und Luca Bernasconi, die sie vor dem Bundesstrafgericht Bellinzona in der Schweiz verlesen haben, als Broschüre.
Am 22. Juli 2011 hat das Bundesstrafgericht Beltinzona Costantino Ragusa zu 3 Jahren und 8 Monaten, Luca Bemasconi zu 3 Jahren und 6 Monaten und Silvia Guerini zu 3 Jahren und 4 Monaten wegen Vorbereitungshandlungen zur Brandstiftung, illegalem Transport und Verbergungen von Sprengstoffen verurteilt. Diese Erklärung wurde von den Angeklagten am Prozess im Juli 2011 in der Schweiz verlesen. Die drei wurden am 15. April 2010 bei Zürich während einer Verkehrskontrolle wegen dem Verdacht des versuchten Angriffs auf das sich damals noch im Bau befindlichen IBM Forschungszentrum in Rüschlikon verhaftet.

“…Radikaler Ökokampf wird eine immer grundlegendere und zentralere Rolle zur Verhinderung und Bekämpfung des scheinbar Unaufhaltbaren haben. Diese Bewegung kann nur radikal sein, also auf die Wurzeln des Problems zielen, und die ökologische Frage erneut zu stellen, heisst nicht sich mit den jeweils aktuellsten ökologischen Auswirkungen zu beschäftigen, sondern mit der tiefgehenden und ursächlichen Bedeutung der Abspaltung des Menschen von der Natur. Wir benötigen eine neue ökologische Weltanschauung zur Entwicklung einer ökozentrischen Sensibilität zum Aufbau eines Netzes von nicht hierarchischen Zusammenhängen und Wechselbeziehungen, wo sich reale, nicht von der Maschine und ihren Institutionen vermittelte Beziehungen entwickeln können, in denen man als Individuen selbstbestimmt handeln und das eigene Leben wieder vollständig in die eigenen Hände nehmen kann…”

Communiqué on the solidarity strike May 1-5 2012
May Day: a day of anger and international solidarity!

Once again, on 1^st May this year we are where we feel at home: together with you in the streets, in the resistance and the struggles, which we share in spite of our differences.
Once again, this year we will participate to the May Day mobilisations and initiatives being organized outside with a collective hunger strike of 5 days, starting from 1^st May, inside the prison.

The fake, false and falsifying media world goes on relentlessly with its daily bombardments carried out in the wake of the crisis and the various emergencies revived according to the needs of the empire.
Fear, a driving force of democracy, has come back to dominate, to be instilled in our daily life and in so called public opinion through the channels of disinformation and regime propaganda.
In spite of their eternal promise of wealth, peace and happiness, which is continuously put off to better times that will never come, in spite of the eternal promises that capitalism makes in exchange for exploitation, looting and annihilation, the system finds itself in the position of not having anything more to offer if not chains and sacrifices to be imposed, sharp and pointed weapons, batons like those shepherds wield in order to keep the flock of sheep together.
As they spread fear of the ‘foreigner’, the ‘abnormal’, of losing a job, the certitudes and safety of a ‘normal’ life, our privileges and commodities, that is how day after day the ‘best world of all possible worlds’ repeats itself through these subtle threats and intimidations and daily blackmail; and through repression it tries in vain to exhaust and stop precisely those who have always refused, opposed and fought against this fake ‘best of the possible worlds’. Cracks are opening up in the propaganda of power!
And the fronts of authentic struggle against the existent are not few, as it may seem at first sight: for example the struggle against the ZAD in France; against the TAV in Italy, which started from Val Susa and spread all over the country and beyond, with blockades of stations, roads, highways and even disruptions of prosecutor Caselli’s lectures; incendiary anger without borders or appointments putting fire to the metropolis, from Athens to Santiago, from Indonesia to Russia, and giving fear back to its sender; resistance struggles of the people in Kurdistan, Mexico, the Mapuche land, the Niger delta, the forests of India, the Aden Gulf and in thousands of other places, far and distant ones… all of them reaffirming the resistance against looting and annihilation; the occupation of piazzas, houses, ‘uncultivated’ land for a more dignified life.
The will of change is turning into conflict against the existent everywhere!
We dedicate our solidarity action to all these struggles, which are anger and joy, energy and strength for us inside here. And we want to send all our anger and energy to these struggles so that they continue and expand.
This is also an initiative to send hugs full of anger, love and strength to all resistance fighters kept hostages in the concentration camps of democracy, and to all our sisters and brothers inside and outside who do not give up, hold their heads high and keep on struggling!

Seit dem 10. September 2010 befinden sich vier revolutionäre ÖkoanarchistInnen in Knästen in der Schweiz im Hungerstreik. Billy, Costa, Silvia und Marco Camenisch schreiben in ihrer Erklärung, dass "[w]egen den umständehalber bestehenden Begrenzungen und Verzögerungen der Kommunikation, die unter uns drei in U-Haft sogar im totalen Kommunikationsverbot bestehen, ist die Abmachung und Organisierung dieser Initiative schwierig und vielleicht nur in der Folge werden ausführlichere auch individuelle Nachrichten, Bestätigungen und Erklärungen möglich sein. Aber als revolutionäre AnarchistInnen wollen wir von hier drinnen hiermit entschlossen unsere internationalistische solidarische Teilnahme jenseits jeglicher spezifischen Tendenz an den revolutionären Initiativen und Kämpfen drinnen und draussen gegen Repression, Knast, Isolation, Folter bekräftigen." Silvia, Billy und Costa sitzen seit dem 15. April 2010 in Haft in der Schweiz, weil ihnen vorgeworfen wird einen Anschlag geplant zu haben. Bei einer Verkehrskontrolle wurden Sprengstoff und Gegenstände zum Bau von Sprengsätzen gefunden, sowie ein BekennerInnenschreiben, “das auf einen geplanten Anschlag auf das IBM-Forschungszentrum in Rüschlikon ZH hinweist”. 							http://switzerland.indymedia.org/de/2011/07/82580.shtml Das Bundesstrafgericht in Bellinzona hat die drei Anarchist_innen Silvia, Billy und Costa zu Haftstrafen von drei Jahren und vier Monaten, drei Jahren und sechs Monaten sowie drei Jahren und acht Monaten verurteilt. Damit liegt das Strafmass leicht über den Anträgen der Bundesanwaltschaft. Ihnen wurde vorgeworfen, letztes Jahr eine Aktion gegen ein im Bau befindliches Nanotechnologie-Forschungszentrum der IBM in Zürich geplant zu haben. Seit ihrer Verhaftung sitzen die drei in verschiedenen Knästen in Untersuchungshaft und haben seither erfahren können, dass die Schweizer Staatsschutzorgane (Nachrichtendienste, Bundesanwaltschaft und Bundeskriminalpolizei) den ausländischen „Kollegen“ in nichts hinten anstehen und bestens kooperieren, ob legal oder illegal.

