Monica and Andrea remained hospitalized inside the prison hospital the entire weekend, since last Thursday, but because there were not any doctors in the COF during the weekend anything that would have happened could not be properly cared for. In regards to their health, we know that for a few days they have had dizziness, tachycardia, and prolonged headaches.

The health of all the comrades is cause for concern due to a considerable weight loss, because of this it is important to support them.

The comrades demands are as follows:
-IMMEDIATE FREEDOM
-NO APPLICATION OF THE ANTI-TERRORIST LAW
-CHANGE TO THE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES (AN END TO PREVENTATIVE DETENTION)
-AN END TO THE ANTI-TERRORIST LAW AND ITS SECRET WITNESSES
-AN END TO ARTICLE 7 SECTION 19 OF THE CONSTITUTION (REQUIRING A UNANIMOUS VOTE FOR CONDITIONAL LIBERTY)
- REVINDICATION OF PRISONER’S RIGHTS

Inside the same they have pointed and demanded:

-THE PRESENTATION OF A PROJECT TO MODIFY THE ANTI-TERRORIST LAW 18.340 WHICH DIRECTLY INFLUENCES ITS PROCESS AND INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING POINTS:

-AN END TO SECRET AND COVERT WITNESSES

-MODIFICATION OF ARTICLE 7 SECTION 19 OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL WHICH REFERS TO THE UNANIMOUS VOTE OF THE COURT OF APPEALS TO OBTAIN A CHANGE TO PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO CONDITIONAL RELEASE RATHER THAN PREVENTATIVE DETENTION.

-AN END TO TRIPLING THE PENALTIES

Noticias de las compañeras Andrea y Mónica
Las últimas informaciones respecto a la situación de las compañeras Andrea Urzúa Cid y Mónica Caballero Sepúlveda, son que permanecerán internadas todo el fin de semana, desde ayer jueves, en el hospital de la penitenciaría, debido a que en el COF durante el fin de semana largo no habrán doctores, por tanto cualquier cosa que les pudiera ocurrir no sería atendida como corresponde. Respecto a su salud, sabemos que hace algunos días, habían estado presentando mareos, cefaléas prolongadas e incluso taquicardia.


El estado de salud, de todxs lxs compañerxs, es preocupante, debido a que han bajado considerablemente de peso, por ello es importante apoyarles.
El siguiente, es el petitorio de lxs compañerxs:
-LIBERTAD INMEDIATA
-NO AL PROCESAMIENTO POR LEY ANTITERRORISTA
-CAMBIO DE MEDIDA CAUTELAR A LXS COMPAÑERXS (FIN A LA PRISIÓN PREVENTIVA)
-FIN A LA LEY ANTITERRORISTA Y SUS TESTIGOS "SIN ROSTRO"
-FIN AL ART. 7 INCISO 19 DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN (VOTO UNÁNIME PARA LOGRAR LA LIBERTAD CONDICIONAL)
-REVINDICACIÓN DE DERECHOS CARCELARIOS
Dentro del mismo han precisado y exigido:
-PRESENTACIÓN DE UN PROYECTO DE MODIFICACIÓN A LA LEY ANTITERRORISTA 18.340 QUE INFLUYA DIRECTAMENTE EN SU PROCESO Y QUE INCLUYA LOS SIGUIENTES PUNTOS:

*MODIFICACIÓN AL ART. 7 INCISO 19 DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN REFERIDO AL VOTO UNÁNIME DE LA CORTE DE APELACIONES PARA CONSEGUIR EL CAMBIO DE MEDIDA CAUTELAR DE PRISIÓN PREVENTIVA A LIBERTAD CONDICIONAL
*CAPACIDAD DE TRIPLIFICAR LAS PENAS
