The public prosecutor has asked for Simos to be aquitted of the charges, saying that there is no evidence connecting him to the robberies.
The judges have yet to announce their decision.

The judges decided that he is innocent for the bank robberies and acquitted him of those charges,
but he remains imprisoned because he still is accused of attempted homicide of the cop that shot him in the back which led to the amputation of his leg!!!

Il pubblico ministero ha chiesto l’assoluzione per Simos, dicendo che non ci sono prove che lo colleghino con le rapine. I giudici ancora non hanno annunciato la loro decisione.

I giudici hanno deciso che lui è innocente per le rapine in banca e lo assolvono da tutte le accuse, ma rimane in prigione perché è ancora accusato di tentato omicidio del poliziotto che gli ha sparato alle spalle, causando l’amputazione della sua gamba!