Solidaritätshungerstreik von Billy, Yilmaz und Marco in der Schweiz

An diesem 1. Mai sind wir wieder einmal dort, wo wir uns wirklich zuhause fühlen: zusammen mit euch auf den Strassen, im Widerstand und den Kämpfen, die uns, jenseits aller Unterschiede, vereinen! Auch an diesem 1. Mai nehmen wir von drinnen an den Mobilisierungen und Initiativen draussen teil, mit einem kollektiven Hungerstreik von fünf Tagen, den wir am 1. Mai beginnen. Von der betrügerischen, hinterhältigen und verfälschenden Medienwelt kommt die pausenlose tagtägliche Bombardierung auf der Welle der Krise und der verschiedenen Notstände, die das Regime bei Bedarf immer wieder aus der Mottenkiste hervorholt. Die Angst, die treibende Kraft der Demokratie, ist in diesen Krisenzeiten klar wieder allgegenwärtig, und wird uns und der sogenannten öffentlichen Meinung von den Desinformations- und Propagandakanälen des Regimes alltäglich eingehämmert.

Trotz dem ewigen Versprechen von Wohlstand, Friede und Glück, die wie immer so auch heute auf bessere Zeiten verschoben werden, trotz den ewigen Versprechen des Kapitalismus als Lohn für Ausbeutung, Plünderung und Zerstörung: das System hat nichts zu bieten ausser Gürtel um sie enger zu schnallen und erzwungene Opfer, spitze und scharfe Waffen, und Knüppel wie jene der Hirten, mit denen sie drohen um ihre Schafherde zusammenzuhalten.
Indem sie die Angst vor den Fremden, den “Abnormalen”, vor dem Verluste der Arbeit und der Gewissheiten und Sicherheit eines “normalen” Lebens, vor dem Verlust unserer Privilegien und unseres Komforts schüren, genau durch solche subtile alltägliche Drohungen, Aufforderungen und Erpressungen reproduziert sich diese” beste aller möglichen Welten”; und durch Repression versuchen sie, erfolglos!, dort zu schwächen und einzudämmen wo, immer mehr!, diese betrügerische „beste aller möglichen Welten” auf Ablehnung, Widerstand und Kampf stösst. Alles Risse im dünnen Lack der Machtpropaganda!
Und diese unsere Fronten des wahren Kampfes gegen das Bestehende sind nicht wenige, auch wenn es manchmal so scheint! Die Kämpfe gegen die Tentakel des mörderischen Wachstums und Fortschritts wie die ZAD in Frankreich, oder gegen den TAV-Hochgeschwindigkeitszug in Italien, der von der Valsusa herabsteigt und sich in Italien und anderswo in Stadt und Land verbreitet und Züge, Strassen, Autobahnen, und auch Veranstaltungen blockiert, wie die in Lugano des Staatsanwaltes Caselli der u.a. für den Tod von Edo und Sole und die Repression gegen den NoTav-Widerstand verantwortlich ist! Die brennende Wut ohne Grenzen und Abmachungen, welche die Metropolen in Flammen aufgehen lässt, von Athen bis Santiago, von Indonesien bis Russland, und die Angst dem Absender endlich mal retourniert. Die Widerstandskämpfe der Völker von Kurdistan bis Mexiko, im Land der Mapuche, im Nigerdelta, in den Wäldern Indiens, im Golf von Aden und in tausend anderen Orten, nahen und weniger nahen, um das Leben und den Widerstand gegen Plünderung und Verheerung wieder zu festigen. Und die Besetzungen der Strassen und Plätze und Häuser, des “brachliegenden” Landes für ein würdiges Leben.
Überall wird der Wille zur Veränderung zum Konflikt gegen diese Gegenwart!
Dem wenden wir unsere Blicke zu, mit unserer solidarischen Initiative, diesen Kämpfen, die unseren Zorn und unsere Freude erwecken, und uns auch hier drinnen Energie und Kraft schenken, und denen wir unsere ganze Wut und Energie widmen, auf das sie weitergehen, wachsen und sich vermehren.
Diese Initiative ist auch, selbstverständlich und vor allem, um allen Kämpfenden dieser Kämpfe, die sich in den Vernichtungslagern der Demokratie in Geiselhaft befinden, erneut unsere Umarmung des Zorns, der Liebe und Kraft zu senden, und dasselbe an die Vielzahl von Schwestern und Brüdern drinnen und draussen, die sich nicht ergeben, nicht beugen, und weiterkämpfen!

