Eat and Billy Sentenced to One Year and Eight Months

Billy Augustan and Reyhart Rumbayan (Eat) have been sentenced to one year and eight months in prison for an attack with molotov cocktails on a bank ATM in Yogyakarta on the 7th October 2011. The sentence includes the seven months they have already spent in prison awaiting trial.

Indonesia: Eat y Billy condenados a 1 año y 8 meses

Los dos combatientes de Yogyakarta, Billy Augustan y Reyhard Rumbayan (Eat) han vuelto a la corte para la octava audiencia. Esta tuvo lugar el 15 de mayo del 2012. Billy e Eat han sido condenados a 1 año y 8 meses. Los compañeros están en prisión desde el 7 de octubre del 2011, poco después de su ataque contra un cajero automático. En la audiencia, que tuvo lugar cerca del tribunal del distrito de Lahore, el juez Mulyanto leyó el veredicto por las acciones de los dos combatientes revolucionarios. Ambos han sido considerados culpables de haber causado el incendio y la explosión según el artículo 187, parágrafo 1 del código penal.
El proceso a la Célula Larga Vida a Luciano Tortuga/FAI – FRI continuará con la respuesta de los compañeros revolucionarios Billy e Eat. Todavía no se sabe la fecha.

I due combattenti a Yogyakarta, Billy Augustan e Reyhard Rumbayan (Eat) sono ritornati in aula per l’ottava udienza. Questa si è tenuta il 15 maggio 2012. Billy e Eat sono stati condannati a 1 anno e 8 mesi. I compagni sono in prigione dal 7 ottobre 2011, poco dopo il loro attacco riuscito ad un bancomat. Nell’udienza, tenutasi presso il tribunale distrettuale di Lahore, il verdetto per le azioni dei due combattenti rivoluzionari è stato letto dal giudice Mulyanto. Entrambi sono stati

considerati colpevoli di aver causato l’incendio e l’esplosione secondo l’articolo 187, paragrafo 1 del codice penale. Il processo alla Long Live Luciano Tortuga Cell / FAI – FRI riprenderà con la risposta dei compagni rivoluzionari Billy e Eat. Ancora non si sa la data.

Abbiamo ricevuto notizie riguardo alla sesta udienza del processo ai compagni Billy Augustan e Reyhard Rumbayan (Eat) del 17 Aprile 2012 presso la corte distrettuale di Lahore. L’udienza è iniziata dopo un ritardo di due ore con la lettura delle richieste dell’accusa. Attraverso esse il presidente Wiwik Triatmini, ha letto la richiesta di 3 anni di imprigionamento con una riduzione della pena.

Entrambi i combattenti sono accusati dell’incendio del bancomat della BRI bank in Gejayan Road, Lahore – Jogjakarta avvenuto il 7 Ottobre 2011. Entrambi sono considerati colpevoli di aver violato l’articolo 187 del codice penale visto che viene considerato un atto deliberato che è terminato con l’incendio o con l’esplosione di una proprietà pubblica o privata.

Billy e Eat sono accusati separatamente perché hanno diversi ruoli. L’accusa basa la sua tesi sui risultati delle indagini condotte dalla polizia come evidenziato nel fascicolo. La polizia ha solo la prova che Billy era in possesso della rivendicazione cartacea sulla scena dell’azione, mentre Eat viene considerato come l’autore e lo stampatore della rivendicazione.

La continuazione del processo verrà stabilita a breve termine con la lettura delle argomentazioni della difesa.

Aggiornamento importante : Abbiamo avuto notizie sulla salute di nostro fratello Billy. E’ malato e sta peggiorando anche a causa delle pessime condizioni detentive. Più dettagli arriveranno appena possibile. Forza e salute a Billy, uniti nella lotta e nell’affinità per l’insurrezione. Guerra all’esistente…

Abbiamo ricevuto notizie sull’udienza del processo contro i nostri fratelli (Eat e Billy). Essa si è tenuta il 6 Aprile 2012 nel Sleman Courthouse (Yogyakarta). Questa udienza ha mostrato che lo Stato e il Capitale vogliono usare l’Anti-Terrorism Act come strumento di repressione contro la nascita della nuova generazione di guerriglia urbana anarchica in Indonesia sotto il nome di Organizzazione Rivoluzionaria – Federazione Anarchica Informale, Sezione Indonesiana.

