Hoy, 26 de octubre de 2011, nos enteramos que en el 2ª y 3ª piso del modulo H norte de la Cárcel de Alta Seguridad se ha dado inicio a una movilizacion con caracteristicas de Huelga de Hambre Liquida Indefinida.

El no cumplimiento de los acuerdos resultantes de la movilizacion pasada y el constante hostigamiento que deben soportar tanto los presos como sus familiares y amig@s por parte de los esbirros del poder, hacen que la organizacion de esta movilizacion nazca de forma urgente y espontanea por parte de 24 presos.
El petitorio explica por si solo las condiciones en las que habitan quienes resisten dia a dia dentro de aquella mazmorra.
Lo exigido es:
1.- Fin al Castigo de 2 meses en la seccion de Máxima Seguridad (SMS)
2.- Acceso a traslados y devolucion de presos a sus lugares de origen.
3.- Trato digno. No mas tratos vejatorios al ingreso de visitas.
4.- Respeto del horario de ingreso y salida de visitas, de 10 am a 17 hrs.
5.- Talleres para optar a conducta, economato y mejor alimentacion.
Las voces de quienes hoy ponen en riesgo sus vidas no basta…se necesita la proliferacion de gestos de solidaridad.
Abajo las Cárceles!!!
Mientras exista miseria habrá Rebelión!!!

Hunger Strike in Cárcel de Alta Seguridad (Chile)

October 26th 2011 - Prisoners on the
second and third floors of the H
wing of the Cárcel de Alta
Seguridad took action and started an
indefinite liquid hunger strike.

This mobilisation has come about
because of the failure of the screws
to comply with past agreements and
the constant harassment of prisoners, as
well as their friends and families.
This is a spontaneous action by 24
prisoners, that is born from the
urgency of their situation.

This list of demands alone explains

the daily conditions under which

people must survive in the dungeon

like prison.

The demands:
(1) End to 2 month punishments in
the Maximum Security Section (SMS)
(2) Transfers and support returning
prisoners to their homes.
(3) Treat prisoner with dignity. An
end to the humiliating treatment of
visitors upon arrival.
(4) Respect visiting hours -
starting at 10am and ending at 5pm.
(5) The possibility of attending
and organising workshops. Better
commissary food.

The voices of those who now risk
their lives is not enough... there
must also be an escalation of acts
of solidarity.

Down Jails!
While there will be misery...
Rebellion!
Solidarity is a weapon, load it
and shoot!