COMUNICATO SCIOPERO SOLIDALE 1 -5 MAGGIO 2012
1. MAGGIO, GIORNATA Dl RABBIA E SOLIDARIETA INTERNAZIONALE!

Questo 1. Maggio ci ritroviamo ancora là dove davvero ci sentiamo a casa: insieme con voi nelle strade, nella resistenza e nelle lotte che, oltre ogni diversità, ci accomunano!

Anche a questo 1. Maggio partecipiamo da dentro alle mobilitazioni ed iniziative fuori, con uno sciopero della fame collettivo di 5 giomi, a partire dal 1. Maggio.
Del fasullo, falso e falsificante mondo mediatico non c'è tregua dal quotidiano bombardamento che attua sull'onda della crisi e di tutte le varie emergenze regolarmente rispolverate secondo le necessità dell'impero. La paura, forza trainante della democrazia, in questi tempi di crisi è tornata chiaramente a spadroneggiare, istillata nel nostro quotidiano, nella cosiddetta opinione pubblica attraverso i canali delta disinformazione e della propaganda di regime.
Malgrado l'eterna promessa di benessere, di pace e di felicità come sempre anche oggi rimandata a tempi migliori tutti da sperare, malgrado le eterne promesse che il capitalismo mette sul piatto della bilancia in cambio di sfruttamento, di saccheggio e d'annientamento: il sistema si ritrova a non avere nulla più da offrire se non cinghie da stringere e sacrifici da imporre, armi appuntite ed affilate, bastoni come quelli che i pastori brandiscono per mantenere unito il gregge di pecore.
Diffondendo la paura dello straniero, dell'"anormale", la paura di perdere il lavoro, di perdere le certezze e la sicurezza di una vita "normale", la paura di perdere i nostri privilegi e le nostre comodità, ecco che giorno dopo giorno questo "mondo migliore di tuttl i mondi possibili" si .replica attraverso queste sottili minacce ed intimazioni dei ricatti quotidiani; ed attraverso la repressione tenta, inutitmente!, di ffiaccare e arginare laddove, e sempre di più!, questo fasullo "migliore dei mondi possibili" è rifiutato, contrastato e combattuto. Crepe che si aprono nella sottile vernice della propaganda di potere!
E non sono pochi, come a voltee può apparire, i nostri fronti d'autentica lotta contro questo esistente! Lotte per fermare i tentacoli della crescita e dello sviluppo mortifero come la ZAD in Francia, o contro il TAV in Italia, che da Da Valsusa scende e si diffonde in Italia, e non solo, in molte città bloccando treni, strade, autostrade, e anche gli incontri del procuratore Caselli! La rabbia incendiarla senza confini e appuntamenti che incendia le metropoti da Atene a Santiago, dall'Indonesia alla Russia, restituendo la paura al mittente. Le lotte di resistenza delle popolazioni in Kurdistan, in Messico, nelle Terre Mapuche, nel delta del Niger, nelle foreste dell'lndia, nel golfo d'Aden ed in migliaia d'altri luoghi, vicini e lontani, a riaffermare la R/Esistenza contro il saccheggio e l'annientamento. Le occupazioni, per una vita degna, delle piazze, delle case, dei terreni "incolti".
Ovunque la voglia di cambiare si trasforma in conflitto con il presente!
A tutte queste lotte volgiamo lo sguardo con questa nostra iniziativa solidale, a queste lotte che per noi rappresentano rabbia e gioia, energia e forza di cui ci nutriamo anche qui, e a cui, a nostra volta, mandiamo tutta la nostra rabbia ed energia affinchè continuino, crescano, si espandano.
Questa iniziativa è anche, ovviamente e soprattutto, per mandare nuovamente abbracci carichi di rabbia, d'amore e di forza ad ogni combattente resistente ostaggio nei lager d'annientamento della democrazia, ed alla moltitudine di sorelle e di fratetll dentro e fuori che non si arrendono, non si piegano, e continuano a lottare!

Continuación del segundo juicio de “caso Halandri”. Viernes 6 de abril.

Siguen lxs testigxs de acusación. Primero declara un telefonista de la estación televisiva “Alter” que recibió la llamada de aviso por el artefacto explosivo colocado delante de la vivienda de Hinofotis, entonces viceministro de Orden Público. No tiene nada para decir.

Luego declara una mujer inmigrante filipina que trabajó como criada del matrimonio de políticxs Katseli y Arsenis. Dijo que alrededor de las 12:00 am del día en cuestión había subido por el ascensor al piso para traer las compras. El fiscal recordó a la empleada doméstica que su patrón, el Arsenis, declaró que el ascensor estaba roto. El fiscal siguió, por un lado intentando a toda costa alinear la declaración de la mujer testigo a aquella de Arsenis y por otro lado simplemente asustarla.

La abogada de defensa Ifigenia Karandrea intentó también interrogar al testigo, pero lxs jueces iban interrumpiendo sus preguntas. Luego recordó al presidente del tribunal las demandas de la defensa respecto a la citación de lxs testigos y especialmente el jefe de la Unidad Antiterrorista, Horianopoulos. Lxs jueces comentaron que el oficial en cuestión mandó un fax en que declara que…dentro de los próximos 15 días les va a responder si podrá asistir al juicio. Además dijeron : “Ni siquiera tenemos su dirección, tal vez la defensa será capaz de encontrarla.”

A continuación tomaron la palabra los acusados. Dijeron que no es posible realizar dos audiencias judiciales por semana, ya que dos de sus abogadxs son de oficio, se les paga muy poco y están obligadxs a trabajar en diferentes casos a la vez. Además preguntaron ¿ por qué se está citando como testigos a lxs familiares de acusados o la gente que no tiene nada para aportar, mientras que están ausentes lxs testigos esenciales, como oficiales de policía y sus superiores políticos?. El juicio fue suspendido hasta el viernes 20 de abril.