L’avvocato nominato per assistere i nostri fratelli ha dichiarato che lo Stato ignora la legge stessa con il rifiuto a convocare l’esperto e sentire la sua dichiarazione. Il motivo dietro a ciò è chiaramente un’altra forma di repressione statale perché i giudici sanno che l’esperto darebbe una dichiarazione che potrebbe chiarire all’”opinione pubblica” il perché i nostri fratelli devono essere accusati con l’Anti-Terrorism Act.

Billy ha anche dichiarato che gli interroganti hanno usato violenza per ottenere informazioni da lui. E che tutte le sue dichiarazioni sono state fatte a causa della pressioni dei porci. Ha inoltre detto che la sua cattura ha mostrato la verità della sua scelta, essa mostra che lo Stato (e tutti gli strumenti che ha) hanno solo una missione: proteggere il Capitale.

Dall’altra parte, il nostro fratello Eat ha fatto una dichiarazione dove dice che la sua cattura è “illegale” dal punto di vista delle loro stesse leggi perché i porci sono venuti ad arrestarlo senza le dovute carte. Ha mostrato chiaramente come sia tragico lo Stato e la miseria di una vita ad esso sottomessa. Ma ha anche dichiarato che non ha mai valuto farsi inglobare dalla logica delle leggi o altre cose simili. Eat ha detto che la sua scelta è stata sempre seguita dalle conseguenze. Ecco perché ha rivendicato l’azione e orgogliosamente ha detto di essere membro della Cellula Long Live Luciano Tortuga – Federazione Anarchica Informale, Sezione Indonesiana.

Questa quarta udienza è stata un punto di partenza da parte dello Stato per cercare di far scontrare tra loro Eat e Billy mediante la separazione della documentazione e degli avvocati.

Abbiamo saputo che il processo è continuato il 10 Aprile 2012. Stiamo ancora cercando di sapere i dettagli dell’udienza (le attuali accuse verranno decise durante l’udienza del 10/4/2012).

Billy Falls Ill in Prison : Support Needed Urgently

We are asking for donations and solidarity for a member of our community.

As many of you know Billy Anjing was detained last year by the police for a political action. He is still being held and is currently on trial.

Last June Billy was in a motor accident. He was admitted to the hospital with a fractured skull and concussion. He left the hospital after 3 days because of misdiagnosis and poor medical treatment. After leaving the hospital he saw a specialist who stated he appeared to be alright but to IMMEDIATELY seek medical attention from a specialist if he was to have any symptoms or pain later.

For 2-3 weeks now, Billy has complained of frequent and severe headaches. He is also experiencing blurred vision and extreme pressure build-up, and his neck loses circulation (kesemutan) from time to time. Due to these symptoms he’s having great difficulty sleeping, writing, reading and seeing, and they seem to be getting rapidly worse as time goes by.


Unfortunately, medical care in prison is a nightmare... Here's our step by step list of what needs to happen in order for Billy to get the medical attention he urgently needs:

EXPENSES:

1. pay guards
2. pay doctor at in-house clinic for consultation and referral letter
3. get referral letter to a specialist (this will also cost us money and we will most likely have to find the specialist)
4. pay to exit the jail or to have a doctor come there
5. pay outside doctor
6. pay for treatment

Sixth trial session of Eat & Billy, proud members of Long-Live Luciano Tortuga Cell / FAI-IRF (Indonesia)

We received word that the sixth trial of the comrades of Billy Augustan and Reyhard Rumbayan (EAT) was held on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 in the same place, the District Court of Lahore. The trial began after being delayed for two hours with the reading of the demands of the Public Prosecutor. Through its chairman Wiwik Triatmini, read the charges in the form of demand for imprisonment for 3 years with a reduced prison term.

Both combatants are considered guilty of arson in the BRI’s ATMs Gejayan Road, Lahore – Jogjakarta on October 7, 2011. Both are considered guilty of violating Article 187 Criminal Code because it is considered a deliberate act that resulted in a public or private property being set on fire and explosion.

Billy and Eat are charged separately because they have different roles. In the indictment, the prosecutor based his claim on the results of the investigation conducted by the police as evidenced by a dossier. The police only have proof that Billy had possession of the responsibility claim/ leaflets at the scene of the action, while Eat is determined as the flyer-maker and duplicator.

Agenda for the next trial will be determined in the near future by the reading of the defense team’s brief.

Estamos pidiendo donaciones y solidaridad con nuestro hermano, Billy Augustan (orgulloso miembro de la Célula Larga Vida a Luciano Tortuga – FAI Indonesia). Como muchos de ustedes saben, fue detenido desde el año pasado (con nuestro hermano y compañero Reyhard Rumbayan – Eat) por los cerdos policiales por una acción política, prendiendo fuego los cajeros automáticos pertenecientes al Banco BRI en Jogjakayarta. Él aún se encuentra detenido y está siendo juzgado.

