(es/en)-Llamado a solidaridad internacional con el compañero Zerman Elias el 7 de febrero

El Zerman Elias fue detenido el día jueves 22 de septiembre tras haber lanzado una bomba molotov contra un carro lanza-gases de la policía antidisturbios. Esta acción esta dentro del contexto de revuelta tras una marcha estudiantil. Zerman es detenido por tres bastardos de carabineros que estaban disfrazados de manifestantes y tras el ataque se dejaron caer sobre el compañero.
Zerman fue interrogado por agentes de “inteligencia” y le preguntaron por personas, invitándolo todo el tiempo a colaborar para salvar su pellejo, pero el compa desprecio el dialogo con los bastardos y guardo silencio sin siquiera dar su nombre.
Recordemos que el Poder hizo hizo mucha alusión al origen del compa, por haber nacido en el territorio dominado por el Estado boliviano. En una clara jugada xenofóbica y racista, difundiendo el mensaje que lxs emigrantes deben estar tranquilxs sino serán encarceladxs y extraditadxs.
El día martes 27 de febrero se realizara el juicio abreviado contra el compa, por los cargos de “desordenes públicos”, “porte de artefacto incendiario” y “daños” contra un carro policial.
El caso de nosotros tres por no tener antecedentes penales anteriores, al momento de ser eventualmente condenados no volveríamos a entrar en la cárcel y quedaríamos en “libertad vigilada” por el tiempo que dure la condena, como es el caso del compa Francisco Moreno.
Lo hemos dicho antes no reconocemos sus tribunales ni sus jueces que nos vengan a sermonear. Estamos orgullosos de los que somos y nunca nos verán besar la bota del arrepentimiento. Podrán dictar condenas para intentar domesticar nuestra voluntad, mas solo perderán el tiempo. Al igual que los ríos en temporadas de lluvias, por mas que intenten controlarlos, el cause desborda todo limite y sigue su curso porque es salvaje.
Hacemos un llamado a la solidaridad internacional, ya que el Poder busca castigar una praxis común que tenemos todxs lxs guerrerxs esparcidxs en el mundo. Formas de solidarizar hay muchas cada individualidad o colectividad vera cual decide empuñar, desde lienzos a rayados y desde la piedra contra la vitrina a el calor de las molotov.
Que nuestro enemigo sepa que nos es tan fácil llegar y juzgar a un compañero y que ninguno se sienta solo. Esa es la invitación, a todxs lxs indomitxs que no conocemos, pero que han sido una grata compañía en estos meses de encierro. Sus textos y gestos que llegan desde tierras lejanas y cercanas son para nosotros fuerza y alegría que nos recuerda que no estamos solos.

Call to international solidarity with comrade Zerman Elias on February 7th

Zerman Elias was arrested on September 22nd after having thrown a molotov cocktail at a gas-projecting truck of the riot police. This action was within the context of revolt after a student march. Zerman is arrested by three bastards of the carbineros who were dressed as demonstrators and after the attack tackled the comrade.

The day of Tuesday February 27 the abbreviated trial against the compa will be held, for the charges of “public disorder,” “possession of incendiary device” and “damages” against a police vehicle.

The case of us three due to not having prior criminal records, at the moment of being eventually sentenced we will not return to prison and will remain on “guarded freedom” [probation] for the length of the sentence, as is the case with the compa Francisco Moreno.

We have say it before, we do not recognize their tribunals nor their judges that come to sermonize to us. We are proud of who we are and they will never see us kiss the boot of repentance. They can dictate sentences to try to domesticate our will, but they will only waste their time. Like the rivers in periods of rain, the more they try to control them, the cause exceeds all limits and continues its course because it is wild.

We make a call to international solidarity, since Power seeks to punish a common praxis that all of us warriors spread across the world have. Forms of solidarity are many, each individuality or collectivity will see which it decides to employ, from banners to graffiti and from the rock against the window to the heat of the molotov.

May our enemy know that it is not so easy to come and judge a comrade, and may no one feel alone. That is the invitation, to all the indomitables who we do not know, but who have been a pleasant accompaniment in these months of captivity. Your texts and gestures that arrive from distant and nearby lands are for us strength and joy that remind us that we are not alone.
