62-year-old man charged with assaulting N.J. police officer-New Jersey

RIVERSIDE — A 62-year-old Burlington County man has been charged with aggravated assault after scuffling with a police officer following a traffic stop, according to a report on PhillyBurbs.com.

William Sikora of Delran was being held on $5,000 bail after allegedly grabbing the cop by the shirt and trying to drag the officer to the ground, the report said. Sikora was pulled over after driving erratically, police said.

Police didn’t say where Sikora was stopped.