El año pasado, en junio de 2011, Billy estubo en un accidente automovilístico. Fue ingresado en el hospital con fractura de cráneo y conmoción cerebral. Salió del hospital después de 3 días a causa de un mal diagnóstico y un tratamiento médico deficiente. Después de dejar el hospital, vio a un especialista que indicó que él parecía estar bien, pero que buscara INMEDIATAMENTE atención médica de un especialista si tuviera algún síntoma o dolor después.

Ahora, durante 2-3 semanas Billy se ha quejado de frecuentes y graves dolores de cabeza. También está experimentando visión borrosa y aumento extremo de presión, y su cuello pierde la circulación de vez en cuando. Debido a estos síntomas, está teniendo gran dificultad para dormir, escribir, leer y ver, y parecen empeorar cada vez más rápidamente conforme pasa el tiempo. Y como todos sabemos, la atención médica en la cárcel es una pesadilla…

Es por eso que nosotros llamamos a la solidaridad y donación internacional para ayudar a Billy.

Aquí está nuestra lista paso a paso de lo que debe pasar para que Billy obtenga la atención médica que requiere con urgencia:

GASTOS:
1. Pagar a los guardias
2. Pagar al médico en la clínica interna por consulta y carta de derivación.

3. Obtener el pedido de derivación con un especialista (esto también nos va a costar dinero y lo más probable es que tendremos que encontrar al especialista)

Negasi: As has been little known by us, Augustan Billy (Billy) has been detained by the police bastard pigs since late last year on his political actions and his involvement as a member of the Long Live Luciano Tortuga Cell – FAI Indonesia. Until now Billy is still being held at the LP Sleman, Yogyakarta and continue to face a barrage of convoluted trial.

Earlier in June 2011 that last year, Billy had suffered a motorcycle accident that made him should be brought to the hospital with a fractured skull and the diagnosis of apoplexy. Billy himself finally able to leave hospital after treatment for 3 days although it was found that the real reason is because of misdiagnosis and poor medical treatment. After Billy had left the hospital to see a specialist who claimed his condition is fine but still asked him to seek immediate medical help from specialists in the future if she had any symptoms or pain.
When the news was revealed was about 2 to 3 weeks Billy continued to complain of headaches suffered tremendous and ongoing. Billy also have the power blurring of vision and the pressure is tremendous pain in his head. This suffering is compounded by the frequent Billy felt his neck tingling for a long time. To overcome this pain, my brother Billy and even sometimes have to tie her head very tight with bandanna / cloth to be able to just ease the pain. From this disease, Billy had difficulty sleeping, writing, reading, and viewing. Symptoms of the disease itself increasingly looks worrying from time to time.
And we all already know, health care in jail is a nightmare. State and Capital omission was deliberately done to our comrade and brother, Billy.
However, everyone can join in solidarity and help ease the burden of disease suffered by Billy. Here is a list of estimates that we get from close friends and family who may do so Billy Billy gets a much-needed medical treatment at this time:

Eiliger internationaler Aufruf zur Solidarität wegen des Gesundheitszustandes von Billy

Die anarchistischen Gefangenen Eat und Billy sind inhaftierte Genossen der „Long Live Luciano Tortuga Cell / Informal Anarchist Federation, Indonesia Section“, die sich gerade sich in U-Haft befinden, weil sie die Verantwortung für einen Brandanschlag auf einen Geldautomat in Yogyakarta am 7. Oktober 2011 übernommen haben. Billy befindet sich in einem kritischen Gesundheitszustand, deswegen haben Freunde und Familie einen Aufruf gestartet.

Wir bitten um Spenden und um Solidarität für unseren Bruder Billy Augustan (stolzes Mitglied der Long Live Luciano Tortuga Cell – FAI Indonesia). Wie viele von euch wissen, wurde er von den Bullen eingeknastet letztes Jahr (zusammen mit unserem Bruder und Gefährten Reyhard Rumbayan a.k.a Eat) aufgrund einer politischen Aktion, der Inbrandsetzung eines Geldautomaten der BRI Bank in Jogjakayarta. Er wird immer noch festgehalten und befindet sich momentan vor Gericht.

