Donal O’Leary v. Camille Marino: Coverage from Today’s Hearing

Update from Camille Marino (March 7, 2012): The hearing was a media circus. We lost on grounds of jurisdiction but we are still standing mute and conceding nothing. I have agreed to abide by the ppo and remove the material in question from nio while we are challenging it. By doing so, I will be allowed to fly home to florida for now. On may 2, i will return to detroit to fight this case on first amendment grounds. At that point, we will win and expand the playing field or I will go back to jail.