La acción revolucionaria anarquista era y es la dirigida contra el sistema expresión de la vida contra cada poder

Hoy en día nadie más puede negarse a reconocer que la acción directa anarquista es el más esencial embajador de un mundo realmente libre, mundo de la anarquía.

Nosotrxs nunca hemos cesado de creer que las opciones de nuestras vidas están en nuestras propias manos y que por ésta vida combatiremos hasta el final. Creemos en una guerra despiadada contra cualquier relación autoritaria. Ponemos la acción directa como la apuesta central de lxs anarquistas de praxis. Hemos atacado (y lo haremos de nuevo) a las estructuras del Dominio, apoyando la lucha polimorfa, por medio de carteles y marchas combativas o si tras golpes guerrilleros y ataques con bombas. Aprendimos a vivir la anarquía hoy y ahora, al mismo tiempo creando la tesorería de experiencia para su evolución y difusión.

La inagotable voluntad y el ánimo por la lucha nunca cesó de ser nuestro compañero, tampoco dentro de los muros. Desde el primer momento en que nos hemos encontrado en la cárcel, la continuación de nuestra acción sigue siendo nuestra prioridad fundamental. Una prioridad que acompaña a nuestro recorrido, se trata de conflicto con los carceleros, de nuestra participación en las movilizaciones carcelarias o si de nuestro recién intento de fugarnos de esta realidad de encierro, con la mirada dirigida al siguiente enfrentamiento con el enemigo en el campo de batalla.

La cárcel misma es también una razón de guerra. Una guerra durante la cual nuestros hermanos Gerasimos Tsakalos y Panagiotis Argyrou, luchando contra lo humillante que es el régimen de chequeo corporal, guardando su dignidad, se vieron enfrentados con los descarados carceleros de Domokos.
Su respuesta, siendo un gesto combativo de ruptura con lo existente, es la huelga de hambre que demanda su traslado definitivo a la cárcel de Koridallos.
En la lucha que han iniciado no vamos a quedarnos fuera. Nuestro compañero y hermano Christos Tsakalos ya el domingo 8 de abril empezó una huelga de hambre solidaria. Por lo tanto, declaramos que, en el caso de que la demanda de los compañeros no sea satisfecha, cada vez dos de nosotrxs se irán uniendo a la huelga, en unas fechas predeterminadas, así culminando la dinámica de nuestra acción. Sabiendo bien el costo de una huelga de hambre, nos declaramos firmes en nuestra decisión, ya que la lucha por la dignidad que están llevando nuestros dos hermanos es nuestra lucha, lucha que conlleva hasta el peligro de muerte.

En este mismo momento, la anarquista Stella Adoniou junto con tres personas más, todxs acusadxs por casos relacionados con nuestra organización, están realizando una huelga de hambre. Sus demandas son levantar la decisión de puesta, otra vez, de todxs ellxs en prisión preventiva, como también la liberación inmediata de Stella por sus graves problemas de salud. Estamos junto a ella en su lucha por liberación.

Tampoco nos olvidamos del preso digno Spiros Dravilas que inició su huelga de hambre el 4 de abril, demandando que le otorguen los permisos a los cuales sí tiene derecho pero los carceleros le priven de ello, vengándose por el “abominable crimen” de liberación del preso de la cárcel de Koridallos en el 2006 . Le mandamos los saludos más calurosos y nuestra ilimitada solidaridad, reconociendo en su persona la dignidad que hace falta tanto en el pozo negro de la prisión.

Acabando, recordamos a los ministros responsables, que la memoria no es basura y la sangre no es agua y por esto mejor que piensen bien sobre cada una de sus decisiones porque en el camino hacia la Revolución Anarquista acechan las respuestas correspondientes…

LA SOLIDARIDAD ENTRE LXS ANARQUISTAS DE PRAXIS NO SON SÓLO PALABRAS

En la no negociable decisión de hacer nuestra cotidianidad la revolución, hacerlo por medio de la acción directa y la guerrilla urbana anarquista, hemos empezado un recorrido que tiene un punto de salida pero carece de estación final. Hicimos y seguimos haciendo opciones que contienen integralmente nuestras vidas. Estamos orgullosos de esto. Nuestras mentes viajan más allá de los muros carcelarios planteando los nuevos ataques en las calles de la ilegalidad, ahí donde vivíamos los momentos de libertad total. Hasta el momento en que aquel deseo se hará realidad, apasionadamente seguiremos la lucha dentro de las prisiones con los medios que tenemos a nuestra disposición ahora.
Hemos declarado como la Conspiración que, en el caso si no será satisfecha la demanda de los compañeros y miembros de nuestra organización Gerasimos Tsakalos y Panagiotis Argyrou por su traslado definitivo de Domokos, vamos a intensificar la huelga de hambre que ellos dos, junto con nuestro compañero y hermano Christos Tsakalos, han empezado desde 8 de abril. De esta manera comunicamos que el martes 17 de abril vamos a empezar la huelga de hambre para estar al lado de los compañeros Gerasimos, Christos y Panagiotis que entonces entrarán en el décimo día de la huelga.

Schweiz: Kommuniqué des ökoanarchistischen Gefangenen Luca ‘Billy’ Bernasconi über seine Beteiligung an den Knastprotesten gegen das Weltwirtschaftsfo

Der Knast trennt uns physisch von den Kämpfen. Er isoliert uns von den uns Nahestehenden und von der täglichen Teilhabe an den Wegen des Kampfes, er verweigert uns unsere Sehnsüchte. Er schafft es jedoch weder sie aus unserem Kopf zu verbannen noch dem Kampf unsere Tatkraft zu nehmen. Im Gegenteil: Die Wut und der Hass, den wir gegenüber den Mauern und unseren KnastwärterInnen empfinden, sind tief in unserer Seele, in unserem Fleisch verwurzelt.