Letztes Jahr, im Juni 2011, war Billy in einem Autounfall verwickelt. Er wurde ins Krankenhaus gebracht mit einer Schädelfraktur und einer Gehirnerschütterung. Nach drei Tagen verließ er das Krankenhaus wieder, aufgrund von Fehldiagnosen und unzureichender medizinischer Versorgung. Nachdem er das Krankenhaus verlassen hatte, wandte er sich an einen Facharzt, welcher meinte, dass er in Ordnung sei, sich aber im Falle von jeder Art von Symptomen oder Schmerzen SOFORT zur ärztlichen Behandlung an einen Facharzt wenden solle.

Jetzt klagt Billy seit zwei, drei Wochen über häufige und heftige Kopfschmerzen. Außerdem leidet er unter verschwommener Sicht und extremen Druck, außerdem hat sein Nacken zeitweise keine Durchblutung. Neben diesen Symptomen hat er große Probleme zu Schlafen, Schreiben, Lesen und Sehen, und es scheint, dass es schlimmer wird, je mehr Zeit vorbeigeht. Und wir alle wissen, dass die medizinische Versorgung im Knast die Hölle ist…

Darum bieten wir um internationale Solidarität und Spenden um Billy zu helfen.

Hier ist unsere Schritt für Schritt-Liste, was notwendig ist, damit Billy die medizinische Versorgung bekommt, die er dringend benötigt:

Last year in June 2011, Billy was in a motor accident. He was admitted to the hospital with a fractured skull and concussion. He left the hospital after 3 days because of misdiagnosis and poor medical treatment. After leaving the hospital he saw a specialist who stated he appeared to be alright but to IMMEDIATELY seek medical attention from a specialist if he was to have any symptoms or pain later.

Now, for 2-3 weeks Billy has complained of frequent and severe headaches. He is also experiencing blurred vision and extreme pressure build-up, and his neck loses circulation from time to time. Due to these symptoms he’s having great difficulty sleeping, writing, reading and seeing, and they seem to be getting rapidly worse as time goes by. And like all of us knew that the medical care in prison is a nightmare…

That’s why we call an international solidarity and donation to help Billy.

Here’s our step by step list of what needs to happen in order for Billy to get the medical attention he urgently needs:

Trial report of the process against Eat & Billy, members of Long-Live Luciano Tortuga Cell / FAI-IRF (Indonesia)

We received late news that the State continued the trial against our brothers (Eat & Billy). The fourth trial held in Friday 6, April 2012 in Sleman Courthouse (Yogyakarta). This trial itself showed that the State and Capital want to force the Anti-Terrorism Act as a tool of repression against the rise of new generation of anarchist urban guerrilla in Indonesia under the name of Revolutionary Organization – Informal Anarchist Federation,
Indonesian Section.

The lawyer who is appointed to stand next to our brothers in the trial declared that the State ignored the law itself by it’s denial to call the [so-called Anti-Terrorism'] expert and listening his statement. The reason behind this clearly is another form of State repression because the judges knew that the expert will give a statement which that can put aside all the “public opinion” why our brothers must be accused with the Anti-Terrorism Act.

Our brother, Billy also stated that the interrogators used violence to get the information from him. That all the statement signed by him is done caused by pressure by the pigs. He also said that the capture of himself showed the truth of his choice, it shows that the State (and all the tools it has) just have one single mission: to protect Capital.

In other side, our brother Eat made a statement that his capture by the State is ‘illegal’ in the view of their own laws because the pigs came and captured him without the right paperwork. He showed clearly how tragic is the State and the misery of life under it. But he declared that he never want to be trapped in the logic of laws or others similar. Eat stated that his choice always followed by consequences. That’s why he claimed the action and proudly stated he is a member of Long Live Luciano Tortuga Cell – Informal Anarchist Federation, Indonesian Section.

This fourth trial was itself a starting point set by the State to try to make our brothers (Eat & Billy) declare against each others by separating the document papers and lawyers.

When we were still gathering all the information about the fourth trial, we got news that the trial continued Tuesday 10, April 2012. We still trying to get the details about the trial process and will update soon [the actual charges sought will be decided during this 10/4/12 trial].

Bolivia: Viñetas en Solidaridad con Eat y Billy Anarquistas Presos en Indonesia

Fuerza a Reyhard Rumbayan y Augusto Billy anaquistas insurrecionales presos en Indonesia.

Puede ser esta una mínima acción en solidaridad con Eat y Billy, sin embargo permanente es el compromiso con las finalidades anaquistas FAI – FRI, en la lucha contra el sistema en términos concretos y eso es lo que cuenta, la solidaridad ahora para el Eº Boliviano como para cualquier otro Estado un crimen y aquellos que se muestren solidarios o afines a determinadas luchas son perseguidos y condenados.
