22/03/2011 - Costa, Silvia and Billy have been prisoners in prisons in Switzerland for eleven months, in February investigations were closed. After their arrest, the prosecutor in Turin opened an investigation for 270bis and 280bis ['crimes' of association] (as they cannot be tried twice for the same offence charges have been formulated that were not disputed in the proceedings in Switzerland) and requested and were granted access to information gathered by the Swiss authorities to launch a collaborative investigation. So now there is an exchange of information between the Swiss Federal Prosecutor and Turin. In fact at the last interrogation the Digos [Italian political police] and prosecutor of Turin were present. Costa, Billy and Mark have been transferred repeatedly and have been informed that they will be moved frequently, an obvious attempt to retaliate against them. Svizzera – Aggiornamenti su Silvia, Costa, Billy e Marco
Costa, Silvia e Billy sono da 11 mesi prigionieri nelle carceri svizzere, a febbraio sono state chiuse le indagini. Dopo il loro arresto la procura di Torino ha aperto un’indagine per 270bis e 280bis (non potendo essere processati due volte per lo stesso reato sono stati formulati capi d’accusa non contestati nel procedimento svizzero) e ha chiesto e ottenuto di poter accedere alle informazioni raccolte dalle autorità elvetiche per avviare una collaborazione di indagine. Così ad oggi c’è uno scambio d’informazioni tra la procura federale svizzera e quella di Torino. Infatti all’ultimo interrogatorio erano presenti digos e procura torinesi. Costa, Billy e Marco sono stati trasferiti ripetutamente e sono stati informati che verranno spostati con frequenza, chiaro tentativo di ritorsioni nei loro confronti. All’isolamento, il blocco della posta, si aggiungono trasferimenti improvvisi con tutto quello che comportano: difficoltà a costruire legami con gli altri prigionieri, tempi di attesa per riavere la propria roba nelle celle di destinazione, uno tra i tanti metodi per tentare di piegare e stroncare la possibilità dei prigionieri di mantenere attiva la propria partecipazione alle lotte. Le mura di un carcere, le sbarre alle finestre, l’isolamento, il blocco della posta non servono a sopire, stroncare i desideri di libertà di chi viene rinchiuso e che tenacemente con la testa alta continua a lottare. E noi con loro. Per un mondo senza sfruttamento, contro la civiltà tecno industriale, per un esistenza libera e selvaggia.