Ein Gedanke treibt eineN sogar noch mehr von hier an als von draußen: ‘Was kann ich tun?’ Wenn sich daher Möglichkeiten ergeben, an den Mobilisierungen draußen von der anderen Seite dieser Mauern teilzunehmen, bedeutet dies viel mehr als etwas symbolisches. Ich ergreife diesen Moment und verleibe ihn mir ein, tief in mir drin, wo weder die Hände noch die Augen der/des WächterIn, Bullen oder sonst jemanden, dessen Absicht es ist, die eigene Macht zu missbrauchen, je Zugang erhalten sollten. Dort, in uns drin, wo nichts nur symbolisch sondern alles in Spannung ist.

AnführerInnen von unterschiedlichen Herrschaftsbereichen (PolitikerInnen und UnternehmerInnen, Medien und geistiger/intellektueller Werte) werden sich dieses Jahr auf dem Weltwirtschaftsforum treffen. Dort werden sie sich über verschiedenen Themen austauschen, um neue Modelle zu erarbeiten, die ihre eigenen Privilegien nur noch tiefer verankern werden und die es ihnen ermöglichen, reicher zu werden. Unter diesen Themen sticht eines hervor: ‘Die neuen technologischen Gesellschaftsmodelle’ und, etwas genauer, ‘die neue Welle von technologischen Innovationen, besonders in den Biowissenschaften, in der Nanotechnologie und der künstlichen Intelligenz.’


Es ist bekannt, dass Krisenzeiten sehr günstige Phasen für die machthabende Elite sind, um Maßnahmen durchzusetzen, die vorher nicht anwendbar waren, und dadurch Änderungen eingeleitet werden, die dem System die Chance geben, die Macht über das Leben eines/einer jeden einzelnen noch auszuweiten. Krisen sind eigentlich das, was das System braucht, um sich selbst und die Welt um sich herum zu erneuern.

Ein Problem, auf das sie uns in jenen Tagen mit erschöpfender Kontinuität aufmerksam machen, ist nicht so sehr der Klimawandel (der für einige ein Schwindel ist, während große Unternehmen trotz ihrer grüneren Erscheinung sich nicht mehr um den Planeten sorgen, als dass sie ihn als ein Instrument, das es auszubeuten gilt, begreifen, mit der Absicht, ihre Geschäfte sicher zu stellen) sondern mehr die Notwendigkeit Innovationen zu finden, um diese verdammte Gesellschaft aufrecht zu erhalten – durch das Auslöschen oder Aufheben der sichtbarsten Aspekte wie der ökologischen Unausgeglichenheit mit ihren Konsequenzen für die Änderung des Klimas oder der Ausbreitung von Krankheiten, die sich auf unsere Gesundheit auswirken.

Ein Wendepunkt wurde somit von ihnen erreicht, an dem sie mit einem Erneuerungsakt daherkommen, der die Aufrechtherhaltung des gegenwärtigen Systems der Unterdrückung neben den Unausgeglichenheiten und Ungerechtigkeiten, die während der ganzen Jahren aufgehäuft wurden (vor allem aber seit der Nachkriegszeit) garantiert. Das Ziel ist nicht, jene zu lösen, weil es nötig wäre, das ganze System grundlegend zu hinterfragen, um die Ungleichheiten zu beseitigen. In einer viel einfacheren und listigeren Art überspringen sie es mit beiden Füßen und übertragen die Produktion der Schädlichkeit zu neuen, komplizierteren und unterschwelligen Ebenen, die nicht so leicht mit dem System, von dem wir abhängig sind, und dessen fundamentalen Produktionsdynamiken in direkte Verbindung gebracht werden können.

In diesem Sinne, haben Nanotechnologien und Biotechnologien einige viel versprechende Aspekte und das gleiche gilt für jeden Aspekt oder produzierenden Sektor des technisch-industriellen Systems, in dem wir leben. Sie werden über sich selbst in Davos sprechen, weil bei dem WWF ‘große’ Industrielle und weltweite Unternehmer ‘große’ Wissenschaftlerinnen und Hightech-Pioniere treffen können, von denen sie angespornt werden und später dann einen Drink mit den ‘großen’ Sponsoren teilen, um sie zu überzeugen, in sie zu investieren und sich daraufhin mit einigen Regierungsbehörden (oder Nicht-Regierungsbehörden – die Grenzen sind oft fließend) zu unterhalten, um ihnen die Tugend der kommenden Entwicklungen und Forschungen aufzuzeigen.

Der Moment in Davos ist ein privilegierter. Dort, wo die EigentümerInnen dieser Welt und ihre KomplizInnen (WissenschaftlerInnen und Medien) zu neuen (nur unter ihnen geteilten) Strategien inspiriert werden, die nur ihrer eigenen Bereicherung, der Verteidigung ihrer Privilegien and ihrer Vormachtstellung dienen. Für gewöhnlich bekräftigen sie die Tendenz der letzten Jahre einen Sinn für die soziale und ökologische Verantwortung zu haben (eine Fassade).

Was Nanotechnologien angeht, eines der zentralen Themen während der Sitzungen in Davos, wird genau beobachtet wie ‘jede einzelne Gefahr vor unvorhersehbaren Konsequenzen verstanden wird und wie sie sich auf die öffentliche Unterstützung für nanowissenschaftliche Forschung auf negative Art und Weise auswirkt.’

