A vandal and litterer threw human waste on the Multnomah County Circuit Court and now the sheriff’s office is asking for tips related to the offense.

A surveillance camera shows a masked person throwing the blue jar of urine and fecal matter on the door and steps of the courthouse at about 9:42 p.m. Thursday night.

The courthouse, located at 1021 SW 4th Ave., is directly across the street from the Occupy Portland encampment.
