Help Sogorea Te warriors travel to the San Francisco Peaks

Rather than returning to the comfort of their homes, ten warriors who have been doing 24-hour security at Sogorea Te (Glen Cove) for the past 100+ days now plan to travel out to Arizona, in support of our brothers and sisters who are making a stand against cultural and environmental destruction at the holy San Francisco Peaks.

After not working for the past three months in order to remain at Sogorea Te, their funds are short….and gas is expensive. Please support these committed warriors by contributing to this travel expenses fund to get them out there!!

They intend to join the base-camps that have been set up on the mountain, where Arizona Snowbowl is clear-cutting rare alpine forest for new ski slopes and laying pipeline to transport recycled wastewater from Flagstaff for generating fake snow. Snowbowl’s planned use of 180,000,000 gallons a year of contaminated wastewater is considered an unacceptable desecration of the peaks, held sacred by over 13 indigenous nations in Southwest.
