(en/it)-Athens – STELLA ANTONIOU RELEASE APPLICATION REJECTED AGAIN.

On 31/1 the decision came out concerning the case with the parcel bombs,
which were sent to various targets from the Conspiracy Cells of Fire, and
the case of the arrests on 4/12/2010, where comrades Giorgos
Karagiannidis, Alexandros Mitrousias, Kostas Sakkas, Christos Politis,
Dimitris Michail and Stella Antoniou were arrested.
Excluding the acquittal of C.Politis and D.Michail (who should have not
been arrested and imprisoned in the first place…), the decision remains
faithful to the ORDER OF EXTERMINATION, which has been given to all those
accused of participation in the C.C.F., whether they have taken the
responsibility, or not.
Indicatively, they refer Mitrousias and Karagiannidis to be tried again
for participation in the same organization, but also for the case with the
parcels, weighs over specific members of the CCF, with the charges of
those were arrested in Nea Smirni and rejects all applications of the
accused for examination at opposition.

As is known, the comrade suffers from a serious health issue, which not
only cannot be treated in prison, but on the contrary has become worse.
Despite her serious health issue however, and the absence of evidence
against her, authority continues to punish her for her political identity,
her solidarity to her comrades, and because SHE HAS NOT STOPPED FOR A
MOMENT TO FIGHT WITH PASSION from inside prison.
Exactly because of her special situation though, they do something more
than punish her: THEY SIGN HER DEATH CERTIFICATE.
For the exact same reasons, WE WILL NOT LEAVE THIS UNANSWERED

Il 31 gennaio la decisione è venuta fuori riguardo al caso dei pacchi bomba, mandati a vari obiettivi da parte della Cospirazione delle Cellule di Fuoco, e il caso degli arrestati del 4/12/2010, quando i compagni Giorgos Karagiannidis, Alexandros Mitrousias, Kostas Sakkas, Christos Politis, Dimitris Michail e Stella Antoniou vennero arrestati.

Escludendo il proscioglimento di C. Politis e D. Michail (che non andavano arrestati e imprigionati, in primo luogo), la decisione rimane fedele all’ORDINE DI STERMINIO, che è stato rivolto a tutti gli accusati di partecipazione alla CCF, che lo abbiano rivendicato o meno.

Indicativamente, hanno detto che Mitrousias e Karagiannidis devono essere di nuovo processati per la partecipazione alla stessa organizzazione, ma anche per il caso dei pacchi, a carico di specifici membri della CCF, con le accuse di quelli arrestati a Nea Smirni e al contrario hanno rifiutato tutte le richieste degli accusati per la revisione.

HANNO ANCHE RIFIUTATO LA RICHIESTA DI RILASCIO PER STELLA ANTONIOU

Come si sa, la compagna soffre seri problemi di salute, che non solo non possono essere curati in prigione, ma al contrario peggiorano. Nonostante i suoi seri problemi di salute, e l’assenza di prove a suo carico, l’autorità continua a punirla per la sua identità politica, la sua solidarietà con i compagni, e perché LEI NON HA SMESSO UN ATTIMO DI LOTTARE CON PASSIONE da dentro la prigione.

Esattamente a causa della sua speciale situazione, essi fanno qualcosa di più che punirla: FIRMANO IL SUO CERTIFICATO DI MORTE.
