(en/fr)-Athens: Action of solidarity to anarchist prisoners at the residence of the public order minister

Today (21-12-2011) on 16.30 in the afternoon, 40 anarchists carried out an action of solidarity for Stella Antoniou, outside the house of minister of Citizen’s Protection (1)Chr. PAPOUTSIS.

They gathered outside the block of flats where Papoutsis lives. They shouted slogans of solidarity for Stella and hundreds of flyers were thrown on the streets that wrote:
IMMEDIATE RELEASE of the ANARCHIST STELLA ANTONIOU /
Chr. PAPOUTSIS, FASCIST of the POLYTECHNIO GENERATION (2)
and
Chr. PAPOUTSIS, from CHAIRMAN of E.F.E.E. (National Union of Greek Students) to CHIEF TORTURER in the GREEK POLICE

Comrades also entered in the front yard of his house where they also threw flyers. The guard who was there, when he saw the comrades, hid in police booth just as the other two of Papoutsis’ personal guard did.
Two cops on motorbikes (DI.AS.) were standing nearby and simply watching the comrades entering the block of flats. The comrades left without any trouble.

Some time afterwards and in a distant street, 4 people were stopped by the police and were taken to the police HQ(3), as it was reported, but that incident was not related.

The actions of solidarity for Stella Antoniou and the other comrades will be continued until they are released.

Athènes: Action de solidarité pour les anarchistes prisonniers à la maison d’un ministre

Aujourd’hui (le 21/12/2011) à 16h30, 40 anarchistes ont mené une action de solidarité pour Stella Antoniou, devant la maison du ministre pour la protection des citoyens (1) Chr. PAPOUTSIS.

Ils se sont rassemblés devant le bloc d’appartements où Papoutsis vit. Ils ont crié des slogans en solidarité avec Stella et des centaines de flyers ont été jetés dans les rues où il était écrit :

Chr. PAPOUTSIS, FASCISTE de la GÉNÉRATION POLYTECHNIO (2)

et

Chr. PAPOUTSIS, de PRÉSIDENT de l’E.F.E.E.
à TORTUREUR EN CHEF dans la POLICE GRECQUE

Les camarades sont aussi entrés dans le jardin de devant de sa maison où ils ont aussi jeté des flyers. Le gardien qui était là, quand il a vu les camarades, s’est planqué dans le box comme les deux autres membres des gardes personnels de Papoutsis l’ont fait.
Deux flics à moto (DI.AS.) se tenaient près et ont simplement regardé les camarades pénétrer le bloc d’appartements. Les camarades sont partis sans aucun trouble.

Quelque temps après et dans une rue lointaine, 4 personnes ont été arrêtées par la police et emmenées au siège de la police (3), comme ce fut rapporté, mais cet incident n’est pas lié à l’action de solidarité.

Les actions de solidarité pour Stella Antoniou et les autres camarades vont continuer jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient relâchés.

(2) Référence à la révolte de Polytechnio en ’73. A cette époque Papoutsis était président de l’Union Nationale des Étudiants Grecs. Comme beaucoup de membres du PASOK, même aujourd’hui il se sert des luttes de sa génération contre la junte militaire.
(3) Et relâchés deux heures plus tard.
(4) Stella Antoniou, Kostas Sakkas, Aleksandros Mitrousias, Giorgos Karagianidis, Christos Politis et Dimitris Michail ont été arrêtés le 4/12/10. Les deux derniers ont été relâchés après quelques mois.