Es ist klar oder? Ihre Sorge ist nicht der Schaden, den sie zufügen, sondern dass die Menschen auch zukünftig an ihre Förderung als ein Wunder der Wissenschaft glauben; und dass es ihnen nicht einmal in den Kopf kommt, sie abzulehnen, wie das schon mit den Biotechnologien im Diätbereich passierte (und weiterhin passiert). Denn ihre Entwicklung könnte entscheidend sein für die Renovierung des herrschenden Systems und ihm eine respektablere Fassade verpassen, die es folglich dominanter machen würde. Und das passiert dank der Krise.

Um an den Kämpfen während der WEF Woche (20.1. – 29.1.) von drinnen teilzunehmen werde ich das Essen und die Arbeit im Knast, das hier verpflichtend ist, verweigern. Diese Weigerung beabsichtigt auch eine Antwort zu sein auf Silvias jüngste Isolation in der psychiatrischen Sektion des Frauengefängnisses in Hindelbank und ebenso auf die Entscheidung der Knastbehörden, Besuche von FreundInnen und GenossInnen nicht ohne eine trennende Glaswand zu gewähren. Auch ist sie eine Unterstützung für Marco Camenisch, dessen Anhörung bzgl. der Entscheidung auf seine Freilassung auf Bewährung in den nächsten Monaten (Mai 2012) stattfinden wird.

Ich nutze die Gelegenheit, um Umarmungen der Teilhabe und der Solidarität zurückzugeben an die gefangenen GenossInnen in Griechenland, Chile (Forza Tortuga!), Mexiko, Russland, Weißrussland, Deutschland, Spanien, den US und der UK und überall sonst auf der Welt; an alle GenossInnen der Fuoriluogo, die in Bologna vor Gericht stehen, an die Menschen aus Florenz und an die AntifaschistInnen aus Cuneo, an die RebellInnen, die in Val di Susa (Susa Tal) festgenommen und angeklagt wurden, und an alle, die innerhalb und außerhalb der berüchtigten Mauern kämpfen!

Η φυλακή μάς διαχωρίζει σωματικά από τους αγώνες. Μας απομονώνει απ’ τους αγαπημένους μας κι από την καθημερινή μας συνενοχή στα μονοπάτια του αγώνα, αποστερώντας μας τις ίδιες μας τις επιθυμίες. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, δεν καταφέρνει να τους βγάλει απ’ το κεφάλι μας, ούτε και την πάλη από το πνεύμα μας. Απεναντίας, η οργή και το μίσος που νιώθουμε γι’ αυτούς τους τοίχους και τους δεσμοφύλακές μας τα ριζώνουν όλα αυτά ακόμα πιο βαθιά μες στην ψυχή μας, μέσα στη σάρκα μας.


Η σκέψη γίνεται ακόμα πιο έντονη απ’ ό,τι έξω: «Τι μπορώ να κάνω;» Έτσι, όταν εμφανίζονται ευκαιρίες να συμμετάσχει κανείς μέσα από αυτούς τους τοίχους σε κινητοποιήσεις που γίνονται εκτός των τειχών, αυτό βιώνεται ως κάτι πολύ παραπάνω από συμβολικό. Είναι μία στιγμή που αρπάζω και την κάνω εξολοκλήρου δικιά μου, βαθιά μέσα μου, όπου κανένας ανθρωποφύλακας, κανένας μπάτσος, κανένας άλλος που σκοπεύει να καταχραστεί την εξουσία του, δε θα ’χει το ελεύθερο μήτε ν’ αγγίξει μήτε να κοιτάξει. Εκεί, μέσα μας, όπου τίποτα δεν είναι συμβολικό, αλλά τα πάντα συντείνουν σε ένταση.


Ηγέτες κάθε είδους κυριαρχίας (πολιτικοί και εργολάβοι, των μίντια και των μέσων αποχαύνωσης) θα συναντηθούν φέτος στο Παγκόσμιο Οικονομικό Φόρουμ στο Νταβός. Εκεί θα αντιμετωπίσουν ο ένας τον άλλο με πληθώρα θεμάτων, με σκοπό να ανιχνεύσουν τα καινούργια εκείνα μοντέλα που θα εδραιώσουν ακόμα βαθύτερα τα προνόμιά τους και θα τους επιτρέψουν να πλουτίσουν ακόμα περισσότερο. Ανάμεσα σε αυτά τα θέματα, ένα που ξεχωρίζει είναι το σχετικό με τα «νέα τεχνολογικά κοινωνικά πρότυπα» και συγκεκριμένα «το επόμενο κύμα τεχνολογικών καινοτομιών, ειδικότερα στις επιστήμες της ζωής, στη νανοτεχνολογία, στην τεχνητή νοημοσύνη».


Είναι πασίγνωστο ότι οι καιροί κρίσης είναι πολύ ευνοϊκές περίοδοι για την άρχουσα ελίτ, ώστε να προωθήσει μεθόδους που πρωτύτερα ήταν ανέφικτες, εισάγοντας έτσι αλλαγές που επιτρέπουν στο σύστημα να παγιώσει ακόμα καλύτερα την εξουσία του πάνω στη ζωή του καθενός και της καθεμιάς. Οι κρίσεις είναι, στην πραγματικότητα, αυτό που χρειάζεται το σύστημα για να ανακαινίσει το ίδιο και τον κόσμο γύρω του.


Στις μέρες μας, ένα πρόβλημα που μας αναγκάζουν με εξοντωτική επιμονή να αναγνωρίσουμε δεν έχει να κάνει τόσο με την κλιματική αλλαγή (που για κάποιους συνιστά απάτη, αφού οι μεγάλες εταιρείες, παρά την «πράσινη» εικόνα που προβάλλουνε, δε δείχνουν κανένα ενδιαφέρον για τον πλανήτη, αλλά τον βλέπουνε σαν εργαλείο προς εκμετάλλευση ώστε να εξασφαλίσουνε τις επιχειρήσεις τους), όσο με την αναγκαιότητα ανεύρεσης καινοτομιών, με σκοπό τη διαιώνιση αυτής της σκατένιας κοινωνίας· μέσω της απάλειψης ή της καθυστέρησης των πιο ορατών αρνητικών πτυχών της, όπως οι οικολογικές ανισορροπίες με τις επιπτώσεις τους στην κλιματική αλλαγή, ή η εξάπλωση των ασθενειών που ενσκήπτουν στην υγεία μας.


