Dimitris Hadjivasileadis is free as of Monday 12/12.Dimitris has been imprisoned since February 2011 and is accused of “gun possession with intent to supply”. He was arrested while carrying a weapon at a accidental cop check, the charges from a simple misdemeanor were transformed to a felony, based on the articles of the terrorlaw. The state once more avenges in the face of Dimitris all those who actively participate in social struggles. after pressure and since his file remained open for 10 months, finally on Monday the release application will be signed and the comrade will be free!!

Dimitris Hadjivasileadis è libero da lunedì, 12 dicembre. Dimitris è stato prigioniero dal febbraio 2011 e accusato di “possesso d’armi con intenzione di fornirle”. E’ stato arrestato mentre portava un’arma durante un casuale controllo della polizia, le accuse da un semplice reato minore sono state trasformate in un crimine, basato sugli articoli della legge antiterrorista. Lo stato ancora una volta si vendica nei confronti di Dimitris per tutti quelli che partecipano attivamente alle lotte sociali. Dopo pressioni e visto che il suo caso è rimasto aperto per 10 mesi, finalmente lunedì la richiesta di rilascio è stata eseguita e il compagno liberato!!
