La fiscalia cerro la investigación y formalizo el pedido de condena contra los tres compañeros envueltos en el denominado”caso security”, para Freddy y Juan ssolicitaron la cadena perpetua (40 años) por la muerte de moyano y 20 años más para juan por participar en otros 3 asaltos, para freddy se sumarian 15 años más por participar en dos robos con intimidación, en el caso de Marcelo piden solo 18 años por tres robos y queda desvinculado en el caso de la muerte a tiros del esbirro moyano.

En en el caso de Juan y Freddy se sumarian las condenas, juan a 60 años y freddy a 55 años, recordemos que los cargos que pesan contra los compas son: Freddy por ser el conductor de la moto desde donde Juan disparo y libro a moyano de su asqueroso y responsable trabajo (protejer el dinero de los dueños de la tierra).