Βρίσκονται λοιπόν σ’ ένα σημείο καμπής, και σκαρφίζονται ένα κόλπο ανανέωσης το οποίο θα εγγυηθεί τη διαιώνιση του υπάρχοντος συστήματος εκμετάλλευσης, παρά τις ανισορροπίες και τις ανομίες που έχουν συσσωρευτεί όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, ιδίως από την τελευταία μεταπολεμική περίοδο. Ο στόχος τους δεν είναι να λυθούν οι ανισορροπίες που έχουν προκληθεί, γιατί η πραγματική τους επίλυση θα προϋπόθετε και την αμφισβήτηση του ίδιου του συστήματος στη βάση της λειτουργίας του. Με έναν πολύ πιο απλό και επιτήδειο τρόπο, απλώς πηδάνε από πάνω και με τα δυο πόδια, μεταθέτοντας τις επιβλαβείς επιπτώσεις σε νέα, πολυπλοκότερα και βαθύτερα επίπεδα, ώστε να μην μπορούν εύκολα να συνδεθούν απευθείας με το σύστημα απ’ το οποίο εξαρτόμαστε, ούτε με τις θεμελιώδεις παραγωγικές του δυναμικές.


Σε αυτό το πνεύμα, οι νανοτεχνολογίες και οι βιοτεχνολογίες έχουνε πολλά υποσχόμενες πτυχές, και το ίδιο ισχύει για όλες τις πτυχές ή τους παραγωγικούς τομείς του τεχνοβιομηχανικού συστήματος στο οποίο ζούμε. Θα συζητήσουνε γι’ αυτά στο Νταβός, γιατί στο Παγκόσμιο Οικονομικό Φόρουμ οι «μεγαλο»-βιομήχανοι και οι εργολάβοι παγκόσμιου βεληνεκούς μπορούν να συναντήσουν «μεγαλο»-επιστήμονες και πρωτοπόρους της υψηλής τεχνολογίας, από τους οποίους εμπνέονται, και μετά να πάνε για ένα ποτό με κάποιους «μεγαλο»-χορηγούς με σκοπό να τους πείσουν να επενδύσουν, και μετέπειτα το κουβεντιάζουν και με κάποια κυβερνητική αρχή (ή και μη κυβερνητική· συχνά οι ρόλοι είναι λίγο θολοί), προκειμένου να τους εκθέσουν τα οφέλη των επερχόμενων εξελίξεων και ερευνών. Η στιγμή στο Ντάβος είναι μία προνομιακή στιγμή. Εκεί είναι που τα αφεντικά αυτού του κόσμου και οι συνεργοί τους (επιστήμονες και μίντια) εμπνέονται προς νέες κοινές (μεταξύ τους) στρατηγικές για να πλουτίσουν περισσότερο, να θωρακίσουν τα προνόμια και την κυριαρχία τους, επιβεβαιώνοντας με φυσικότητα την τάση των τελευταίων χρόνων προς μία αίσθηση κοινωνικής και οικολογικής ευθύνης (μία βιτρίνα).


Για την ακρίβεια, ως προς τις νανοτεχνολογίες, ένα από τα σημεία-κλειδιά κατά τη διάρκεια των συνόδων του Νταβός συγκεκριμένα θα αφορά «την κατανόηση και του παραμικρού κινδύνου, προτού απρόβλεπτες συνέπειες επηρεάσουν αρνητικά τη δημόσια στήριξη της νανοεπιστημονικής έρευνας».


Ξεκάθαρο δεν είναι; Η ανησυχία τους δεν αφορά την επικινδυνότητα που εμπεριέχεται σε όλα αυτά, αλλά κατά πόσο ο κόσμος θα συνεχίσει να θεωρεί την προώθησή τους σαν επιστημονικό θαύμα, και να μην του περάσει καν απ’ το μυαλό ν’ απαρνηθεί τα κάθε λογής προϊόντα, όπως έχει ήδη συμβεί (κι εξακολουθεί να συμβαίνει) με τις βιοτεχνολογίες στον τομέα της διατροφής, δεδομένου ότι η ανάπτυξή τους μπορεί να αποβεί καθοριστική για την αναστήλωση του τρέχοντος συστήματος, και μάλιστα να του φτιάξουν μία πιο σεβαστή μόστρα, και κατά συνέπεια να το καταστήσουν ακόμα πιο κυριαρχικό. Κι αυτό συμβαίνει χάρη σε αυτή την κρίση.


Με σκοπό να συμμετάσχω από εδώ μέσα στους αγώνες που συμβαίνουν έξω, κατά τη διάρκεια της εβδομάδας του Παγκόσμιου Οικονομικού Φόρουμ, από τις 20 μέχρι τις 29 Ιανουαρίου, απέχω από το συσσίτιο και την εργασία, που στις ελβετικές φυλακές είναι καταναγκαστική. Αυτή η άρνησή μου αποτελεί επίσης μία απάντηση προς την πρόσφατη απομόνωση που υπέστη η Σίλβια μες στην ψυχιατρική πτέρυγα των γυναικείων φυλακών του Χίντελμπανκ, όπως και στην απόφαση της διοίκησης των φυλακών να μην επιτρέπει επισκεπτήριο φίλων και συντρόφων χωρίς την ύπαρξη διαχωριστικού γυαλιού, αλλά και ως υποστήριξη του Μάρκο Καμένις, που η ακρόαση για την αποφυλάκισή του υπό περιοριστικούς όρους θα διεξαχθεί μέσα στους επόμενους μήνες (αναμένεται τον Μάιο του 2012).


