Anarchists gather outside the house of the Surpeme Court judge of appeals I.Tendes who is attempting the re-imprisonment of the 3 comrades of the Revolutinary struggle.

30 people gathered with motorbikes outside the house of Supreme court judge I.Tendes in Nea Erithrea area. They shouted chants and threw flyers in the interior yard of the house.
The flyers said
SOLIDARITY TO V.STATHOPOULOS S.NIKITOPOULOS CH.KORTESIS and TENDE POLICE LACKEY HANDS OF OUR COMRADES.
The three cop guards hid in the sentry box outside the house. the comrades left without a problem.

Update on Theofilos Mavropoulos



Theofilos Mavropoulos is detained for attempted homicide, possesion of weapons etc. About the clash in Pefki with the cops, he denied to testify to the interrogator and only made the following statement: “I declare myself an anarchist revolutionary and I deny to apologize to any institutional representative of Power. Since i do not recognize the process, even in this situation I stand firmly on the side of all fighting revolutionary consciences, being one of them. Today 2/6, comrade Theofilos Mavropoulos was transferred to the special wing of Koridallos prisons. His health is getting better, he can already walk.
The comrade remains strong.

Today 1/6/2011 we chose to occupy the olitical offices of the Minister of Justice Haris Kastanidis to show our factual solidarity to the anarchist comrades Sarantos Nikitopoulos, Vaggelis Stathopoulos and Christophoros Kortesis who are waiting for the decision of the council of aeals in Athens after the unforseen juridicial method of their re-imprisonment in the frames of the case of the Revolutionary Struggle. Down your hands from our comrades.

When we went into the sace we had to deal with the reaction of the lackeys who were working in the office claimed that we were trespassing on the their holly work space because its private and not public. The cops arrived after a cop guard called them. One employee shouted to lock us and mentioned that she will sue us for swearing at her. Earlier there was a incident when one of us stuck his head out the window to see the 25 DIAS motorbikes, the two riotcop units, the undercovers, the Secial Forces and the Antiterrorist black jeep that were arriving and the employee we spoke of earlier said he can jump and kill himself. The swearing she heard was enough for her to threaten us in that way. They took away 9 of us to GADTH (police headquarters of thessaloniki) where we were released without charges. The other 15 people who were downstairs giving out flyers, throwing pamhlets and holding out a banner when they were surrounded by the police forces. We told them that if they want to arrest people they had to arrest us all. They wanted to kick us out of the sidewalk. Media and cameras arrived to the sot as well.

Update on Ivan Gugovs situation

Ivan from the Nadir case aeared before the counsil on 2/6 where they would decide if he will be released until his deportation.
The decision was made and he is free until the decision about his deportation is made which will be in one month.

Il compagno è detenuto per tentato omicidio, possesso d’armi ecc. Riguardo alla sparatoria con i poliziotti a Pfeki, si è rifiutato di testimoniare e ha dichiarato solo questo: “Mi dichiaro un anarchico rivoluzionario e mi rifiuto di scusarmi con ogni rappresentanza istituzionale del potere. Visto che non riconosco questo processo, anche in questa situazione, resto fermo dalla parte di chi sta lottando con coscienza rivoluzionaria, sentendomi uno di loro. Perché solo uno vicino all’altro possiamo percorrere il cammino della libertà. Più in là, con una mia lettera, riferirò più nel dettaglio dei fatti che mi riguardano e della mia posizione.“

Oggi 2 Giugno il compagno Theofilos Mavropoulos è stato trasferito nel braccio speciale della prigione di Koridallos. La sua salute sta migliorando, ora può camminare.

Il compagno tiene duro.

Ivan è stato liberato in attesa della decisione, che arriverà entro un mese, in merito alla sua deportazione.
