Attack on Atal Automotive.
In the early hours of March 27, 2007 an explosive attack happened against a luxury car store, a metal container full of black powder and activated by a safety fuse exploded breaking a couple windows and damaging a car after coming close to burning it.

The attack was claimed by means of leaflets with the signature March 29 Youth J-29.

Again different police parade through to carry out the procedure and respond to the call, as well as a local worker. That same day at a similar time another attack occurred at a BCI bank where it was claimed with the same leaflets, the gross lack of consistency is made obvious when the police mix the different leaflets from different places, presenting them as the only evidence, confusing them and changing their places.

El grillo, delirious collaborator, is linked with this attack and Candelaria was also linked (presently dismissed or stayed on that charge).

Nobody saw nor knows anything and Bomb threat

Chile: Actualización del Caso Bombas (18 al 30 de diciembre)

El juicio continua contra lxs 5 acusadxs, actualmente se esta hablando de cada atentado por los cuales están acusadxs lxs compañerxs.

Atentado a la Agencia Nacional de Inteligencia (ANI).
Terminan de declarar tanto los policías, peritos y testigos de la explosión, incluyendo el barrendero que fue victima circunstancial del atentado quedando solo con daños catalogados como leves.
El artefacto explosivo estaba compuesto por un balón de gas de 2 kilos relleno con pólvora activado con un sistema de relojería que habría fallado y fue activado por la manipulación del barrendero.
El grupo Fuerzas Autonómicas y Destructivas León Czolgoscz se adjudico el atentado.

El compañero Francisco Solar se encuentra acusado de participar en esta detonación por la declaración del delirante Gustavo Fuentes Aliaga (“el Grillo”).

Atentado contra el Consejo de Defensa del Estado (CDE).
El 21 de Diciembre del 2006 el CDE se encontraba custodiado por una garita y un policía que realizaba rondas permanentes alrededor del edificio cuando desconocidos instalan un artefacto explosivo en sus escaleras cerca de la medianoche. El artefacto estaba compuesto por un balón de gas de 2 kilos relleno con pólvora negra mas un sistema de relojería, un detonador eléctrico, batería y panfletos que se adjudicaban la acción.
Tras ser detectado el artefacto, llega el equipo especial antibombas del GOPE que en un largo y aparatoso operativo que incluyo un robot especial, desarmo el explosivo casero.
El atentado lo revindico el grupo Tamayo Gavilán.

Por esta detonación se encuentran acusado el compañero Francisco Solar y grillo el delirante colaborador, ambos solo por la declaración de este ultimo.
La fiscalía presenta a distintos testigos que nuevamente en casi en su totalidad son policías detallando el procedimiento y las medidas de seguridad para desactivar e identificar el artefacto. Por otra parte se busca hablar del temor que provoca la sola colocación de la bomba casera, llegando algunos al disparate de decir que tenían miedo a que se derrumbara el edificio con la explosión.

De show y teatro en tribunales
Durante estos días se ha traído el artefacto desarmado, sus partes y elementos mostrándoselo a distintos policías para que lo reconozcan. En este momento la fiscalía pretende levantar un show sin precedentes buscando asustar a los jueces, solicitando traer la pólvora negra y el detonador eléctrico con un equipo especial del GOPE en la sala de audiencia por la supuesta peligrosidad de las evidencias.
Tras una discusión por parte de los jueces, se decide que la sola presencia del GOPE en la sala contamina la evidencia ya que de una u otra forma la llena de un contexto y no permite su sola exhibición. Los jueces rechazan la presencia del GOPE, entendiendo que estos elementos (pólvora y el detonador eléctrico) por si solos y separados no son necesariamente peligrosos.
Tras este nuevo revés de la fiscalía, un policía del GOPE traslada la evidencia hasta la sala en el lugar destinado a publico, para de ahí pasársela a los fiscales que con un gran histrionismo y dotes teatrales tratan de mostrar y actuar la peligrosidad de los elementos. La defensa no se deja intimidar en ningún momento y manipula sin problema alguno la pólvora tocándola y oliéndola, entendiendo que esta si no esta comprimida solo combustiona y no explosa, demostrando una vez mas que el objetivo de la fiscalía es generar un contexto de miedo, temor y peligrosidad…una vez mas el único terrorista es el Estado.

Atentado a Automotora Atal.
El 27 de Marzo del 2007 en la madrugada se produce un atentado explosivo contra una tienda de autos de lujo, un contenedor metálico relleno con pólvora negra y activado mediante mecha lenta detona quebrando un par de vidrios y dañando un auto tras producirse un amago de incendio.
El atentado fue revindicado mediante panfletos con la firma de Juventud 29 de marzo J-29.

Vuelven a desfilar distintos policías que realizaron el procedimiento y acudieron a la llamada, como también un trabajador del local. Ese mismo día y en horas similares otro atentado ocurrió en un banco BCI donde fue adjudicado con los mismos panfletos, la grosera falta de prolijidad quedo de manifiesto cuando la policía mezclo los distintos panfletos de distintos lugares embalándolos como una única evidencia, confundiéndolos y cambiándolos de lugar.
El grillo, delirante colaborador, es vinculado con este atentado y también fue vinculada Candelaria (actualmente sobreseída por dicho delito).

Nadie vio ni sabe nada y Amenaza de bomba
De todos los atentados que han sido expuestos en tribunales, ningún testigo reconoce o vio a quienes colocaron los artefactos, cuando existían cámaras la policía dice que estas eran tan borrosas que hacían imposible cualquier identificación. Ningún policía siquiera dice tener sospechas de quien podría ser el autor.
Por otra parte durante la ultima sesión del juicio, el viernes 30 de Diciembre, se producen distintas amenazas de bombas en algunas instituciones entre esas el Centro de justicia, teniendo que suspender lo poco que quedaba de audiencia durante ese día.
Muy a diferencia de lo que los perseguidores buscan y han tratado de señalar durante este mes de juicio: las personas no salía corriendo, ni asustadas , ni con temor, ni en estado de pánico o shock.

Las audiencias son todos los días de Lunes a Viernes de 9:00hrs a 14:00hrs, con asistencia obligatoria de lxs compañerxs acusadxs. en el Centro de (in)Justicia (Metro Rondizoni)
Las audiencias se están llevando en la sala 103 del Edificio C , en la llamada “sala emblemática”, las sesiones son abiertas y publicas por lo que puede asistir cualquier persona a excepción de los testigos que tengan que declarar. Para quienes deseen asistir tienen que llevar sólo el carnet.