Αρπάζω την ευκαιρία ν’ ανταποδώσω τις αγκαλιές συνενοχής και αλληλεγγύης στους συντρόφους που κρατούνται σε Ελλάδα, Χιλή (δύναμη, Τορτούγα!), Μεξικό, Ρωσία, Λευκορωσία, Γερμανία, Ισπανία, Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και οπουδήποτε στον κόσμο· στους συντρόφους του Φουοριλουόγκο στην Μπολόνια που δικάζονται, στον κόσμο από τη Φλορεντία και στους αντιφασίστες από το Κούνεο, στους εξεγερμένους που συνελήφθησαν ή φορτώθηκαν με διώξεις στη Βαλ ντι Σούζα και σε όποιον/-α αγωνίζεται εντός κι εκτός άθλιων τειχών.

Communiqué of Luca ‘Billy’ Bernasconi about his anti-WEF hungerstrike (Switzerland)

Prison separates us physically from the struggles. It isolates us from our loved ones and from the daily complicity of our paths of struggle, denying us our own desires. However it doesn’t manage to take them away from our head, nor the fight from our spirit. On the contrary, the rage and hate we feel against these walls and our jailers roots them further on into our soul, into our flesh.

The thought becomes even more impelling than on the outside: ‘what can I do?’ Therefore, when opportunities to take part in outside mobilizations from the inside of these walls arise, it’s lived as something much more than symbolic. It’s a moment I seize and make fundamentally mine, deep inside where no guard, no cop, no one else whose intention is to abuse their power, should ever be allowed to lay neither hand nor eye. There, inside us, where nothing is symbolic but everything is tension.

Leaders of different sorts of dominion (politicians and contractors, of the media and spiritual means) will meet this year at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos. There they will confront each other with various subjects in order to trace new models that will anchor even deeper their own privileges and allow them to get richer. Among those subjects, one that stands out is the one relative to ‘the new technological social models’ and, more precisely, ‘to the next wave of technological innovations, especially in the sciences of life, in nanotechnology, in the artificial intelligence’.

It is well known that times of crisis are very propitious periods for the elite in power to force passages that previously were impracticable, thereby introducing changes that allow the system to consolidate even better its power over everyone’s life. Crises are, in fact, what the system needs to renovate in itself and the world around it.

These days, a problem that they make us perceive with exhausting continuity is not much about the climate change (that for some is a deception, while big companies, despite putting on a greener dress, don’t care more about the planet than considering it an instrument to exploit in order to secure their business) but rather about the necessity of finding innovations in order to perpetuate this shitty society; by eliminating or delaying its most visible negative aspects such as ecological unbalances with its consequences in the changing of the climate, or the proliferation of diseases that stigmatize our health.

A turning point has thus arrived for them, in which they come up with an act of renewal that will guarantee the perpetuation of the current system of exploitation besides the imbalances and iniquities that have been accumulated all these years, especially since the latter postwar. The goal is not to solve them, because to really solve the unbalances produced, it would be necessary to question the system itself in its basic operation. In a much more simple and cunning manner they jump with both feet over it, transferring the production of harmfulness to new, more complicated and submerged levels that cannot as easily be connected directly to the system we depend on and its fundamental dynamics of production.

In this sense, nanotechnologies and biotechnologies have several very promising aspects, and the same goes for every aspect or productive sector of the techno-industrial system we live in. They’ll talk about them in Davos because at WEF ‘big’ industrialists and worldwide contractors can meet ‘big’ scientists and hi-tech pioneers from whom they get inspired, then later share a drink with some ‘big’ sponsors in order to convince them to invest and subsequently chat with some governmental authority (or nongovernmental, the roles often get blurred) in order to illustrate to them the goodness of the coming developments and researches. The moment in Davos is a privileged one. This is where the owners of this world and their accomplices (scientists and media) get inspired towards new shared (between them) strategies for their enrichment, the defense of their privileges and of their domination, naturally confirming the tendency of the last years to a sense of social and environmental responsibility (a façade).

Actually, concerning nanotechnologies, one of the key issues during the sessions in Davos will regard exactly how to ‘understand every single danger before unpredictable consequences will impact the public support for nanoscientific research in a negative way’.

It’s clear, isn’t it? Their concern is not the harmfulness that they enclose, but for people to keep on believing their promotion as a miracle of science; and to not even cross people’s minds to refuse them, as already happened (and continues to happen) with biotechnologies in the dietary field, since their development could be determining for the renovation of the system in act, and give it a more respectable facade, which, consequently, would make it more dominant. And this happens thanks to this crisis.

In order to participate in the outside struggles from within, during the WEF week, from 20th till 29th of January, I will abstain from prison food and work, which is compulsory here. This refusal is also intended to be an answer to Silvia’s recent isolation in the psychiatric section of the women’s prison in Hindelbank, as well as to the decision of the prison authorities not to grant visits of friends and comrades without a dividing glass, and in support of Marco Camenisch, whose hearing concerning the decision regarding his release on parole will take place in the next months (May 2012).

I take the opportunity to return hugs of complicity and solidarity to the comrades detained in Greece, Chile (forza Tortuga!), Mexico, Russia, Belarus, Germany, Spain, the US, UK and anywhere in the world; to the comrades of Fuoriluogo in Bologna on trial, to the people from Florence and to the antifascists from Cuneo, to the rebels arrested or charged in Val di Susa (Susa Valley) and to everyone fighting inside and outside infamous walls.
