Information about the 6 arrested alleged “terrorists”


On Tuesday 7th of December 2010 the first 2 of the 6 arrested allegedly part of a “terrorist organization” were imprisoned.


Alexandros Mitrousias was sent to Patras prisons and Kostas Sakkas to the prisons of Navplio.


THE WEAPONS FOUND IN AGRINIO WERE ALSO FOUND TO BE “CLEAN” AFTER EXTENSIVE BALLISTICS EXAMINATION.
As it appears, the efforts of the anti-terrorist police to connect the guns that were found in the possession of A. Mitrousias and K.Sakkas, and those that were found in the house in Agrinio, with terrorist attacks and specifically with actions of the Sect of Revolutionaries were fruitless. Specifically, the ballistic examination showed that the guns that were found in a”safehouse” on the corner of Daskalopoulou and Praidou street have not been used in any terrorist action.
THE OTHER FOUR OF THE ARRESTED ALLEGEDLY PART OF A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION ARE IMPRISONED FACING 4 FELONIES AND 2 DELINQUENCIES BASED ON THE ANTI-TERRORIST LAWS
The imprisoned are Stella Antoniou, Dimitris Michail, Christos Politis and Giorgos Karagiannidis who, after the completion of their pleas before the interrogator and the public prosecutor are confronted with charges concerning “offences” of constitution and integration in a “terrorist organisation”, “terrorist organisation”, “terrorist actions”, “possession and manufacturing of explosives” and “aggravated case of gun possession”.
All that remains is to see what attitude the alleged terrorists will maintain.

The comrade had his release application accepted today 9 of may and will be realesed later today after finishing the beurocratic paperwork, he has to pay 5000 euro bail.
he will soon be with us in the streets again.
We do not know about the applications of the other comrades yet.

Il 7 dicembre 2010 sono stati imprigionati i primi 2 dei 6 arrestati per la presunta partecipazione ad una “organizzazione terrorista”.

Alexandros Mitrousias è stato mandato nella prigione di Patrasso e Kostas Sakkas in quella di Navplio.

LE ARMI TROVATE AD AGRINIO SONO STATE CONSIDERATE “PULITE” DOPO APPROFONDITI ESAMI BALISTICI.

Come appare, i tentativi della polizia antiterrorista di collegare le pistole trovate in possesso di A. Mitrousias e K. Sakkas, e quelle trovate nella casa ad Agrinio, con gli attacchi terroristici e specificatamente con le azioni della Setta dei Rivoluzionari si sono rivelati infruttuosi. Nello specifico, gli esami balistici hanno mostrato che le pistole trovate nel “covo” all’angolo tra Daskalopoulou e Praidou non sono state usate in alcuna azione terrorista.

GLI ALTRI QUATTRO ARRESTATI PER PRESUNTA PARTECIPAZIONE AD UNA ORGANIZZAZIONE TERRORISTA STANNO AFFRONTANDO 4 ACCUSE E 2 CRIMINI BASATI SULLE LEGGI ANTITERRORISTE.

I prigionieri sono Stella Antoniou, Dimitris Michail, Christos Politis e Giorgos Karagiannidis che, dopo essere stati ascoltati prima dall’accusa e poi dal pubblico ministero, affrontano accuse riguardanti “reati” di costituzione e formazione e partecipazione in una “organizzazione terrorista”, “organizzazione terrorista”, “azioni terroriste”, “possesso e fabbricazione di esplosivi” e “possesso aggravato d’armi”.

Ciò che resta da vedere è quale comportamento terranno i presunti terroristi.

La scommessa per noi ora come ora è, più urgente che mai, determinare la linea della storia. Perché il capitalismo, la sua totale povertà e miseria che impone, non è una direzione a senso unico.

Il compagno ha visto accettata la liberazione oggi 9 maggio e sarà rilasciato domani dopo lo svolgimento delle procedure burocratiche, dovrà pagare una cauzione di 5000 euro.

Presto sarà di nuovo nelle strade insieme a noi.

Non sappiamo ancora le restrizioni assegnate al compagno.
