Justin Solondz is a prisoner of the Operation Backfire case against the Earth Liberation Front, Justin was extradited from China after years of living on the run and has been held in Tacoma, WA.

He has entered into a non-cooperating plea agreement for involvement in an arson at the University of Washington in Seattle; the agreement recommends 7 years without the terrorism enhancement and over 6 million dollars in restitution.
