Athens – STELLA ANTONIOU RELEASE APPLICATION REJECTED AGAIN.

On 31/1 the decision came out concerning the case with the parcel bombs,
which were sent to various targets from the Conspiracy Cells of Fire, and
the case of the arrests on 4/12/2010, where comrades Giorgos
Karagiannidis, Alexandros Mitrousias, Kostas Sakkas, Christos Politis,
Dimitris Michail and Stella Antoniou were arrested.
Excluding the acquittal of C.Politis and D.Michail (who should have not
been arrested and imprisoned in the first place…), the decision remains
faithful to the ORDER OF EXTERMINATION, which has been given to all those
accused of participation in the C.C.F., whether they have taken the
responsibility, or not. #
Indicatively, they refer Mitrousias and Karagiannidis to be tried again
for participation in the same organization, but also for the case with the
parcels, weighs over specific members of the CCF, with the charges of
those were arrested in Nea Smirni and rejects all applications of the
accused for examination at opposition.

THEY ALSO REJECTED STELLA ANTONIOU RELEASE APPLICATION
As is known, the comrade suffers from a serious health issue, which not
only cannot be treated in prison, but on the contrary has become worse.
Despite her serious health issue however, and the absence of evidence
against her, authority continues to punish her for her political identity,
her solidarity to her comrades, and because SHE HAS NOT STOPPED FOR A
MOMENT TO FIGHT WITH PASSION from inside prison.
Exactly because of her special situation though, they do something more
than punish her: THEY SIGN HER DEATH CERTIFICATE.
For the exact same reasons, WE WILL NOT LEAVE THIS UNANSWERED
STELLA IS NOT ALONE
