridallos. En avril 2010 l’Etat a aussi kidnappé les anarchistes Vaggelis Stathopoulos, Christoforos Kortesis et Sarantos Nikitopoulos qui ont aussi été détenu avant le process et seulement relâché avant le jugement de la cour le 5 avril 2011. Ces trois camarades, tout comme Marie Beraha (la compagne de K.Gournas) sont accusés de participation à l’organisation Lutte Révolutionnaire, mais les quatre ont à plusieurs fois réfutés les accusations. Kostas Katsenos était recherché par les autorités pendant au moins un an et demi ; il était en cavale jusqu’à ce qu’il se rende quelques jours avant le début du procès de Lutte Révolutionnaire (qui a officiellement commencé le 5 octobre 2011). Le camarade Kostas Katsenos est depuis en détention préventive dans la prison de Koridallos malgrè qu »il réfute les accusations. Nous exigeons sa libération immédiate de se trou à rats.

Questi tre compagni, così come Marie Beraha (la compagna di K. Gournas) sono accusati di partecipazione all’organizzazione Lotta Rivoluzionaria, ma tutti e quattro hanno ripetutamente negato tutte le accuse. Kostas Katsenos era ricercato dalle autorità da quasi un’anno e mezzo, rimase latitante, fino a quando non si è consegnato qualche giorno prima dell’inizio del processo contro Lotta Rivoluzionaria (che è ufficialmente iniziato il 5 Ottobre 2011). Il compagno K. Katsenos da allora è rimasto in custodia nelle carceri di Koridallos, anche se nega tutte le accuse. Chiediamo la sua immediata liberazione dall’inferno.
