Paint attack on visitorscenter of Vattenfall

Berlin 20th of march 2011

The claim we recieved:

"On the late evening of the 20th of march 2011 we attacked the visitorscenter and the office-building of Vattenfall-Europe at Köpenickerstraße in Berlin by using several paintbombs. This is just the beginning of a series of different militant and non-militant actions against the nuclear-power state and the nuclear-power corporations.
From Harrisburg to Tschernobyl and recently in Fukushima – nuclear-technology is not controllable. Further on the quarriying of uran destroys whole areas, until now there is no final storage-place for radioactive trash, the reasons are known since decades. Everything is said, discussed – our arguments are getting underpinned by the brutal reality in Japan, Mayak/Russia, Tschernobyl and in other places in the world which are contaminated by radiation. Thats why we are still demanding:

Shutdown of all nuclear plants immediately and worldwide.

Its fucked up, because we are protesting against nuclear energy, against nuclear-power-politics and corporations since over 35 years and we protest against politics that only got capitalist interests. Since decades we are demonstrating together with hundred-thousands of people, do blockades, ballast the railtracks, place hook-claws – our actions are as different as the people that are on the streets against nuclear energy. After the desaster of Japan our anger increases. And thats good, because a „change“ in nuclear-power politics can just be achieved from the streets – thats for sure. This is what we learnt in 35 years of protest. Because our so called democracy is still placed behind the interests of the corporations, the lobby and the supplier-companies by the politicians in charge. 2/3 of the people in Germany are against nuclear power, thats what researches confirm every year again – nice, but the real politics of the parties, no matter in which shape, look different.
We could nearly puke seeing politicians like Claudia Roth, Siegmund Gabriel and Gesine Lötsch trying to get on the frontlines of the anti-nuclear-power movement and presenting their political power-games.
There is a reason why the anti-nuclear-power movement decided to protest on the streets without parties. Latest since the green party and the socialdemocrats (SPD) made their compromise with the nuclear-power economy – in total consciousness against the anti-nuclear-power movement, the ways of the basic movements and the parlamentary wanne-be-activists splitted up.
This has been a step with total awareness and we still should take this serious.
Its horrifying to see that the big protests and enviromental organisations, like Compact, Bund, Naturfreunde and so on, give space in the movement to those traitors, that they can spread their propaganda for collecting votes for the next election in the name of a movement.
Politicians – no matter from which party – do not belong to the anti-nuclear-power movement – BASTA

The organisation of big protests and demonstrations is right and good – we appreciate that, but we dont want our protests full of flags of the green party and false speakers. A lot of our basic activists got good and right arguments and are by now specialists – this voices should be listened to, esspecially because we anyway have better arguments.
We dedicate this action to the people in Japan, who have to live for uncalculable time with the consequences of this unresponsable and uncontrollable nuclear-power, the victims of radiation in Tschernobyl, the people who are living around the contaminated grounds in Majak/Russia, where a permanent worst-case-scenario is continuing and to all the people around the world that are suffering from this misantrophic technology.

For the immediate closedown of all nuclear plants worldwide

Everything is said – its time to act

Autonomous groups“
