To trial 8 individuals for the “Revolutionary Struggle” case.
Specifically the council of appeals decided unanimously, to send to the three-member Court of appeals of Felonies, N.Maziotis, P.Roupa, KGournas, Ch.Kortesis, V.Stathopoulos, S.Nikitopoulos and K.K. who remains unarrested.
As well the judges decided at majority to send to trial M.Beraha only for the offence of participation in a terrorist organization.
